Gautam Gambhir's Reaction After Sundar Removes Root For 40 Goes Viral
Indian men's cricket team head coach Gautam Gambhir got charged up after spin-bowling all-rounder Washington Sundar breached Joe Root's defence and shattered his stumps on the fourth ball of the 43rd over of England's second innings on Sunday afternoon. Root was looking in good touch for the hosts on Sunday and had added 67 runs for the fifth wicket with captain Ben Stokes, but he failed to understand Sundar's magical delivery and got played on.
After taking Root's wicket, who scored 104 runs from 199 balls in the first innings, Indian players celebrated in a charged-up manner, but the highlight was Gambhir's reaction from the Lord's balcony.
In several pictures and videos going viral on the internet, Gambhir can be heard saying, 'Fuck off."

The third team between India and England is evenly poised after 14 sessions. At the tea break on Day 4, England had managed to score 175 runs for the loss of six wickets.

'No one, of course, wants to see physical altercations on the field of play, or sustained nasty verbal abuse. There should be no place, for example, for the shoulder barge that Virat Kohli initiated in the Boxing Day Test in Melbourne last Christmas, when he diverted from his path to deliberately walk into Sam Konstas," Atherton added. Kohli's shoulder barge occurred on Day 1 of the Boxing Day Test in December. Former Australia skipper Ricky Ponting had then laid the blame on the former. Besides Kohli's incident Down Under, Atherton spoke about the clash between Ravindra Jadeja and Brydon Carse as well. Ollie Pope and England captain Ben Stokes rushed to console Siraj and pull him up on his feet, an image reminiscent of Andrew Flintoff consoling Brett Lee at Edgbaston 20 years ago. Ravindra Jadeja didn't bring out his customary sword celebration when he slashed Ben Stokes over the slips to bring up his half-century. His eyes were firmly set on the 193-run target.
