TOP RANKED ROSEN LAW FIRM Encourages iRobot Corporation Investors to Secure Counsel Before Important Deadline in Securities Class Action
WHY: Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, reminds purchasers of securities of iRobot Corporation (NASDAQ: IRBT) between January 29, 2024 and March 11, 2025, both dates inclusive (the 'Class Period'), of the important September 5, 2025 lead plaintiff deadline.
SO WHAT: If you purchased iRobot securities during the Class Period you may be entitled to compensation without payment of any out of pocket fees or costs through a contingency fee arrangement.
WHAT TO DO NEXT: To join the iRobot class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/submit-form/?case_id=23275 or call Phillip Kim, Esq. at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for more information. A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than September 5, 2025. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.
WHY ROSEN LAW: We encourage investors to select qualified counsel with a track record of success in leadership roles. Often, firms issuing notices do not have comparable experience, resources, or any meaningful peer recognition. Many of these firms do not actually litigate securities class actions, but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that actually litigate the cases. Be wise in selecting counsel. The Rosen Law Firm represents investors throughout the globe, concentrating its practice in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation. Rosen Law Firm achieved the largest ever securities class action settlement against a Chinese Company at the time. Rosen Law Firm was Ranked No. 1 by ISS Securities Class Action Services for number of securities class action settlements in 2017. The firm has been ranked in the top 4 each year since 2013 and has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for investors. In 2019 alone the firm secured over $438 million for investors. In 2020, founding partner Laurence Rosen was named by law360 as a Titan of Plaintiffs' Bar. Many of the firm's attorneys have been recognized by Lawdragon and Super Lawyers.
DETAILS OF THE CASE: According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants made false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) iRobot overstated the extent to which the Restructuring Plan would help iRobot maintain stability after the termination of the Amazon Acquisition; (2) as a result, it was unlikely that iRobot would be able to profitably operate as a standalone company; (3) accordingly, there was substantial doubt about iRobot's ability to continue as a going concern; and (4) as a result, defendants' public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
To join the iRobot class action, go to https://rosenlegal.com/submit-form/?case_id=23275 or call Phillip Kim, Esq. at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] for more information.
No Class Has Been Certified. Until a class is certified, you are not represented by counsel unless you retain one. You may select counsel of your choice. You may also remain an absent class member and do nothing at this point. An investor's ability to share in any potential future recovery is not dependent upon serving as lead plaintiff.

JetBlue, United partnership gets go-ahead from U.S. Transportation Department
(Reuters) -JetBlue and United Airlines have cleared a review of their planned Blue Sky partnership by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) allowing them to proceed with the implementation, the companies said on Tuesday. The two companies in May unveiled a partnership that would allow travelers to book flights on both carriers' websites, while interchangeably earning and using points in their frequent flyer programs. Spirit Airlines in June had urged the U.S. transportation body to reject the collaboration between the two carriers, saying it was anticompetitive and would prompt other large carriers to pursue similar deals. JetBlue and United said that Blue Sky would begin introducing new customer benefits starting in fall 2025, rolling them out in phases. Flowserve Corporation Terminates Merger with Chart Industries
Flowserve Will Receive a $266 Million Termination Payment Flowserve Highlights Ability to Drive Enhanced Value Creation Through Strength of Platform and Momentum of the Flowserve Business System DALLAS, July 29, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Flowserve Corporation (NYSE: FLS) ("Flowserve"), a leading provider of flow control products and services for the global infrastructure markets, today announced it has terminated its previously announced merger agreement for Flowserve to combine with Chart Industries, Inc. (NYSE: GTLS) ("Chart"). The termination follows the Flowserve Board of Directors' decision not to submit a revised offer to merge with Chart, after being notified that Chart's Board of Directors had determined that a recent unsolicited acquisition proposal from Baker Hughes (NASDAQ: BKR) constituted a "superior proposal" under the terms of the merger agreement. In accordance with the terms of the merger agreement, Flowserve will receive a $266 million termination payment. "Flowserve is executing from a position of clear strength, driven by sustained financial momentum, impressive operational performance, and continued robust global demand for our mission-critical flow control solutions across the industrial spectrum," said Scott Rowe, Flowserve's President and Chief Executive Officer. "The decision not to pursue a revised offer for Chart demonstrates our commitment to financial discipline, as well as our confidence in the growth prospects of our standalone business. Our results reflect the successful execution of our 3D growth strategy—Diversify, Decarbonize, and Digitize—while the Flowserve Business System continues to enhance productivity, expand margins, accelerate decision-making, and unlock long-term value." Rowe continued, "We are generating strong free cash flow and delivering tangible progress across all business segments, positioning us to invest in innovation and strategic initiatives that support both our customers' evolving needs and global sustainability trends. Backed by a resilient business model and an aligned, high-performing organization, we are confident in our ability to deliver sustained, profitable growth, generate superior returns, and create long-term value for shareholders." In a separate press release issued today, the Company announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. Flowserve will host its conference call to discuss second quarter results on Wednesday, July 30, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The call can be accessed by shareholders and other interested parties on Flowserve's Investors page.
