Jack Draper put it best. His view was offered in response to something Katie Boulter disclosed earlier this week, when she took the admirable step of sharing the filth that gets sent to her social media accounts.
By now, we are well aware of the toxic messaging that regularly finds its way to an athlete's inbox — abusive, threatening, often from a faceless minority of low-lives who follow a bad bet with worse judgments on whom to blame.

Any lingering speculation about animosity between tennis stars Coco Gauff and Aryna Sabalenka has been decisively put to rest, as the pair delighted fans by dancing together at Wimbledon and sharing the moment across social media. The two, who recently contested the French Open final, were seen showcasing their moves on the hallowed Centre Court grass. Sabalenka posted a clip on Instagram, captioning it: " TikTok dances always had a way of bringing people together," as they grooved to C+C Music Factory's 1990 hit "Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now)." Gauff, a frequent TikTok user, also shared a video of them outside the All England Club's main stadium, lip-syncing to a track. She wrote: "OK, guys, we're back. Did you miss us? 'Cause we missed you." She also added a clear message to fans, stating: "the olive branch was extended and accepted! we're good so you guys should be too." The No. 1-ranked Sabalenka and the No. 2-ranked Gauff held a practice session together at Centre Court ahead of the year's third Grand Slam tournament, which begins on Monday. Three weeks ago, Gauff beat Sabalenka 6-7 (5), 6-2, 6-4 in the championship match at the last major, the French Open. Afterward, Sabalenka drew criticism from some for saying Gauff 'won the match not because she played incredible; just because I made all of those mistakes from ... easy balls'. In a press conference, Gauff said she did not think Sabalenka's comments were fair. 'The way Aryna was playing the last few weeks, she was the favourite to win. So I think she was the best person that I could have played in the final,' she said. 'Her being No. 1 in the world was the best person to play, so I think I got the hardest matchup just if you go off stats alone.' Later, Sabalenka called her comments 'unprofessional' and said she had written to Gauff to apologise. 'I absolutely regret what I said back then. We all make mistakes. I'm just a human being who's still learning in life,' she said. 'I think we all have those days when we lose control. The difference with me is the world is watching.' Sabalenka, a 27-year-old from Belarus, is a three-time Grand Slam champion and was the runner-up both times Gauff, a 21-year-old American, won a major trophy, including at the 2023 U.S. Open. At Wimbledon this year, they only could face each other in the 12 July final.

Kent man continues annual Wimbledon queue tradition for 33rd year
A man who has camped out in a queue for Wimbledon tickets every year since 1992 has kept his streak Taylor, who owns the Red Lion Inn in Bridge in Kent, arrived on Saturday morning and will camp overnight every day until the quarter finals on 9 July."It's hard to describe, if you've been to the French Open and the US Open it's not the same. There's no queue, you just arrive. It's impersonal," he explained."This one, there's about 4,000 people in the queue, there's about 2,000 of us overnight. It's amazing, and the tickets you get are incredible." Mr Taylor says he has friends from across the world, including China and Australia, who join the queue alongside him every year."We enjoy it, don't get me wrong. The whole camping [experience], the camaraderie, it is one of the greatest tournaments in the world," he pub owner says he will join the queue every year "unless I'm dead or I'm in hospital".Last year, Mr Taylor even did a postal vote in the General Election so he did not miss the action. Over the years Mr Taylor has improved his tent and even picked up tricks like getting a local gym membership in order to use their said: "My tent is like a five-star hotel. "I've got a blow-up bed, I've got lights, I've got everything. "We even have flowers and fragrances."

Premier League stars set to be interviewed after they're substituted next season as part of in-game TV revolution
PREMIER LEAGUE stars face being interviewed soon after they are subbed next season. Dressing-room cameras will also be allowed but NOT during team talks. 1 A number of broadcasting changes were agreed by clubs at the Prem's June annual meeting. But extra access will only be in place for TWO home games per club. Sky Sports will show 215 Prem games, part of a new four-year contract worth £6.7billion. There will be dressing-room access, a half-time player interview or a chat with a substituted player from next season. Last season saw half-time player interviews trialled and some fans were not receptive to the introduction. There will also be limitations in place to prevent all the changes from occurring at the same time. But it is expected there will be dressing-room access and player interviews at two home games for all 20 Prem clubs. Another change sees cameramen will be allowed to enter the field of play to capture player celebrations. Sky Sports' expansion will see every Sunday 2pm match broadcast for the first time ever. And six of the opening round of Prem matches will be shown on TV after Nottingham Forest vs Brentford was moved.
