MGK Looks So Different With New Beard and Man Bun Transformation
Machine Gun Kelly is giving fans tickets to his latest transformation.
One month after news broke that he and his pregnant fiancée Megan Fox called it quits, the "Lonely Road" musician—real name Colson Baker—debuted a dramatic new look.
In a photo shared to Instagram Jan. 28, MGK—wearing no shirt and a pair of camouflage pants hanging low enough to show off his white underwear—looked pensively out of a window, his dark upper body tattoo on full display.
But the 34-year-old—whose breakup with Megan was revealed in December, one month after she announced they were expecting a baby together—wasn't sporting his usual short, bleached blond hairstyle and clean-shaven face. Instead, he rocked a longer, dirty blond 'do that he tied back in a small man bun and a thick matching beard.
And in another shot from the shoot, MGK offered an even closer look at his new appearance, holding loose strands of his hair up with his hand while the camera caught a fuller glimpse of his facial hair, which also included a mustache.

Following his post, many fans were on board with the transformation, comparing his new look to that of a Viking warrior. As one user commented under the photos, "You really came back as a viking omg so hot."
Another added, "Bro has become a viking character."
Others were singularly focused on his facial hair.
"I'm sorry WHATTT???? The beard???" one user wrote, while a second insisted, "The beard PLAYS."
This isn't the first major transformation MGK—who is dad to daughter Casie, 15, with ex Emma Cannon—has undergone as of late. Back in February 2024, the "my ex's best friend" rapper revealed that he covered up most of the tattoos on his chest and arms with pure black ink.
Alongside a snapshot of his eye-popping permanent ink design, MGK wrote on Instagram at the time, "For spiritual purposes only."
