The HABI skincare collection has landed at Boots, which includes "targeted and skin-loving ingredients"
Boots has just unveiled its brand new skincare collection called HABI. Following the "successful" debut of its HABI vitamin supplements in April, Boots has expanded its HABI line with eight dermatologically tested facial products for less than £8.
The fresh collection introduces a "vibrant, fresh and playful energy" to skincare, featuring "bouncy and tactile textures". To mark the launch, the complete HABI range is available on a three for two offer, with Boots Advantage Card members receiving an additional 10% discount, reports the Liverpool Echo.

A Boots spokesperson explained: "Whether it's meeting hydration goals, remembering to take vitamin D, or wearing SPF every day, HABI is here to help build a routine people can stick to. From spot stickers to hydrating moisturisers, cleansing balm to face mist (that's vegan and cruelty-free), HABI is kind enough to sensitive skin yet powerful enough to deliver that glow time and time again."

They continued: "Glowy skin is not just a result of using great products, it also comes from building good habits into your daily life. Whether it's meeting your hydration goals, remembering to take your vitamin D or wearing SPF every day, HABI is here to help you build a routine you can actually stick to."
The range is brimming with "targeted and skin-loving" ingredients and vitamins such as a triple ceramide complex and squalane for a "glowing" complexion. It also boasts niacinamide and green tea leaf for "smooth, soft, hydrated skin" along with "ultra-moisturising" jojoba oil and vitamin E-infused shea butter.
What's in the Boots' HABI skincare line-up?
HABI's skincare range includes Sunny Shield SPF 40, enriched with allantoin and vitamin E for "super-moisturised, glowing skin and daily protection." The collection also features the "trending" Zit Zapper Spot Stickers, offering targeted treatment that's "packed with personality."
The HABI Hydra Glow Hydrating Serum, containing niacinamide and hyaluronic acid, "delivers a surge of moisture for glowing, bouncy-feeling skin, while smoothing the appearance of skin texture". The HABI Hydra Boost Hydrating Moisturiser, packed with a triple ceramide complex and squalane, aims to "minimise the look of pores, leaving skin feeling smooth and soft."
The HABI Spritz Saviour Face Mist from Boots, also featuring a triple ceramide complex and allantoin, is touted as "perfect for sensitive skin. This " This "gentle mist soothes and hydrates for a refreshed feeling."

The store's HABI Moisture Melt Cleansing Balm is infused with shea butter and jojoba oil, offering an "ultra-moisturising" experience that effortlessly "melts away" makeup, including stubborn eye makeup, while bestowing a "dewy glow" on the skin. The HABI Clean Slate Jelly Cleanser, enriched with green tea leaf water and allantoin, is described as a "gentle, jelly-like" formula that "effectively" banishes makeup and impurities.
Completing the trio is the HABI Moisture Magic Water Moisturiser, which also boasts green tea leaf water and niacinamide. The "lightweight, fast-absorbing formula leaves skin looking smooth and feeling refreshed."
Boots recommends: "Our light moisturiser can be applied to cleansed skin after your serum." It further instructs: "Gently massage into the skin until fully absorbed. Follow up with our HABI SPF 40."

New gut powder hailed for 'helping with bloating' and 'taking away cravings'

