From survival to stardom
BUS was formed from a small survival show called '789 SURVIVAL' under the management of SONRAY MUSIC. The show featured 24 trainees with plans to debut seven, eight or nine finalists. Initially introduced as 789 DEBUT GROUP, the group officially rebranded as 'Because of You I Shine', which became both their name and concept.
With their unity and great chemistry, the group ended up with 12 members: Alan (Pasawee Sriarunotai), Marckris (Kris Kanchanatip), Khunpol (Pongpol Panyamit), Heart (Chuthiwat Jankane), Jinwook (Kim Jin Wook), Thai (Chayanon Phakthin), Nex (Nattakit Chaemdara), Phutatchai (Tatchai Limpanyakul), Copper (Dechawat Phondechaphiphat), AA (Ashirakorn Suvitayasatian), Jungt (T Boonsermsuwong), and Peemwasu (Wasupon Pornpananurak).
Debut era and concept
BUS made their official debut on Dec 6, 2023 with their first single ' Because of You, I Shine '. Their first track quickly went viral, surpassing 10 million views.
With their fandom name as BEUS (Be with BUS), the heart of BUS's concept is a message of gratitude, unity, and emotional connection, themes that resonate deeply with their growing fanbase.
In an interview with GQ Thailand, Thai Chayanon explained that they don't see their fans as passive or distant, but rather as part of their family. The sense of closeness makes them feel supported, with BUS and BEUS on the same journey together.
Mackris added that when they release something, whether it is music or a performance, it's not just for themselves. It's something their fans can deeply connect to, as it is a shared achievement altogether.
Music and subunits
From bright and energetic tunes to emotional songs, BUS covers a wide variety of genres. Their second track ' WATCH YOUR STEP ' (2024) follows a similar theme to their debut, whilst later tracks such as ' LIAR ' (2024) and ' TRANSFORMER ' (2024) focus more on a darker and more choreography-based concept.
In April 2024, the renowned group decided to diversify and showcase individual members by splitting into subunits. BUS5 and BUS7 are two dynamic teams with distinct musical styles and member lineups.
BUS5 – made up of Heart, Jinwook, Jungt, Marckris, and Phutatchai – released ' No Matter What ' (2024), a heartfelt track that explores themes of loyalty and enduring friendship. In contrast, BUS7 – featuring AA, Alan, Copper, Khunpol, Nex, Peemwasu, and Thai – debuted with ' Brother Zone ' (2024), a playful and upbeat song centred on young love.
Having these two subunits actually reinforces the group members' relationships with one another. In an interview with WOODY, Heart said, 'I feel that in the past year, we have been through a lot together. We have been more united as a group, in terms of trust and relationship with one another.'
Shining on stage
BUS made an unforgettable impression in their first year. In September 2024, they held their first tour around the country called 'Knock Knock : BUS 1st THAILAND FANCON TOUR'. They brought their talents and personalities to fans across Thailand, selling out every show available.
The tour was a preparation for their biggest concert yet: 'BUS The 1st Concert: LIGHT THE WORLD', held at IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani, from March 14 to 16, 2025. The three-day event marked a major turning point in their career, showcasing their ability on a large-scale stage.
Achievements and fame
Alongside their performance milestones, BUS received awards from several major award shows. They won Best Music and Best Performance at the TOTY Music Awards 2023, earned Rookie of the Year at the Mint Awards 2024, and were recognised by both the Kazz Awards and the Thailand Social Awards. Their presence also led to a performance at the prestigious Korean AAA Awards, highlighting their reach beyond Thailand.
Once a group of trainees with big dreams and ambitions, BUS has grown into one of the most successful rising boy bands in 2025. As they continue to shine and capture attention worldwide, they stand as proof that Thai pop groups can thrive with authenticity, unity, and gratitude.

‘Vanderpump Rules' Season 12 Teaser Pokes Fun at Cast Shake-Up: ‘Help Wanted'

"The faces may have changed, but my rules? They've stayed the same," Lisa Vanderpump says in a new Bravo clip In the wake of the cross-season drama dubbed Scandoval, 'Vanderpump Rules' overhauled its cast of characters around SUR owner Lisa Vanderpump going into Season 12. Bravo released a brief teaser for the upcoming season on Friday, poking fun at what came before to hint at what's coming next. The 15-second clip shows Lisa Vanderpump putting up a 'Help Wanted' sign on the door of her sexy, unique restaurant before looking at the camera and winking. A text card then states, 'It's time for a shift.' They've stayed the same,' Vanderpump says in the clip. You can watch the teaser for yourself, below. In November 2024, it was announced that Bravo's hit reality show 'Vanderpump Rules' was in for a total overhaul. Following two seasons of Scandoval, the show sought to build a new cast from the ground up around the former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star. The reboot will also include a retrospective special looking back at the first 11 seasons of the show. 'The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary run full of laughter, tears and everything in between,' Vanderpump said in a statement at the time. 'I can't thank enough those who have shared their lives. How I love you all. In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation of 'Vanderpump Rules.'' 'VPR's' big debacle began in the show's 10th season. At the time, Tom Sandoval allegedly cheated on his longtime girlfriend (and co-star) Ariana Madix — with her then-best friend, Raquel Leviss. Leviss herself, meanwhile, is the ex-fiancée of James Kennedy, who, you guessed it, was yet another cast member. You can see why they needed to reboot. The Scandoval drama continued into the show's 11th season, where Sandoval, Madix and Kennedy all returned. Leviss, on the other hand, did not. The scandal was big enough that it broke containment from the show itself, becoming a popular topic in tabloids and online circles. Since the news of the overhaul, Sandoval has been making appearances on other reality programs, such as 'The Traitors' and 'America's Got Talent,' while Madix is now the host of 'Love Island USA.' A release date for 'Vanderpump Rules' Season 12 has not been set. The post 'Vanderpump Rules' Season 12 Teaser Pokes Fun at Cast Shake-Up: 'Help Wanted' appeared first on TheWrap.

