Buy This 2023 Rimac Nevera On Bring A Trailer To Have Your Mind Blown
Now you can experience that for yourself by bidding on this 2023 Nevera that's currently up for auction on Bring a Trailer. I mean, if you have a couple million dollars to burn, that is. With four days left in the auction this Nevera currently sits at $1,112,111 as I write this, and the reserve is surely gonna be higher than that given the Nevera's starting price when new of more than $2 million.

This Nevera is number 6 out of the car's 150-unit production run, and it was delivered to the Ohio-based Triple F Collection in June 2023. The window stickers lists the Nevera's base price as an even €2,000,000, which shakes out to $2,163,905, on top of which this particular car has $147,146 in options (€136,000). The spec is absolutely outstanding, certainly one of the best Neveras that I've seen so far. On the outside the car wears pearlescent Nevera Blue paint, a $21,639 option, along with $86,556 worth of black carbon-fiber parts. My favorite option is the chrome finish on the wheels, which cost $10,820. More supercars need chrome wheels.
The inside is even more wild, with Light Blue leather set off by white stitching and other white accents. It's so much more interesting than all the hypercars you see with mostly black interiors or too much Alcantara. All that blue leather did cost $4,328, with an additional $4,328 just for the blue leather steering wheel. Also making up the options list are "metal anodisation" and "metal accent," each for $9,738, which I assume is for the various metal bits in the cabin.
The odometer reads 1,371 miles, which is about a dozen charges — the EPA rates the Nevera as having a 204-mile range, though in the real world it's probably more like 250. That is, as long as you aren't driving like a complete hooligan, which is tough given the Nevera's 1,914 horsepower and 1,741 pound-feet of torque. As a reminder, the Nevera will do 0 to 60 mph in 1.74 seconds and run the quarter-mile in just 8.25 seconds, and it has an EV-best top speed of 258 mph.
The Rimac is fantastic to use as a normal car doing normal speeds, though. It has a ton of cargo and interior space, a comfortable ride, strong regenerative brakes, good visibility, and an easy demeanor. It's no more stressful to drive around town than an Ioniq 5.
So, it's a shame this Nevera has done such few miles, but now's your opportunity to pack on thousands more. If this spec isn't to your liking there are still new Nevera build slots available, though you'd likely have to go for the Nevera R variant, which is even more powerful.

Are Wall Street Analysts Predicting General Motors Stock Will Climb or Sink?
Detroit-based General Motors Company (GM) designs, builds, and sells trucks, crossovers, cars, and automobile parts, and also provides software-enabled services and subscriptions. With a market cap of $50 billion, General Motors operates through GM North America, GM International, Cruise, and GM Financial segments. The auto maker notably outperformed the broader market over the past year, but underperformed in 2025. GM stock has surged 21.1% over the past 52 weeks and dipped 1.4% in 2025, compared to the S&P 500 Index's ($SPX) 14.5% gains over the past year and 6.1% returns on a YTD basis. Narrowing the focus, GM has also outperformed the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund's (XLY) 18.2% gains over the past 52 weeks and a 3.7% drop in 2025. General Motors' stock prices plunged 8.1% following the release of its Q2 results on Jul. 22. While the company observed improvements in used vehicle and service revenues, and an increase in leased vehicle income and finance charges, its vehicle, parts, and accessories sales remained under pressure. This resulted in a 1.8% year-over-year drop in overall topline to $47.1 billion. However, this figure surpassed the Street's expectations by a notable margin. Meanwhile, its adjusted net income plunged 29.8% year-over-year to $2.5 billion, but adjusted EPS of $2.53 beat the consensus estimates by 5.9%. Following the initial drop, GM stock prices surged 8.7% in the subsequent trading session. For the full fiscal 2025, ending in December, analysts expect GM to report an adjusted EPS of $9.41, down 11.2% year-over-year. On a positive note, the company has a solid earnings surprise history. It has surpassed the Street's bottom-line estimates in each of the past four quarters. The stock has a consensus 'Moderate Buy' rating overall. Of the 28 analysts covering the stock, opinions include 11 'Strong Buys,' two 'Moderate Buys,' 12 'Holds,' and three 'Strong Sells.' This configuration is slightly more bullish than a month ago, when only 10 analysts gave 'Strong Buy' recommendations and one suggested a 'Moderate Buy' rating. On Jul. 22, Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives maintained an 'Outperform' rating on GM and set a price target of $55. GM's mean price target of $55.73 suggests a 6.1% upside potential. Meanwhile, the Street-high target of $80 represents a staggering 52.3% premium to current price levels. Original-Owner 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo Is Our Bring a Trailer Pick
The Porsche 944 offers a much more conventional driving experience than a 911, but it's still great. This 944 is from the first year for the Turbo and has some tasteful options. It also has exceptionally low mileage. For decades, the Porsche 944 suffered simply from not being a 911. Why would you get Stuttgart's front-engine, four-cylinder sports car if you could afford the rear-engine, flat-six icon? Well, with air-cooled 911 values now shot to the moon, many Porsche fans have taken another look at the 944. Bring a Trailer This 1986 944 Turbo up for sale on Bring a Trailer (which, like Car and Driver, is part of Hearst Autos) is a prime example of Porsche's transaxle era. It has just 35K miles on the odometer and boasts the desirable 16-inch Fuchs wheels, sport seats, not to mention eighties-tastic features like pop-up headlights and a boost gauge. Bring a Trailer And despite its little-brother status, a naturally-aspirated 944 was crowned champion in a 1984 Car and Driver shootout to find the best handling imported car, beating a 911 and a Porsche 928, as well as a Ferrari, a Lotus, and several others. Testers had few complaints, other than Don Sherman pointing out that the tested 944 could do with the added support of the sport seats. Well, this one has them. Bring a Trailer It also comes with forced induction grunt for its 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, good for 217 horsepower and 243 pound-feet of torque. That power gets to the ground through a five-speed manual, the gearbox mounted in the rear—again, this is a transaxle machine—for better weight balance. With a curb weight of around 2800 pounds, this 944 has roughly the same power-to-weight ratio as a modern Toyota GR86, more than enough to carve up a back road. However, with a bit of turbo lag to manage, and more torque on tap, the Porsche has a bit more character. It's an accessible performance classic, and great fun to drive. Bring a Trailer Change out the tires (with a date code of 2010, it's probably time for something fresh and sticky), and change the timing belt (again, based on age), and this 944 Turbo is ready to go. Overlooked for decades, these cars have aged like a fine Württemberg riesling. The 944 should always have received the respect it does today. This example has just enough wear on it that you won't feel bad about driving it, and the silver-over-black combination is perfect for shrugging off the miles. Spool up that turbo and hit your favorite piece of wriggling tarmac. A 944 might not drive like a 911. It might actually be better. The auction ends on August 7.
