Marvel Rivals Season 3 Battle Pass and every symbiote skin you can unlock

Daily Mirror2 days ago
The Marvel Rivals Season 3 Battle Pass is now live, and it will allow players to earn a number of new symbiote-themed skins, including the new Jeff the Land Shark skin
Marvel Rivals' Season 3 Battle Pass has landed in-game, boasting a plethora of new skins that symbiote enthusiasts will adore.
Despite Marvel Rivals ' departure from the Hellfire Gala, it doesn't mean we're abandoning fire or Hell. The debut of Marvel Rivals Season 3 is fulfilling a significant promise that the MCU failed to deliver on, with Blade headlining a new season of the game.

Jean Grey is also set to make an appearance to assist you in defeating a Knull-controlled Hela in a new season brimming with fresh additions. It's certainly positive news that players have more to engage with in the game ahead of the launch of Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, the new fighting game unveiled during this year's summer showcase season that is sure to attract a lot of interest from comic book fans.

However, for many, the best addition is the new Marvel Rivals Season 3 Battle Pass, packed with new themed cosmetics and loads of in-game currencies to help you acquire the new items that you've been eyeing up in the game's shop. While Fortnite's Super season Battle Pass might focus heavily on the quality of its new characters, the Power of the Phoenix Battle Pass takes a different approach and explores a number of symbiote-infected characters like Jeff the Land Shark and Squirrel Girl in new cosmetics that Venom fans are going to love.
But what exactly does the Marvel Rivals Season 3 Battle Pass include? Here's everything you need to know.

WWE fans raging over icon's 'disgraceful' retirement speech after 28-year career

Wrestling legend Goldberg had his last match this weekend butWWE fans were left furious over the way his retirement was handled. The World Championship Wrestling (WCW) icon stepped in the ring for the final time at Saturday Night's Main Event as he challenged GUNTHER for the World Heavyweight Championship. As many fans expected, the Ring General beat Goldberg to continue his run, as the former world champ continued the wrestling tradition of retiring with a loss. However, some timing issues with US network NBC meant his post-match retirement speech didn't go to plan. The broadcaster cut to an ad break, returning to Goldberg in the ring with other legends, family and friends, as Michael Cole handed him the microphone. However, after just a few words, the final credits appeared on screen and the show was taken off air just before 3am UK time, with viewers watching on YouTube around the world also impacted. The event finished when it was meant to, but fans were livid that there wasn't an overrun on NBC to give Goldberg his full moment. 'There's no way they just cut off while Goldberg was giving his farewell speech?! What an absolute disgrace,' ranted @F1_ootball on X. And @CockneyCharmer complained: 'Christ…they cut to an ad break which misses all of Goldberg's farewell speech with his friends and family in the ring and then even before he finishes his speech….the event closes on him mid sentence FFS.' 'That was complete injustice for Goldberg. Cut off during his final speech to the crowd. Absolutely disgusted,' added @Later4k80, while @lucarosano3 said: 'Lol they just cut off Goldberg during his farewell speech. The disrespect.' 'First off, I don't think I've ever lost here in Atlanta, so I do apologise for going out a little sub par. I've got over a hundred friends and family that came over from all over the world,' Goldberg told the fans in an emtouonal moment. 'The fans in Atalanta have been absolutely wonderful. I love you, I couldn't have done it without you!' Unfortunately for viewers watching at home, NBC's feed was cut in the moment, meaning fans will have to wait until WWE uploads the full footage online. Although the speech didn't go as they'd hope, fans heaped praise on Goldberg's match with GUNTHER, and praised the Austrian star for helping the legend to one of his greatest ever performances. More Trending 'Did Goldberg just have his best match as his last? Gunther continues to be a Living Legend,' wrote @JPJLovesGaming, while fellow X user @stephamiee said: 'Goldberg's best match of his whole career.' Others agreed and hailed the bout as 'the best Goldberg match' they've ever seen, and a fitting final chapter. View More » Netflix is the home of WWE in the UK. Influencer couple brutally mocked over newborn son's obscure name: 'He's going to be teased'

An influencer couple has been brutally mocked online over their newborn son's obscure name. Clarissa Caleb and Shaquan Roberts, known as Riss & Quan, have gained more than three million subscribers on YouTube by documenting their day-to-day endeavors as parents to three young boys. But when they recently revealed their youngest son's moniker to the world, they faced immense backlash over what they decided to name him. In a video shared to TikTok earlier this week, Clarissa and Shaquan were seen holding up a heart-shaped glass case that was filled with little balls. 'Baby boy's name is...' Clarissa said before trailing off. 'Three, two, one,' Shaquan said as he opened up a small hole at the bottom of the glass case. The balls then fell out one by one, eventually revealing their newborn's moniker written underneath: Secure Arris Roberts. The clip got nearly three million views, and many people took to the comment section to slam the unusual baby name. 'Who names they baby Secure?' asked one user. 'What's wrong with parents these days?' wondered another. 'Sometimes I think y'all forget you are naming future adults,' someone else wrote. 'Secure? You parents in this generation really don't get it. "Secure" is a word that describes a feeling. It's not a name. But to each his own,' read a fourth comment. A fifth said, 'They be calling anything as names to kids these days.' 'You guys owe him an apology,' a different user scathed. 'Poor baby when he starts school he's going to be teased,' added another person. The couple also share sons Shine Anthony Roberts and Saviour Azaire Roberts. The clip got nearly three million views, and many people took to the comment section to slam the unusual baby name In a follow-up video, they explained, 'As you guys can see we decided to keep the theme of the [initials] SAR.' 'Shaquan came up with the first name and I came up with the middle name,' Clarissa dished. Clarissa also pointed out that his middle name 'has a little piece of her' in it, explaining, 'Arris actually means "best" or "superior." But it also has "ris" in there. 'It's Greek and my first name, Clarissa, is Greek as well. I just thought it was cute, I don't know.' 'We put a ton of thought into his name, like we always do,' Shaquan added. 'We definitely wanted to go with something unique, a name that pretty much not many people in this world have.

