So if you're ready to invest in yourself - and go in the draw to win the trip of a lifetime - all you need to do is commit to the 28-day challenge from July 28 to August 25, 2025.
Need inspo? Take a page out of Aussie mum Tamara's book after she wowed everyone with her astonishing body transformation.
Her pictures, taken almost four weeks apart, shows the incredible results of how the mum slimmed down between May 12 and June 9, 2025.
Tipping the scales at 106.4kg at her heaviest, she decided to incorporate The Collagen Co, touted as one of the best meal replacement shakes on the market, into her daily diet.
As part of the brand's Shake & Glow challenge, the mum dropped nearly four dress sizes after losing 15.8kg in just four weeks
'I started at four months postpartum with a goal to get into double digits and I got there after two weeks,' she said.
'That motivated me to amp things up with everyone's support and bring it up a notch and I didn't look back. I'm now nearly breaking the 90s and have gone from a size 20 to size 14 - with the size 12 in sight.
'I can't believe the transformation - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
'Thanks to the Shake & Glow Challenge, I've lost 15.8kg and dropped three, almost four dress sizes - but more importantly, I've gained confidence, energy, and a glow I thought I'd lost for good.
'To anyone thinking about starting, this challenge might be exactly what you've been waiting for.'
Her pictures, taken almost four weeks apart, shows the incredible results of how the mum slimmed down between May 12 and June 9, 2025
During the four week challenge, the mum said she had the shakes twice daily, alongside a clean, high-protein, low-carb meal plan - consuming a maximum of 1,200 calories per day.
'I was shopping the perimeter of the supermarket where the fresh and refrigerated items are, and keeping aisle visits to a minimum to avoid preservative sugars,' Tamara said.
'Grazing and sometimes not even snacking as the shakes filled me up most of the time so just listened to my body and only ate when I felt like it as I was an emotional eater normally.'
She cut out sugar, bread and alcohol, drank only water, had one cup of coffee or tea each morning and practiced intermittent fasting from 5pm to 7am.
Her workouts consisted of boxing, HIIT sessions at the gym and Peloton or Yesoul cycling in her spare time - often while watching TV or when her newborn was on the play mat.
'Walking up the stairs multiple times a day often carrying weight like my 16kg toddler,' Tamara explained.
'I kept moving, especially at night when I woke up with my bubba so that may have helped too.'
Now almost 16kg lighter, the mum said she will continue drinking the Glow Shakes as part of her daily diet to keep the weight off for good.
'I don't want to fall off the bandwagon as I had such rapid loss so I will continue the shakes at one per day,' she said.
'And I'll continue to exercise as I have had a whole new lifestyle change.'
For anyone looking to lose weight but don't know where to start, Tamara said: 'I hope that my journey motivates someone just like I have been motivated from others to show up for myself every single day, nourishing my body with the right support, and realising that real change is possible with consistency and belief.'

Chanelle Hayes shows off her figure in a cut-out bikini during holiday to Tenerife after nine stone weight loss

Chanelle Hayes showed off her figure during a holiday to Tenerife over the weekend after her nine stone weight loss. The former Big Brother star, 36, who appeared on the Channel 4 reality series in 2007, wore a cut-out bikini for a day at the pool. She teamed the black two-piece with a pair of oversized sunglasses and styled her hair into loose curls. Relaxing by the pool, Chanelle soaked up come sun before taking a shower outside. She has candidly discussed her struggles with her body image over the years and admitted she wishes she could tell her younger self to 'enjoy every moment'. At the height of her fame in 2009, Chanelle weighed 8.5 stone, barely ate and took laxatives to try and achieve a 'WAG body'. In 2020, the reality star then had a secret gastric sleeve operation after she reached 17-stone. Chanelle lost nine stone and dropped from a size 18 down to an eight, and has bravely shown her scars from the operation on her trips abroad. She revealed the operation was a 'last resort' after years of being unhappy, opting to have the surgery at Burcot Hall Hospital in Worcestershire. Last year, she took to social media to share before and after photos of her weight loss, adding that her operation had 'changed her life' and she had 'no regrets'. She is known for her body positive posts and recently hit back at the idea of a 'summer body' as she insisted it's 'not the bikini size' that matters in an impowering message. In June 2024, she wrote alongside a video of herself wearing bikinis over the years: 'What even is a summer body anyway?! I had a lovely time on every single one of these holidays and I ranged from size 6-18 (to pregnant!). 'I've chosen all blue bikinis because sometimes our body image makes us feel blue. I wish I could tell my younger self to just enjoy every single moment because it's the memories that counts. Not the bikini size.' Elsewhere in recent weeks, Chanelle has marked a major achievement after qualifying to become a nurse in a major career change. Relaxing by the pool, Chanelle soaked up come sun before taking a shower outside She revealed the operation was a 'last resort' after years of being unhappy, opting to have the surgery at Burcot Hall Hospital in Worcestershire The star shared a throwback snap of herself dressed up as a nurse as a child alongside a photo of her recent graduation and her new uniform. She wrote: 'I've been posting a lot less recently. It's not because I have nothing to say, I've been settling into a new job role that I have wanted for many years but didn't feel quite brave enough to do. 'Thankfully, my husband and parents were such rocks and provided unconditional love and support for me when I was struggling. 'My children have missed out on a few plans, we have limited our holidays to accommodate my studies. 'But they saw every single atom of the blood sweat and tears that I poured into my degree. 'This taught my children that people can say cruel things about their mum, but she was resilient. 'They heard people tell me to quit to do something easier, witnessed me working HARD and achieving a first class honours.' The star shared a throwback snap of herself dressed up as a nurse as a child alongside a photo of her recent graduation and her new uniform before penning an inspiring caption She added: 'I carried so much guilt studying so hard when my kids needed me, but now I see that I taught them an important lesson. 'Whatever you strive for; work for it, stick at it, you will achieve it.' Chanelle and her husband Dan Bingham tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in June of last year. The TV personality shares her son Blakely, 11, with her ex-partner Matthew Bates, who she was in a relationship with between 2009 and 2010. She also has Frankie, four, with Edward Oates, who she was with on-and-off from 2016 to 2017.