Discovering the correct supplements to support women's training and fitness goals, plus improve their health, can prove to be challenging and time-consuming. Many supplements tend to cater exclusively to specific groups, leaving others feeling bewildered about which products to purchase. The Hembrow sisters - Tammy, Emilee and Amy - have gained worldwide recognition for their influence in fitness, wellness and parenting circles, and understand firsthand the desire for supplements suited to their way of life. The trio have now introduced Selfish - a female-focused sports nutrition brand - to Boots stores across the UK. As reported by the Mirror, the Selfish Supps range features numerous products engineered to assist with the aspirations and obstacles encountered by countless women. For instance, there's the Give Me Plant Protein priced at £24.65, marketed as a silky and rich vegan protein powder containing 20g of lean plant protein per portion. Also available in French Vanilla and Rich Chocolate flavours, it's designed to assist women with strength, toning, and post-workout recovery. For optimal results, users simply need to blend or shake one scoop into 250ml of water and consume after exercise, or whenever a protein boost is required. Balance My Gut is another option from the Selfish range that's a refreshing blue-greens gut health powder intended to help reduce bloating, aid digestion and support the gut microbiome. Available in Blueberry Bliss flavour, the 240g tub provides up to 30 servings and aims to bolster overall health and immunity, offering a non-gritty micro blue and phyto-greens powder. The Selfish brand has garnered rave reviews, boasting a stellar 4.9 out of 5-star rating on their website. A satisfied customer shared: "I have tried so many gut powders and they all taste so gross. I have been taking this for the last week and obsessed with the flavour. It's also really helped with my bloating! Love it." Another happy user commented: "As someone who has tried a lot of vegan and plant proteins out there, this is by far the best. Both the vanilla and chocolate taste amazing in smoothies or just with water and ice. No chalky texture at all. I have it every day." Yet, not all feedback was glowing, as one individual noted: "One scoop is a bit too selfish. It needs a couple for it to really make a difference in taste." Someone else wrote: "I've had this for just over a week, and I've been sipping it straight after lunch when i need that sweet hit. I find that it fills me up and takes away the craving. Also, it's completely delicious." For women seeking to maximise their hectic, energetic lifestyles, Selfish's collection of supplements crafted exclusively for women might prove to be the ideal solution.

'Fantastic' Oral-B toothbrush that left shopper 'astounded' down to under £50

Shoppers can keep dentists happy by brushing with a quality toothbrush like this discounted Oral-B model There's no arguing with it: we all need to be brushing our teeth well to avoid costly and painful trips to the dentist. One of the best ways to ensure great dental hygiene is to invest in an electric toothbrush, which is more effective than a manual brush at almost every measure, including plaque removal and gum protection. However, these little gadgets can cost a pretty penny. While some of the high end models on the market can easily set shoppers back a couple of hundred pounds, there are often deals available - like this heavily discounted Oral-B Pro 3 electric toothbrush, now £44.99 down from £100 at Amazon. The Oral-B Pro 3 is a nifty bit of kit that uses Oral-B's unique 3D cleaning technology that oscillates, rotates and pulsates for up to 100% more plaque removal than a manual brush. Plus, it has built-in gum pressure control to protect the most sensitive parts of the mouth - if users are brushing too hard, the brush stops pulsations, reduces speeds and flashes a red light to let them know they're giving it too much welly. The kit comes with a toothbrush, charger, cross-action toothbrush head and a travel case, and the brush itself can last more than two weeks on a single charge and has a built-in two-minute timer to make sure users are brushing for the right amount of time. It's easy to know when it's time to replace the toothbrush head, too, as the colour fades from green to yellow when it's time to switch it out. If this isn't quite what shoppers are after, they could try the Oral-B iO4 Black Electric Toothbrush Radiant Whitening Gift Set, now £69 at Boots. This kit comes with the powerful iO4 toothbrush, three heads, a travel case, a charger, a refill holder and toothpaste - everything needed to keep those pearly whites shining. Alternatively, Argos has the Philips Sonicare Series 5500 Electric Toothbrush for £50, which is said to effortlessly remove surface stains and give up to 2x whiter teeth with 31,000 brush strokes per minute. However, the Oral-B Pro 3 has plenty of rave reviews at Amazon. One shopper said: "I have braces and I am astounded by how good this electric toothbrush is, as a previous manual brusher I have noticed vast improvement in the cleanliness of my teeth and they feel cleaner throughout the day." Another said: "I've noticed my teeth are smoother and clean longer than when I used a manual brush. Easy to use - one press for on and straight to higher powered setting, second press for lower power setting, longer press for off, red light and power interruption if you press too hard, and a couple of pulses in the power to let you know every 30 seconds." A third added: "It definitely makes a difference from a manual toothbrush. My teeth feels cleaner for less time spend brushing." However, some did flag some issues. One buyer said: "One notable design aspect is the lack of rubber grip. While this makes it easier to clean and keep looking new—unlike my old toothbrush that would accumulate white marks and peeling rubber—it does make it harder to hold onto when your hands are wet." Another said: "Only downside is it is feels quite noisy in the mouth and a bit clunky, but performance is excellent."

