"Daddy's watching": Ethan Klein claims he's not done suing creators, and that it's 'only a matter of time'

Ethan Klein is once again turning heads, this time, not for a controversial video or podcast segment, but for a chilling promise. The H3H3 Productions host appears to be ramping up his legal campaign against content creators he believes have crossed the line, warning that more lawsuits are on the horizon.
His message? Clear as ever:
'It's only a matter of time.'
Ethan Klein is expected to file more lawsuits in the near future
On the heels of his recent copyright lawsuits against Twitch streamers Denims, Kaceytron, Frogan, and SeanDaBlack, Ethan Klein is making it known that the legal offensive has only just begun. In a recent clip, Klein doubled down on his stance, emphasizing that he's following a set "order of operations" and that others who think they've escaped scrutiny should think again.
Klein stated with conviction:
'I made some promises early on, and I'm going to fulfill them all. There's an order. If you thought I was joking, I hope those three copyright lawsuits put that thought to rest.'
Ethan Klein isn't slowing down after the initial wave of lawsuits
This legal wave began after several Twitch creators reportedly restreamed Klein's 'Content Nuke' video targeting political streamer HasanAbi. The video sparked an even larger feud when creators like Denims and Kaceytron allegedly used it to fuel their own content without adding substantial or transformative commentary.
Klein has argued this was a direct hit on his video's traffic and profitability, calling the broadcasts a violation of fair use.

He's especially vocal about what he views as a coordinated effort to dilute his message by spreading it through streamers sympathetic to Hasan.
But things didn't stop there. Just a week later, HasanAbi associate Sean 'SeanDaBlack' Wiggs was added to the growing list of defendants. Now, Klein's message is loud and clear: the current lawsuits are only the beginning.
Ethan Klein's Lawsuit is Insane...
More names? More fire? The internet reacts
But Klein didn't stop at those already facing lawsuits.
In a pointed moment during a recent livestream, he called out other creators by name, some of whom haven't yet been formally hit with legal paperwork. One notable mention: Noah Samsen, a long-time critic of Klein.
'I didn't forget about you, sc*mbag. Daddy's watching.'
Klein also hinted that he's watching the legal clock closely, referencing the statute of limitations.
Countdown to copyright?
Klein's statements have sparked renewed debate about what counts as 'fair use' in online content. Supporters of the YouTuber argue that protecting original content from reuploaders is fair game. Critics, however, say that lawsuits targeting fellow creators, especially over commentary, could set a dangerous precedent.

Lokesh Kanagaraj recalls Rajinikanth's reaction after watching Coolie: ‘It looked like Thalapathi for me!'

With exactly one month left for the global release of Lokesh Kanagaraj 's highly-anticipated action thriller Coolie, starring the one and only Rajinikanth , excitement surrounding the film is at an all-time high. The film, which marks Lokesh's maiden collaboration with 'Thalaivar', is shaping up to be one of the biggest cinematic events of the year. Adding to the buzz, Coolie boasts an ensemble cast that includes Nagarjuna, Upendra , Soubin Shahir , Sathyaraj and Shruti Haasan , with a special cameo by Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan . 'It looked like Thalapathi for me!' While Lokesh is busy giving the final touches to the film, it was Rajinikanth's reaction after watching a cut of Coolie that has left the director overwhelmed with emotion. The superstar, who rarely doles out such high praise, hugged Lokesh and told him, 'It looked like Thalapathi for me!'—a moment that Lokesh describes as the most peaceful night of his recent life. 'That made my day, and that was the night I slept very peacefully after many months,' Lokesh told The Hollywood Reporter India. He further revealed that Thalapathi (1991), directed by Mani Ratnam, remains his favourite Rajinikanth film, and it was this blend of commercial entertainment and artistic depth that he set out to emulate in Coolie. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Introducing the Carens Clavis Kia India Read More Undo 'If at all I am doing a film with Rajini sir, it has to be somewhere close to Thalapathi. I cannot write a film on par with Mani sir's quality, as his film and writing is unmatched... but I get a little satisfaction when we compare that film with this one. Listening to those words from Rajini sir was an achievement,' he shared. Shruti Haasan Praises Rajinikanth in 'Coolie': 'Shrewd, Sharp… and So Warm' A fantasy film that turned into Coolie Lokesh also opened up about the early stages of the project, revealing that Coolie wasn't the first idea he pitched to Rajinikanth. 'I initially wrote a fantasy film for him, and he immediately said okay to it, but assembling it would've taken at least a year and a half. You can write anything for the actor because he is larger than life,' he said, highlighting Rajinikanth's adaptability and trust in his directors. Despite experimenting with new styles and techniques in Coolie, Lokesh assures fans that the film stays true to its central hero. 'It will still be a Rajini sir film. I also don't want to change that,' he affirmed.

Director Pa Ranjith, three others booked in stuntman death case

Trichy: Film director Pa Ranjith and three crew members of a production team were booked on charges of causing death by negligence after a stunt artist died while performing a scene during the shoot for the movie 'Vettuvam' near Nagapattinam on Sunday. The stunt artist named S Mohanraj alias S M Raju, 52, from Kanchipuram was hired for the movie directed by Ranjith and produced by Neelam Productions. The shoot took place in an isolated area near Vizhunthamavadi village in Nagapattinam district over the past few days. On Sunday, Mohanraj was performing a high-risk stunt scene on the ground, where he drove a car at high speed for a few metres, went over a ramp-like setup, and took off into the air over a ramp. The car spun in the air and toppled. A video of the accident is being shared across platforms. After filming the scene, the crew members ran and checked on Mohanraj, who had passed out by then. He was rushed to Nagapattinam Medical College Hospital. However, the doctors declared him dead. A case was registered at Keelaiyur police station initially under BNS Section 194 (unnatural death). The autopsy was conducted on Monday, and the body was handed over to the family. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Struggling With Belly Fat?