Mary Fowler fuels speculation her romance with Nathan Cleary is in trouble with a VERY telling series of photos

Mary Fowler has fuelled rumours that her relationship with Nathan Cleary might be on the rocks. The Matildas star jetted back Down Under last Wednesday and has been catching up with family and friends since. However, Cleary, who usually meets her at the airport, was nowhere to be seen as she arrived home in Australia, with the injured Manchester City star emerging from the airport with a driver helping her with her bags. Over the weekend, Fowler was also seen paying the Panthers half-back a quick visit to his home in Sydney, but the pair were again not seen together. The 22-year-old, who has been ruled out until next year after she sustained an anterior cruciate ligament injury (ACL) during City's Women's FA Cup semi-final clash against rivals Manchester United in April, has now taken to Instagram to publish a few snaps from the last few days. 'Free art,' she captioned the string of images and videos. Four of those clips included shots of her filming through the window during her flight, showcasing several stunning sunsets and vistas of a coastline. Fowler published a picture of a coffee as part of the set of photos, which had a love-heart shape forming in its milk, as well as a picture of a cloud formation, which also appeared to embody a similar shape. It also appears she has been spending some time with one of her Matildas team-mates, Lydia Williams. The Man City forward posted a snap of Williams appearing to drop her off at the airport, with a rainbow curving its way across the sky, as well as a snap of Williams' dog, Caviar, having a snooze in the back seat of the vehicle. Williams re-posted the image onto her own story, writing: 'Rainbows and building bands.' She also commented on Fowler's Instagram post, writing: 'Building The Band marathon.' The comment appears to be a reference to Netflix's new reality series where singers compete for a shot at forming the next big music group. Fowler had been unable to travel home following the conclusion of the Women's Super League season, after undergoing surgery on her knee. The footballer, who hails from Cairns, had previously explained that she had switched her allegiance from supporting Queensland to New South Wales because of Cleary. However, she was not present during this year's State of Origin Series, as the Panthers half-back was unable to lead his team to retain the shield at the Accor Stadium. In the past, the sporting couple has gone out of their way to support each other. Cleary flew over to Europe at the back end of last year. He followed the Matildas around the continent, notably going to support Fowler as the side took on Switzerland in an international friendly. Fowler, meanwhile, paid tribute to her boyfriend by publishing a snap of herself online wearing a Panthers jersey, after the team clinched their fourth-straight NRL premiership. But in the past month, Cleary and Fowler have both stopped posting about each other on Instagram. The Panthers star has not liked one of Fowler's posts since June 6 - which was the most recent time he was pictured on her account. The collection of images in that post had included snaps of their trip to the UK at the end of last year, one of which was an image of the pair taking a selfie together, smiling from ear to ear. 'Must be nice having a personal photographer follow you around,' Cleary had joked, noting that Fowler had published several snaps that he had taken of her walking through an old castle. It comes as a surprise, with the couple having regularly shared insights into their lives and relationship on social media, since they first went public back in 2023. In March, Fowler opened up on their relationship, revealing that the pair didn't really flirt the first time they met. 'We actually didn't flirt at all when we were texting,' she said. 'We just had really deep, genuine conversations. 'It would be, like, paragraph message[s], just about the way that we think about life. 'It was nice that it started that way, because I don't think I could do long-distance with someone that wasn't interesting to talk to.' She also gave her fans an eye-opening look into her plans for the future, admitting she doesn't see herself playing full-time in Australia 'anytime soon - if ever'. 'I really want to have a big family,' she added. Fowler has also removed a set of paw prints from her Instagram bio, which was understood to be a nod to the paw prints Cleary has displayed on his Instagram account, representative of his affiliation to the Panthers. Meanwhile, the Manchester City star also chose not to like his most recent post about his feelings of 'self-loathing and hurt' following NSW's State of Origin III thumping by Queensland. Another sign of a possible change to their relationship can be found on Instagram, where Nathan has been using paw-print emojis on his bio (circled) Despite concerns arising over their relationship, Fowler has been enjoying spending time back at home with her family and friends. She took to Instagram to publish a heartwarming image of her and her mum showing off their makeup routines, several images of herself spending time with her family, and an image of how her rehabilitation is progressing. And it appears her recovery is going very well. Fowler has shared images and videos of her back in the gym, working on the strength in her injured leg. The footy star was seen jumping without discomfort, a great sign, and also revealed the steps she's taking to keep progressing after such a horrible injury. 'I have recently made a conscious effort to think that I don't have like a bad knee that needs to be fixed, but I'm getting an upgrade and I'm getting an even better knee,' she said last month.

