AISLE TAKE IT Aldi brings back sell-out middle aisle item that will save you £100s on energy bills – and it's perfect for families ALDI shoppers rejoice as the bargain retailer brings back an energy-saving hero that promises to save you serious cash on your bills. It features a large drawer, which can be divided into two separate chambers - making cooking multiple things a doddle. It also has a 24h digital timer and offers temperatures of 40C to 200C. If you're worried a cheaper frier might not last as long as one of the well known brands like Ninja - don't stress as it comes with three years' warranty. Advertisement Aldi is also selling Crofton Air Fryer Accessories for just £3.49 each. Customers can choose from silicone air fryer basket liners, separators, potholders, tongs and more. It's no secret that energy bills have been burning a hole in the pockets of millions across the UK. The humble air fryer isn't just loved for its speed and convinence, experts also say it can trim a noticable chunk off your electricity bill. Advertisement Unlike traditional ovens, which can take up to 10 minutes to preheat and often stay on for upwards of an hour, air fryers heat up in seconds and cook meals far more quickly. Independent energy tests have shown that air fryers use significantly less electricity – in some cases, up to 50 percent less – depending on the size of the appliance and the type of food being cooked. Modern air fryers can handle everything from roast chicken to baked potatoes – and they do it with less energy, less time, and often less fuss. Aldi's Ambiano Duel Zone Air Fryer is far friendlier on your budget as it's just a fraction of the price of leading brand air fryers. Advertisement Get there early in store, because the best bits go fast, especially when it's BBQ season or the annual ski gear drop. As well as kitchen toys, the retailer is currently flogging copycat products of high-end makeup and skincare brands Charlotte Tilbury and Elemis. One of those is Lacura Marine Facial oil - a dupe of Elemis' pro-collagen marine oil, which is currently on sale on its website for a whopping £72. The luxury oil aims to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles with marine ingredients. Advertisement And Aldi's version aims to do the same by using algae extract and golden seaweed. It's not the only dupe from the line. The supermarket is also launching a marine mask, £6.99, and a marine moisturising essence, which are again very similar to pricier Elemis products.

When's the best time to shop at Aldi? WHEN it comes to shopping at Aldi, the best time to do so depends on what you want to buy. For reduced items - when shops open Red sticker items are rare at Aldi's 830 UK stores, but the supermarket says that none of its food goes to waste so there are some to be found - if you're quick. A spokesman for the supermarket said: "All items are reduced to 50 per cent of the recommend sales price before stores open on their best before or use by dates." That means you have the best chance of finding reduced food items if you go into stores as soon as it opens. Opening times vary by shop but a majority open from 7am or 8am. You can find your nearest store's times by using the supermarket's online shop finder tool. For Specialbuys - Thursdays and Sundays Specialbuys are Aldi's weekly collection of items that it doesn't normally sell, which can range from pizza ovens to power tools. New stock comes into stores every Thursday and Sunday, so naturally, these are the best days to visit for the best one-off special deals. For an even better chance of bagging the best items, head there for your local store's opening time. Remember: once they're gone, they're gone, so if there's something you really want, visit as early as possible
