
Mercedes-AMG G 63 Collector's Edition Launched In India At Rs 4.30 Crore
Developed by the joint efforts of Mercedes-Benz India and Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, the special edition is claimed to have been inspired by the Indian monsoons. Hence, the SUV gets two India-specific Manufaktur paint options called the Mid Green Magno, which is inspired by the lush greenery of the monsoons, and Red Magno, inspired by India's iron-rich soil.

Diving into further details, the Mercedes-AMG G 63 Collector's Edition also gets a 'One of Thirty' plaque placed on the rear spare wheel cover. There is also a unique finish for the side protection strip covering the length of the vehicle. All of this is complemented by 22-inch AMG-spec alloy wheels with gold colour.
The interior features a two-tone Manufaktur Catalana Biege and Black Nappa leather upholstery, along with Open-pore natural walnut wood trim on the dashboard. However, the standout aspect of the Collector's Edition is the opportunity for customers to have their personal name engraved on the dashboard grab handle, creating a uniquely exclusive touch for each owner.
Under the hood, the Mercedes-AMG G 63 Collector's Edition continues to have the same 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine supported by a 48V mild-hybrid tech. This unit is tuned to push out 585 hp of power and 850 Nm of peak torque. The mild-hybrid system contributes 22 hp of boost. This power is transferred to all four wheels via the 4Matic system, routed by a 9-speed DCT automatic gearbox.

Waaree Renewable Technologies shares jump 15% ahead of Q1 results
Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies surged 15% to Rs 1,120 in Tuesday's intraday trade on the BSE, ahead of the company's June quarter results. Tesla's India debut, Model Y takes centrestage as Mumbai showroom opens
The hotly anticipated launch of the Tesla brand has come sooner than expected, and as reported earlier the brand has unveiled its showroom in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Tesla has listed pricing for the Model Y, that has been launched here in two variants – Rear Wheel Drive and Long Range Rear Wheel Drive. Here are the details and specifications of the Model Y in Model Y: Battery and RangeThe Tesla Model Y comes in two variants, both getting different batteries. The Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) gets a 60kWh LFP battery that gives it a claimed range of 500km of range on a single charge according to the WLTP cycle. Meanwhile, the Long Range Rear Wheel Drive (LR RWD) gets a larger battery, and a claimed range of 622km on a single Model Y: PerformanceAs of now, the only variants available in India are single-motor equipped, but performance isn't something that Tesla Model Y lacks in. The RWD can sprint from 0 to 100kmph in just 5.9 seconds while the LR RWD can sprint from 0 to 100kmph in just 5.6 seconds. Top speed for both variants has been capped at Model Y: Charging While it is not confirmed yet if Tesla will also introduce its Supercharger network in India, the brand claims that these super-fast DC chargers can add 238km of range in just 15 minutes to the RWD. Different paint options cost extra, with the Stealth Grey available as standard for no extra cost. The Pearl-White Multi-Coat, Diamond Black are priced at Rs 95,000, the Glacier Blue is priced at Rs 1.25 lakh extra, Quicksilver and Ultra Red are priced at Rs Rs 1.85 lakh extra. Theobroma to be sold, Rs 2,410-crore sweet deal baked by ChrysCapital: Report
Private equity firm ChrysCapital has agreed to acquire a 90% stake in Theobroma Foods, the popular pan-India bakery chain, for Rs 2,410 crore, reported The Economic Times (ET). As per the agreement, ChrysCapital will buy the majority stake from Theobroma's promoters and its existing investor ICICI Venture. The founding family will retain around 10% stake in the company, people familiar with the matter told Venture currently owns 42% in Theobroma. It had invested $20 million in 2017, which was around Rs 130 crore at the STRUCTURE AND VALUATIONTalks between ChrysCapital and Theobroma resumed earlier this year after being paused for nearly six weeks due to weak financial performance. Initially, the promoters and investors had sought a valuation of Rs 3,000 crore, but the final deal was signed at Rs 2,410 the final price is lower than what was first expected, the transaction is being seen as a positive sign for the restaurant and cafes sector, where several deals had been on hold due to market uncertainty.'Even though the Theobroma deal has been signed at a lower valuation compared to what was brought on the table first, it's being seen as a precedent for revival of high-value transactions in the dining and cafes sector,' a person directly involved in the discussions told Capital advised the promoters on the deal. ChrysCapital, ICICI Venture, and Theobroma declined to comment, according to had attracted interest from several other big names. Global investment firms like Bain Capital and Carlyle, and Switz Group, the owner of the Monginis bakery chain, had also shown interest earlier in the process, but ChrysCapital eventually emerged as the is reportedly looking to build a quick-service restaurant (QSR) platform. As reported by ET earlier, it is planning to acquire popular food brands such as Theobroma and The Belgian Waffle Co. to expand its footprint in the deal with Theobroma is expected to be a key part of that in 2004 by sisters Kainaz Messman Harchandrai and Tina Messman Wykes, Theobroma began with a single outlet at Cusrow Baug on Mumbai's Colaba Causeway.