Out, damned shot! Macbeth becomes a cutthroat netball musical at Edinburgh fringe

A spate of Macbeths will hit the Edinburgh festival this month, all of which bring a novel spin on Shakespeare's Scottish play. There's Macbeth: The Musical, accompanied by pop classics, and Macbeth for Bairns, a sensory children's version with bubbles. But the most leftfield must be an award-winning show that has taken the Australian fringe circuit by storm. As mashups go, Lady Macbeth Played Wing Defence is nothing if not high-wire. It's a black comedy musical, which takes place on a netball court and features a seven-strong team of teen players, one of whom, Mac Beth, is a latter-day Lady M with vaulting ambitions of becoming Year 12 netball champion. The witches are a girl band called the Dagger Divas who goad her towards her goal, by any means necessary. Created and performed by an all-female creative team, Crash Theatre Co's production debuted at Perth fringe festival in 2024 and arrives in Scotland as part of the House of Oz season. It has been compared to both Six the Musical, which started out at the Edinburgh fringe, and the Australian musical Fangirls, which had its London premiere last year. Its writer, Courtney McManus, who is also co-lyricist and performs the role of the team's coach, works as an English teacher at an Australian school. She had noticed a lack of interest in Shakespeare among students and set out to encourage teenagers to connect with the tragedy. 'In the English departments I've worked in, these texts are the ones on the shelves that have dust on them … If I said to my students 'Who's Shakespeare?' they probably wouldn't be able to tell you because it's just not that relevant to them. That was key in my thinking: 'how do I make Shakespeare accessible and relevant?'' Macbeth has always been her favourite Shakespeare play but her family has more of a passion for sport. 'So for me it was about 'how can I get people invested in Shakespeare?'' As soon as she had the idea to set it in the world of netball, she knew it had to be a musical, with bass, synths and athleticism combined. Bec Price composed its electro-pop score and co-wrote the lyrics (she directs the show, too) with influences from Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue and Charli xcx – but with added sporting elements. Price sampled the sound of netball trainers on a court for one of the show's main songs, Pick Your Player. 'Synths are my favourite instruments in the whole world because they're so layered,' says Price. 'So when the girls came to me to write the music I thought 'I'm going to make it a dance album' and that's exactly what they wanted … The vibe was that we wanted to make Shakespeare really cool and in the club … flashing lights and fast music with girls spinning around.' The play's themes transposed perfectly to the adrenaline-fuelled world of competitive netball, thinks McManus, and served as a way to explore young female ambition, rivalry and teamwork. 'The way the characters have been written by me mirror my experiences with young people when they're having their worst moments and when they're having their best, too.' Importantly, Mac Beth is given a redemption arc, explains McManus: 'Mac Beth still feels the guilt, she still suffers the consequences of her actions, but she has a road to redemption.' The core message of the show revolves around the collective power of the team and the girls, rather than the individual power that Mac Beth craves. 'We can take that message into the groups of women that surround us: we don't need to be the biggest and the best. We just need to be supportive and supported.' Price has worked as a youth mentor, running camps for young girls' mental health. 'I was really passionate about the word 'bossy' which is never used to describe a man. So what is being bossy? What is being ambitious? Let's put it on a stage and have everything go wrong but still at the end this girl deserves love, and to be part of the team.' Lady Macbeth Played Wing Defence is at Assembly George Square Studios, Edinburgh, 30 July to 25 August. The album is released on Spotify on 31 July.
