Holly Valance 'lonely and living separate life from husband years before split'
Kiss Kiss singer Holly Valance and her billionaire husband Nick Candy have confirmed they are splitting after 13 years of marriage amid claims they've been living separately
Holly Valance was reportedly living a separate life from her British billionaire husband for years before they announced their official split. The ex-Neighbours star tied the knot with Nick Candy back in 2012 and the pair share two daughters, Luka Violet Toni, 13, and seven-year-old Nova Skye Coco.
But now the former power couple look set to divorce after 13 years of marriage. And it's said that Kiss Kiss singer Holly, 42, and property tycoon Nick, 52 - who is also the treasurer of the Reform UK party, led by Nigel Farage - haven't been together for a 'long time.'
The pair were last pictured together in March having a swanky lunch in London, with Holly dressed head-to-toe in Chanel and carrying a £2,300 Christian Dior tote bag. Prior to that they were seen publicly supporting Farage at Reform UK conferences after Nick switched allegiance from the Tory party last year - and rubbing shoulders with US President Donald Trump.
Used to enjoying a lavish lifestyle, Holly and Nick once lived in a 'superluxe' Hyde Park penthouse worth £175million, thought to be the UK's most expensive flat. The two-storey pad is said to have five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a state-of-the-art gym, spa, 21-metre lap pool, private cinema, cocktail bar, wine cellar, a golf simulator, media room, two terraces - and also include valet and room service from the five-star Mandarin Oriental hotel next door.
They are also said to own a £75 million mansion in Chelsea and a £10 million country pile in the Cotswolds. In 2020, Nick even gifted his wife a £26 million superyacht - even though she suffers from sea sickness. Holly was reportedly treated by celebrity hypnotist Paul McKenna so she could enjoy her lavish present.
Though it seems money can't buy you happiness, as a source claimed Holly had been living a 'lonely life' in recent years. A source told MailOnline: "They have been living separate lives for a long time, he's travelling a lot and it's been a lonely life for Holly. Nick has businesses in Dubai and London, The Reform Party."
The ex-couple are said to want to keep things private out of respect for their family. A friend said: "This has been a very difficult period for both Nick and Holly. The joint parenting of their two amazing daughters remains their top priority."
The source added to The Sun: "They've had to juggle a demanding lifestyle. Between family, public life, and Nick's intense work commitments, it's been a tough balance. This is a family matter and they're doing their best to handle things thoughtfully. Privacy is obviously very important to them both, so they can focus on what's best for the family."
A spokesman for the couple told the Mirror: "This is a private matter and we will not be making any further comment."
Most people will remember Holly for playing Felicity 'Flick' Scully in Neighbours, which she landed when she was just 16. By the time she was 19 she'd launched a singing career and released her debut album Footprints in 2002, featuring Number 1 hits like Kiss Kiss.
Her second album State of Mind came out two years later, but didn't do quite as well. Holly announced she was turning her back on music in 2004 and went to LA to pursue an acting career in Hollywood. She went on to star in hit US prison drama Prison Break and episodes of CSI: Miami and Entourage, as well as the movie Taken alongside Liam Neeson.
Back in the UK, the British-Australian star - who has dual nationality - appeared in the 2011 series of Strictly Come Dancing where she was partnered with pro dancer Artem Chigvintsev. The pair managed to reach the semi-finals and finished in fourth place.
Since then, mum-of-two Holly has remained largely out of the spotlight until her recent political appearances supporting the far-right Reform party. She has been credited for 'whispering in his ear' and encouraging Nigel Farage to stand for British Prime Minister, as well as given huge donations to the party. And she's said to have helped raise millions for Trump stateside.
Expressing her political views at a PopCon - Popular Conservatism - conference last year, she told GB News: "Everyone starts off as a lefty and then wakes up at some point and realises what crap ideas they all are."

All Neighbours spoilers for next week as love triangle is ‘solved'
Neighbours is lining up a huge week for Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) as his love triangle seems to finally come to an end. Cara is convinced that there's only one person in the frame for Byron's attack – Lydia. Andrew is unconvinced, but agrees to question her. When she denies all involvement, Andrew has to warn Cara that they can't pursue her any further without concrete evidence. But she isn't about to stop just there… Noticing Lydia in a heated conversation with her son Jesse, Cara can see that his knuckles are bruised and cut. It's obvious to her that he was the one who assaulted Byron. She gives Lydia one last chance to fess up to what has happened, as it's the only way of helping her troubled son. Jesse comes forward, and with truth now finally out in the open, Lydia is charged. While that's a relief for Byron, he can't shake off the awkward advances from Saskia, who grows increasingly jealous by the attention he's giving Sadie. He's still hopeful of a romantic reunion, but she friendzones him. Saskia overhears her relaying the incident to Max and Holly, and interjects with a damning remark, leading Max to tell his little sister to stay out of matters that don't concern her. Unsatisfied, she goes to the Lassiters Day Spa and tampers with Sadie's facial products, which give Nicolette a nasty burn to the skin. Elsewhere, Holly is enthusiastic at Andrew being invited to a party with his birth family, but Wendy is disappointed as it's likely she won't be able to attend with him because of work. Later, at school, Wendy scorns Saskia for being late to class, embarrassing her in front of the other pupils. In response, she bins the earrings that were gifted to her. Wendy confronts the teen over them, but is palmed off with an excuse about being bullied by other students and having them stolen. Back at home, Andrew is disappointed when Wendy reveals she can't get the time off to join him in Sandy Point. Aaron is pleased that things are starting to thaw out with Colton and Rhett, but is taken by surprise when Colton makes it clear that he now wants something serious. Unsure what to do, Aaron takes some time out to spend the afternoon with Isla – and soon runs into Rhett and his daughter Tilly. It's clear that there could be something special between the men. Later, Rhett deals an ultimatum. It's time to choose where his heart lies. Elsewhere, Nic reels in agony after her mishap at the Day Spa and Sadie has absolutely no idea how it's happened. She's deeply apologetic. Byron returns from hospital and Saskia goes to great lengths to make it clear to him that she's no longer interested, even setting up a date with Dex.