'Convenient' Gut Wealth supplement praised for digestion boosting benefits

Gut Wealth liquid supplement is 'designed to improve bowel regularity, reduce urgency and enhance overall gut health', and is now reduced by 25%. Digestive discomfort is a silent struggle for many - be it the occasional bloating post meals, unpredictable bowel movements, or that persistent sense of digestive unease. These symptoms can disrupt daily routines, drain energy, and chip away at overall well-being. However, more and more people are finding ways to support their gut health and feel more comfortable in their bodies. For instance, IBS sufferers are now rushing to buy Gut Wealth products, which are currently offering 25% off and free UK postage until 14 July on 42 or 56 packs of their liquid supplement. This brings the eight-week 56 pack down to £89.97 from £119.96, and the four-week supply 42 pack down to £67.47 from £89.97. The Gut Wealth liquid supplement aims to improve bowel regularity, reduce urgency and enhance overall gut health. IBS sufferers have praised the supplement, claiming it has made a significant difference to their symptoms. Furthermore, it features seven key digestion-boosting ingredients, including a post-biotic 'good bacteria' that's been proven to reduce bloating and improve bowel regularity, reports Nottinghamshire Live. Recently, users have described Gut Wealth as 'easy, tasty and convenient'. This citrus-flavoured supplement comes in a 15g sachet and is said to help people regain the freedom to live their lives normally, reports Birmingham Live. This innovative supplement works in harmony with the body's microbiome to eradicate harmful bacteria, while also boosting energy levels, enhancing sleep quality, and alleviating discomfort and inflammation. As a post-biotic, not a probiotic, it doesn't require refrigeration, making it a convenient option. Additionally, the sachet is gluten-free, vegetarian-friendly, low in sugar and FODMAP, catering to diverse dietary needs. It provides 100% of the recommended daily intake of essential vitamins and minerals, including Vitamins B1, B5, B6, B12, Vitamin C, and Zinc. For those who may not find Gut Wealth suitable, there are alternative options available. Boots IBS Wind and Bloating Relief, priced at £7.50 for 30 soft gel capsules, is designed to relieve the pain and discomfort associated with trapped wind and bloating. Another alternative is MyVitamins' Gut Gummies, priced at £16.49. These mixed berry-flavoured gummies contain live cultures and 40mg of vitamin C, supporting immune system function. Gut Wealth customers have enthusiastically endorsed the supplement's effectiveness. Sheena, a loyal user, shared her experience: " Gut Wealth made a real difference to my digestion with less bloating and better bowel action. I took them for 2 weeks and thought that it was helping, then stopped to see if it really made a difference. It clearly did help as my digestion issues began again, so I started taking them again 2 weeks later, and my digestion has been much easier since." Linda, who battled with IBS for many years, found solace in Gut Wealth when other methods didn't help, sharing her journey: "I have seen dietitians and doctors, tried probiotics, FODMAP diet and radically restricted my diet. Nothing has been effective over the long term and I have found it difficult eating out or going on holidays. Gut Wealth has allowed me to eat foods that I haven't eaten for years and I have no pain, bloating or loose stool." However, not everyone was as impressed. Online feedback included mixed reviews, with one user commenting: "Helped with bowel issues but I just don't like the taste." And another shared their satisfaction: "Game changer. Started taking them as I'm bloated pretty much most of the time which is not good."