Patton Kizzire gets the luckiest bounce of the 3M Open on shot into the water

There were many birdies scored at the 3M Open on Friday via the power and precision of some of the world's best golfers. And then there's what Patton Kizzire did. On the 18th hole of Minnesota's TPC Twin Cities, Kizzire hit a 320-yard drive and still had a 233 yards to go to the hole, with a water hazard in the way. Kizzire opted to go directly for the green and hit what should have been a round-killing shot into the water. Fortunately, fate and 3M's marketing budget got in the way. Kizzire's second shot bounced off the 3M Open's floating logo in the water and landed in the rough next to the green. Instead of taking a penalty stroke, Kizzire was a chip and a putt away from a birdie on the par 5, which he accomplished with much less drama. Here's how the whole thing played out: That hole pushed Kizzire to 1-under as he moved to the front nine, but he failed to improve his score enough to avoid the cut. He finished the day at 1-under, well behind the 5-under cut line. He's made the cut in only five of 19 PGA Tour events this season and is currently ranked 171st on the Official World Golf Rankings. He'll at least have some memories from the tournament though.

Plumber Steps in to Help Grandmother Being Attacked by Swarm of Bees: 'I Knew I Had to Do Something'

"I knew that's somebody's grandma, and like kind of got a flashback of my grandma," the plumber said A San Diego-area grandmother is recovering after she was attacked by dozens of bees — and her family is thanking a local plumber who helped rescue her from the swarm. Fire officials in Santee, Calif., received a call at around 10 a.m. local time on Thursday, July 24, asking for medical assistance for a woman in her 50s named Juana, who had been swarmed by around 100 bees as she was napping outdoors, according to FOX 5 San Diego. Kyle Ritchie, Juana's grandson-in-law, told the outlet that the bees had been forming a clump on a tree outside his home, and his mother-in-law was the first person to be attacked as she was taking out the garbage. When Ritchie's wife's mother came back inside to get away from the bees, they realized that Juana was still outside. "They wanted to check on my wife's grandma because she was taking a nap in the yard, and we came out and she was covered in bees," Ritchie recalled, sharing that they grabbed the raid and poured rubbing alcohol on themselves. At that moment, Diosdado San Roque, a plumber with Happy Plumbing, and his work partner drove past — and quickly noticed that something was wrong. San Roque told FOX that their truck soon became covered in bees, and they noticed Juana standing in the street, leaning up against a car for support. "She spoke to me in Spanish, saying she was about to faint," San Roque said. The grandmother then collapsed, and San Roque launched into action, catching her head before it hit the ground. As he tried to drag her away from the bees, the stinging got worse. "I was just trying to wipe all the bees off of her, but once I started doing that, they came at me," he said. Video footage from the truck's dashcam shows San Roque spraying a fire extinguisher over them in an attempt to get rid of the bees, but he said he was still stung at least 20-30 times. "I was trying to take the bees my way and get it off the lady, but once I did that, it got into our cabin," he said. "The worst thing was just wishing that you could do more to help, especially since my wife's grandma was just lying in the street helpless and we couldn't do much," Ritchie added. The Santee Fire Department eventually arrived in a helicopter, and used the strong winds to disperse the bees. Juana was then treated with epinephrine and Benadryl, and taken to a local hospital with a severe reaction, as Ritchie shared that she had "hives all over her body and her throat was closing up." Medics treated San Roque and Ritchie at the scene. Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, there are a number of ways to stay safe around bees, including staying away from honey bee colonies, wearing appropriate clothing while spending an extended period of time in the wilderness and avoiding wearing scents like perfume or cologne while spending time outdoors. If you are ever swarmed by bees, the department recommends that you run away quickly towards an enclosed shelter, not swatting at the bees, removing all stingers from your body once indoors by scraping them with a fingernail, credit card or other dull surface. As for Ritchie and his family, they are now thanking San Roque for risking his own safety for a stranger. 'I knew that's somebody's grandma, and, like, kind of got a flashback of my grandma, and I knew I had to do something about it,' the plumber added. Read the original article on People
