Teen drivers arrested after deaths of two passengers in Lincolnshire crash

Two teenage drivers have been arrested after a crash which killed two passengers.
An 18-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man are being questioned on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following the collision on Toll Bar Road near Marston, between Newark and Grantham, in the early hours of Friday.
Lincolnshire Police said a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man, both passengers, died in the crash. The force has not said whether they were travelling together or separately.
Their families are being supported by specialist officers.
The crash, which happened at 1.46am, involved a black Kia Niro and a blue Ford Fiesta.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

"We would like to thank the public's help in allowing emergency services to respond to the incident. "Our thoughts at this time are with the boy's family." A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Community Assistance Team (L-CAT) said: "We're really saddened to hear the news that a body was discovered this morning following yesterday's reports of a missing child in the sea. "Several L-CAT responders were deployed yesterday to aid the search at Anderby Creek, supporting colleagues from Lincolnshire Police, HM Coastguard Skegness, HM Coastguard Wrangle, RNLI Skegness, RNLI Lifeguards Lincolnshire and East Midlands Ambulance Service. "Our condolences go to the boy's family and friends at this incredibly difficult time." Anderby Creek is a small holiday village known for its caravan parks and holiday retreats.
