Both teams have remained unbeaten, and are locked at the top of the regular season standings.
SRG.OG and HomeBois have identical 6-0 match-win records, a plus 11 game difference, and 17 points each.
SRG.OG scored a gripping 2-1 win against Aero Esports at Juara Stadium on Friday.
Aero, buoyed by the debut of their jungler, Praba "Hazle" Balakosa, appeared poised to upset the reigning league champions after narrowly taking the opening game.
However, SRG.OG bounced back to claim the second game before winning the tense decider.
On Sunday, SRG.OG made light work of relegation-threatened JP Niners with a 2-0 win.
Meanwhile, HomeBois enjoyed a smoother weekend, defeating Todak and Team Vamos 2-0 on Friday and Sunday respectively.
SRG.OG head coach Michael Angelo "Arcadia" Bocado said: "One of our objectives this season was to qualify for the playoffs, and we've achieved that.
"We're still targeting the top seeding, but we'll approach it step by step."
A highly anticipated top-of-the-table showdown between SRG.OG and HomeBois on May 17 will determine the top seed for the playoffs.
