In response, González shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram Stories. 'Love of my life. I couldn't be more proud of you. You are BEYOND outstanding,' she wrote. 'This is just a moment that will pass and will make you even stronger. You're a winner. We all saw it.'

González and Dimitrov made their relationship Instagram official in May after being spotted together in Madrid a month earlier. At the time, she called him 'the man of my dreams' and 'my absolutely favourite human.'
The actress, known for her role in Ambulance, also told Extra in May that Dimitrov is 'so sweet' and 'always so supportive.'
