Texas A&M could be without its top-returning RB when they face Notre Dame in South Bend
On Sunday, running back Le'Veon Moss was arrested for a disorderly conduct charge, as an early morning altercation led to his detainment according to Rusty Surette of KBTX. While it is clearly in the early stages of this incident, you have to wonder how the Aggies will handle this.
Could there be a suspension coming for Moss? There very well could be, but it may not ultimately impact the showdown with the Irish in South Bend. This is just pure speculation, but if Texas A&M were to impose a suspension, and it is just two games, Moss would be returning to the field against Notre Dame. It could be longer, but at this stage its hard to tell.
The Aggies have two games before the contest against the Irish, as they'll face UTSA to open the season, then Utah State the following week before the tilt vs. the Irish on Sept. 13th. If this is the case and Moss does miss the first two games, he'll have a shake off the rust against a very stingy Notre Dame defense. He rushed for 765-yards and 10 touchdowns last year, as his production has increased every year with the Aggies.
We will be keeping tabs on the situation, and will find out soon what will happen with Moss and this arrest.

Several explicit pictures of the former UFC two-division champion were shared on social media by rapper Azealia Banks after she accused the Irishman of sexual harassment. This comes as McGregor had been found guilty of sexual assault, and he is in the process of appealing the ruling. McGregor was also photographed with a brunette mystery woman over the weekend in Florida. His wife, Dee Devlin, appeared to support McGregor by posting a picture of him on her Instagram Story Monday morning, and she later went private on the social media platform. He is also attempting to run for the Irish Presidency and flirting with the idea of returning to cage fighting in the UFC on July 4, 2026, a card that is being planned for the White House. McGregor hasn't fought in the UFC since a horrific leg injury in July 2021 and was previously scheduled to fight in 2024 but pulled out with a foot injury, although he was seen partying in Dublin on May 27, less than a month out from his scheduled bout.

Jordan, Ritchie join Graham in missing Samoa finale
Scotland will face Samoa on Friday without two more key players after back Tom Jordan and flanker Jamie Ritchie were ruled out through injury following winger Darcy Graham's call-up by the British and Irish Lions. But forwards Rory Sutherland and Ewan Ashman are available to face the Samoans in Scotland's final summer tour game before they join the Lions squad. Advertisement And Matt Fagerson will be fit after recovering from a knock picked up in their defeat by Fiji, while fellow back row Ben Muncaster and lock Gregor Brown are also back in training after missing Friday's Test. Scotland coach Pete Horne revealed it was not such good news for Ritchie, who picked up a foot injury against Fiji, and Jordan, who found out after battling against pain to finish the game that he had a hand fracture. "He had a little bit of pain after the game," Horne said. "He's such a tough bugger - he doesn't really complain about anything - but he had a bit of swelling in his hand. "He went for a scan and an x-ray and he's actually got a fracture." Advertisement Scotland's defeat by Fiji dented their hopes of improving their world ranking in order to be among the top seeds at the World Cup draw in December. However, Horne said that head coach Gregor Townsend did not have to be persuaded to part with Graham. "Gregor's a massive supporter of the Lions," he said. "If they'd needed them now, he'd have been all for them going away. "But, then, getting another game with us, I think is part of the Lions' plan. They were happy for them to play this weekend and I think the fact that we're playing on a Friday definitely helps. Advertisement "Friday night to the Wednesday isn't as bad as a Saturday to Wednesday. So I'm sure Gregor will be quite willing to support any plan that Andy [Farrell] and the Lions have and if it means limiting a little bit of game time or whatever then I'm sure that'll be the case." Scotland, who initially lost eight players to the Lions, have no plans to call in any late replacements of their own. "By the time anyone gets out of here, it'll take them a few days with the jet lag and stuff - it's a tough old travel," Horne added. "We're pretty well covered, to be honest. "We've got adequate cover across the backs. Training might be a little bit hampered, but I'm sure we'll be fine." Related internet links

Texas A&M junior pitcher skips draft, returning to bolster 2026 pitching rotation
Texas A&M coaches Michael Earley and Jason Kelly received some great news on day two of the 2025 MLB Draft when one of their top arms from the 2024 season announced their return to Aggieland for the 2026 season. On Monday afternoon, redshirt junior Shane Sdao announced via social media that he will be back in Maroon & White after missing the entire 2025 season due to an arm injury. With both Justin Lamkin and Myles Patton drafted, the Aggies' weekend rotation took a hit. Prior to his injury, Sdao was expected to compete for one of those three spots. He should be fully healthy next season, giving Texas A&M a legitimate and proven SEC starter with postseason experience. Time will tell how he responds to the new pitching coach and shakes off the rust, but if he can return to his 2024 form, the staff gains a significant edge in building the rotation. In two seasons at A&M, Sdao holds a 9–2 record with a 3.82 ERA and 101 strikeouts over 92 innings. Below you can see the official announcement.