'Jake Paul showed his true colours by badmouthing me when I was in a wheelchair'

'Jake Paul showed his true colours by badmouthing me when I was in a wheelchair' Eric 'Butterbean' Esch has been out of the ring since his 2013 loss to Kirk Lawton, but he is eyeing a return to action as he looks to settle the score with YouTube sensation Jake Paul Jake Paul has carved out a successful boxing career (Image: Getty Images ) Butterbean has issued a fierce warning to Jake Paul as he considers making his comeback to the boxing ring. The 58-year-old American hasn't fought since suffering a TKO defeat to Kirk Lawton in 2013. And in the years since, the fighter, whose real name is Eric Esch, has faced an entirely different challenge: battling his weight and morbid obesity. ‌ Butterbean's weight ballooned to a staggering 500lb – equivalent to 36.7 stone – at his peak, leaving him wheelchair-bound as medical professionals warned he might never regain the ability to walk. Throughout this period, Butterbean alleges that Paul "talked bad" about him, only to alter his stance now that the veteran has regained his fitness through an extraordinary physical transformation, shedding over 200lbs (15 stone). ‌ Speaking to Mirror Fighting this week through Lucky Energy, Butterbean said: "As soon as he says yes, I'm ready. You know, I was in really bad shape. I was in a wheelchair for over three years. I couldn't walk. I got over 500 pounds. I was fat and sloppy and couldn't walk, and Jake wanted to talk bad about me then. "So, I decided to get my fat butt in shape. And guess what I did? I'm 280 right now, 285. I've never been under 300 in my life that I know of. And now that I'm ready, he's like, 'Well, dude, you're a legend. I can't fight you right now.' Yeah, buddy. Let's get it going." When asked about his confidence in potentially ending Paul's boxing career, he added: "I don't think he's afraid of me, but I think his people know that if he gets knocked out, his career's over. Like, I would knock him out bad. I hit way too hard for him." Article continues below Butterbean even described a potential bout with Paul as "one of the best fights of the year", as he claimed: "I hit too hard for Jake. Needless to say, Jake was a joke in the beginning. Just another YouTuber out there trying to prove a point. Butterbean has a message for Jake Paul (Image: 2012 The Ring Magazine ) "He's got a lot better... so I wouldn't mind sharing the ring just to fight him. Not just to shut him out because I think he was worthless, but he kind of p***ed me off." ‌ Butterbean attributes his significant weight loss to WWE legend 'Diamond' Dallas Page and his intensive yoga regimen, noting that at 58, he feels fitter than during his boxing heyday in his twenties. He said: "I'm not in a wheelchair no more. "I went and moved to DDP for a while, did his yoga programme, and I'm in the best shape of my life right now. I feel better now at 50-something than I did when I was in my 20s, which is insane. I can't explain it, but the Fountain of Youth, I dove in it and I come out so much better." Paul, on the other hand, has seen a meteoric rise since launching his professional boxing career with a first-round TKO against fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib in January 2020. Subsequent victories included knockouts of Nate Robinson and wins over seasoned UFC stars Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley and Anderson Silva. ‌ Butterbean hopes to fight Jake Paul (Image: ADRIAN DENNIS, AFP via Getty Images ) However, he experienced his first career defeat in February 2023, losing to Tommy Fury via split decision. Despite this setback, Paul bounced back with wins over notable opponents such as Nate Diaz, Andre Augustm, Ryan Bourland and Mike Perry. Last November, Paul faced what was touted as the most significant fight of his career, squaring off against former heavyweight world champion Mike Tyson, despite a 30-year age gap. Paul emerged victorious from that bout, winning by unanimous decision. Article continues below He followed this up with another win last month against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, also by unanimous decision, improving his record to 12-1. As for his next opponent, it remains uncertain, although Butterbean is hopeful of enticing Paul into a lucrative match, despite ongoing rumours of a rematch with Fury. Butterbean has just launched a brand-new flavour of beverage with Lucky Energy in his Butterbean's Knockout Punch. The brand describes the fresh taste as "a tropical mix of pineapple, orange, cherry, with a heavy kick of nostalgia fruit punch." Butterbean spoke as part of his collaboration with Lucky Energy. You can find out more about his brand-new Butterbean's Knockout Punch flavour here.
