EXCLUSIVE: Thalapathy Vijay starrer's producer says ‘Jana Nayagan is not just a farewell but…'
In an exclusive note, Venkat K. Narayana, producer of Jana Nayagan and KVN Productions, expressed that Vijay's final movie is not just a professional milestone for them, but also a personal one.
The producer said, 'Working with Thalapathy Vijay on his final film is not just a professional milestone — it's a deeply personal honour. As fans ourselves, we know how much this film means to millions across the world. The 'First Roar' is just a glimpse into the cinematic and emotional scale of what we're building.'
'We're crafting a film that does justice to Thalapathy's extraordinary journey. Jana Nayagan is not just a farewell, but it's a celebration of an icon who changed the face of Indian cinema,' Narayana added.
The producer also credited director H. Vinoth's vision and powerful music by Anirudh Ravichander for enhancing Jana Nayagan to a great extent.
As the superstar is celebrating his birthday, the makers of the film unveiled the first glimpse at midnight. The short video featuring Vijay showcased him as a menacing police avatar with his twirled-up moustache and a fearless look in his eyes.
With a fiery, riot-like background in the glimpse, the First Roar was attributed to Anirudh Ravichander's thrilling track titled, The True Leader Theme.

Jana Nayagan is an upcoming political action drama, directed by H Vinoth. The movie is touted to be Thalapathy Vijay's final cinematic project as he is turning his focus completely towards politics.
As Pooja Hegde and Bobby Deol play the co-leads, the film features an ensemble cast of actors, including Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Narain, Priyamani, Mamitha Baiju, and many more in key roles.
Interestingly, reports indicate that Thalapathy Vijay has crooned for a track titled One Last Song in the film, serving as a celebration to his career in Tamil cinema.

'Panchayat' actor Faisal Malik, who rose to fame for his role in the widely loved Prime series, recently spoke about how filmmakers like Ram Gopal Varma and Anurag Kashyap changed the face of Indian cinema by breaking the long-held stereotype that actors must look a certain way to an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Faisal reflected on how these directors opened doors for average-looking people with genuine talent. People used to stand in huge queues there because they believed that hanging out there might increase their chances of being picked by Ram Gopal Varma. Everybody knew he only picked average-looking people for his movies.'Faisal believes that Anurag Kashyap carried this inclusive casting forward. 'After Ram Gopal Varma, it is Anurag Kashyap who took this forward of working with average-looking people. There was a time when people used to fear that if you don't look a certain way, you cannot be an actor. But, that has changed. Now, you see there are many great actors out there who may not have good looks or attractive physique.'Faisal began his acting journey with Kashyap's 2012 cult film 'Gangs of Wasseypur' and has continued to collaborate with him. Speaking highly of the filmmaker, he said, 'Anurag Kashyap is that rare person who knows what he is making. He knows his work.'He also addressed Anurag's frequent outbursts on social media, saying, 'If you will look at Anurag Kashyap's work, you will know why all the outbursts happen. He is someone who has worked as a showrunner, writer, producer as well as director. He is extremely loyal. Aur imaandaar aadmi tedha hota hai thoda sa. Satak jata hai (And an honest man is usually a little quirky. He tends to lose his temper sometimes.)'Praising Kashyap's deep commitment to cinema, Faisal added, 'He is someone who breathes cinema. He is so deeply invested in it that he cannot do anything else. Even moving a simple coffee machine will be a task for him, but cinema? He can discuss it all day long without getting tired.'Justifying Anurag's frustration with the industry, he concluded, 'He has made several iconic films and has given several amazing directors to the industry. They are all doing so well today. This proves he is extremely dedicated to cinema. So, whenever someone wrongs him or wants him to compromise with his craft, woh satak jaate hai.
