Hamas: Zionist assassination of 6 liberated detainees exiled to Gaza is hate-fueled crime

Saba Yemen7 hours ago
Doha – Saba:
Abdul Hakim Hanini, a leader in the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), affirmed on Tuesday that the Zionist enemy's systematic targeting of liberated detainees—the latest being the assassination of six freed prisoners exiled to Gaza—is nothing but proof of deep-rooted Zionist hatred and the continuation of a policy of vengeance and systematic killing against those who resisted, stood firm, and spent years of their lives in the dungeons of oppression.
In a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), Hanini mourned the martyred liberated detainees exiled to Gaza: Martyr Naji Abiyat, Martyr Bilal Zira', Martyr Mahmoud Abu Srriya, Martyr Amjad Abu Arqoub, Martyr Riyad Asaliya, and Martyr Mahmoud Al-Dahdouh.
He added, "As we proudly and honorably mourn our martyrs, who ascended due to a treacherous Zionist assassination, we affirm that this crime will not weaken the resolve of our people, their prisoners, and their freed detainees to continue on the path of liberation."
Hanini emphasized that this crime will be added to the long record of massacres and atrocities committed—and still being committed—by the Zionist enemy against the steadfast people of Gaza and the West Bank. "These crimes will not fade with time; the blood of the martyrs will fuel the resistance and escalate the confrontation against this occupying enemy."
He continued, "We renew our pledge to our people to remain faithful to the blood of the martyrs and the suffering and sacrifices of the prisoners and the wounded. No amount of the occupation's arrogance will sway us from our principles and our choice of confrontation until this occupation is eradicated."

Electricity Ministry condemns Israeli enemy's targeting of Ras Katnib power station in Hodeida

Sana'a - Saba: The Ministry of Electricity, Energy, and Water, along with its affiliated institutions, renewed its condemnation of the ongoing Israeli aggression's targeting of civilian facilities and properties, the latest being the attack on the central power station in Ras Katnib, Hodeida province. In a statement obtained by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Ministry of Electricity and Water held the Zionist enemy fully responsible for deliberately targeting power stations, exacerbating the suffering of citizens in Hodeida, particularly amid rising summer temperatures. The Ministry deemed the targeting of civilian properties a blatant violation of international law and its principles, which criminalize attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure, particularly those outlined in the United Nations Charter, international humanitarian law, and human rights conventions. It expressed dismay at the silence of the international community, global human rights organizations, and humanitarian groups regarding the Zionist enemy's continued attacks on civilian and service-related facilities essential to daily life. The statement called on the United Nations and the Security Council to condemn Israel's repeated aggression against civilians and civilian infrastructure in Yemen. The statement affirmed that the Israeli aggression will only strengthen the Yemeni people's resilience, steadfastness, and determination to support the Palestinian people, their just cause, and their valiant resistance against the usurping Zionist enemy entity.
