Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco's Wedding: Guest List, Date, and Latest News
Elsa/Getty Images Between the prom-themed photo shoots and how they can't stop gushing about each other, we are so here for Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco getting married and living happily ever after. Lord knows she deserves it after the ups, the downs, and all the years of healing she's been through. The pair have been pretty candid about their relationship, revealing how they met, how they fell in love, announcing their engagement on Instagram, and opening up about their plans to start a family (here's a complete relationship timeline), but naturally they aren't sharing every little wedding planning detail with the world. Still, some information has leaked out, and since this may very well be The Celeb Wedding of 2025, we're obviously eager for any morsel we can get. Here's everything we know about the #Blancomez nuptials: A source revealed to the Daily Mail, that the 'two-day event' will be in Montecito, California in September of this year to accommodate everyone's busy schedules. 'Everyone invited has been asked to bring overnight bags to stay for the weekend,' said the source. 'Although it's for friends and family only, many on the friends list are huge celebrities, including Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, Selena's co-stars from Only Murders in the Building, and music superstars who are Benny's friends and some he's also worked with,' said the same insider, hinting that Steve Martin, Meryl Streep, and Martin Short might be getting invites, since they are Gomez's co-stars. We'd also imagine that Gomez's mother, Mandy Teefey, and sister Gracie will be in attendance, as well as her close friend Raquelle Stevens. 'yes I will be the flower girl' Swift commented on Gomez's engagement announcement, so, please, we really do hope that happens! 'We're both working on so many things that we hadn't even had time to get into it, but we're so excited,' Blanco said on an episode of the Therapuss podcast in July 2025, explaining, 'I think this summer, we're going to sit down and be like, 'OK, what are we doing?'' He went on to say they wanted their wedding to be 'chill' but 'amazing.' How very Benny Blanco of him! This post will be updated. Originally Appeared on Glamour

Obamas joke about divorce rumors: ‘It was touch and go for a while'
Former President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama are addressing rumors about a divorce head-on in an episode of her podcast released Wednesday. 'She took me back!' Barack Obama said on the 'IMO with Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson' podcast. 'It was touch and go for a while.' Speculation about the former first couple's marriage has run rampant in recent months. Some of the rumors picked up steam after several public appearances where Michelle Obama did not join her husband, including President Donald Trump's inauguration in January. 'It's so nice to have you both in the same room together,' said Robinson, who is Michelle Obama's brother, to the couple. Michelle responded, 'I know because when we aren't, folks think we're divorced.' Robinson recounted a story when a woman at an airport approached him to ask about their marriage. ''What did he do?'' Robinson said she asked him. 'These are the kinds of things that I just miss,' Barack Obama said. 'So I don't even know this stuff's going on and then somebody will mention it to me and I'm like what are you talking about?' Michelle Obama continued on saying, 'There hasn't been one moment in our marriage where I've thought about quitting on my man. And we've had some really hard times and we've had a lot of fun times, a lot of adventures and I have become a better person because of the man I'm married to.' The former first lady previously has addressed the speculation about her marriage and her decision not to attend Trump's inauguration. 'My decision to skip the inauguration, what people don't realize — or my decision to make choices at the beginning of this year that suited me were met with such ridicule and criticism,' she explained on an episode of her podcast earlier this year. 'People couldn't believe that I was saying no for any other reason that they had to assume that my marriage was falling apart.' The Obamas married in 1992.

‘Late Night's Amber Ruffin Laughs at Bezos Wedding Protests: ‘People Protested Your Wedding and You're Not Even Gay!'
Billionaire and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos married Lauren Sanchez late last month, and the nuptials were greeted by protests from locals in Venice. That tickled 'Late Night' writer Amber Ruffin on Tuesday, as she marveled that, usually, only gay weddings see protests. The thing about 'Late Night' is, as host Seth Meyers explained to tee up the latest 'Amber Says What' segment, the NBC show can't always touch on every bit of news that's going on. So, to play a little catch-up on things, they have Ruffin come out to recap. And thus, she got to touch on the controversial wedding. Two rich people got married? I bet those were some beautiful protests,' Ruffin joked. 'And they were! I'm sorry, but can you imagine people disliking you so much they protest your wedding?!' 'People protested your wedding and you're not even gay,' she continued. 'That's how you know you're bad.' There were indeed a variety of protests in Venice leading up to and during the wedding, which spanned three days in total, including a march where people chanted ''Bezos, f–k off, out of our lagoon!' Activists also rolled out a massive banner in St. Mark's Square, with a photo of Bezos and a caption that read 'If you can rent Venice for your wedding you can pay more tax.' Additionally, there were even dummies created to look like Bezos, with one shoved into the Venice Canal attached to an Amazon box and clutching cash in its hands. You can watch the full 'Amber Says What' segment from 'Late Night with Seth Meyers' in the video above.
