'For Euro 2022 I booked tickets for most of the games including the final. I basically took a whole month off to watch the Lionesses. England will play Italy on Tuesday night as they bid for a place in the final of the women's Euros 'I went to Brighton twice, Southampton, Northern Ireland and to Wembley. I spent around £2,000 travelling and buying merchandise on that tournament alone. 'My biggest ever football trip was in 2003, when I travelled to the USA and went on a 16-hour road trip between Mississippi and Washington DC to watch five professional women's soccer matches played in the WUSA league. 'I met Kelly Smith there, and I've never been so starstruck in all my life. I couldn't even remember my name. I didn't know my name, I didn't know where I was from. 'She came and spoke to us for about 10 minutes. It was such a surreal moment in my life. I was so excited to meet her because she was my idol. She is absolutely the best player in the world.' In 2023, Bleach and her partner Elizabeth spent five months building The Lionesses Den to watch the Women's World Cup, where England finished runners-up to Spain. 'It cost us about £3,000 and we have signed shirts from Beth Mead and Kelly Smith, signed autographs from Lucy Bronze and Mary Earps and pictures of me with Leah Williamson. 'The whole collection is probably worth around £1,000. 'It might have been a lot to spend, but we use the pub easily once or twice a week and we love it. I don't regret a single penny I've spent supporting the Lionesses.'

'Leading up to that event, a lot of things that we thought should not have happened had happened. I wouldn't say it's something I'm very proud of, but there was a lead-up and build-up to that; it didn't just come out of nowhere. 'We had no intention of doing that whatsoever, but you're playing a game, you're playing to win, and there are a lot of emotions. When you see there are things happening that should not happen, sometimes emotions come out of nowhere.' England were fined 10 per cent of their match fee and docked two ICC World Championship points because of their slow over rate at Lord's. But England emerged victorious after a thrilling conclusion to that Test on 14 July, taking a 2-1 lead in the series. The hosts won the first match at Headingley, before India hit back at Edgbaston. The third Test then played out at Lord's, while the fourth is scheduled for 23 to 27 July at Old Trafford.

Will Levis criticized by ex-Titans star after shoulder surgery rules him out of 2025 NFL season
A former Titans star has been left puzzled by Will Levis' decision to undergo season-ending shoulder injury on the first day of training camp. Levis initially sprained his AC joint in Week 4 vs. the Dolphins last year before returning to the field after the Titans' Week 5 bye. The quarterback later sat from Weeks 7 to 9 but ultimately finished a difficult season under center with 12 starts. He later participated in OTAs and minicamp this offseason. He had reportedly hoped before that the injury would heal itself with rest and rehab. Levis also spoke in May about 'relearning his stroke' with personal quarterback coach Jordan Palmer, whom he worked with in California. While Ward - the No. 1 overall pick in this year's draft - was always expected to be the team's starter - Levis' surgery leaves the team thin behind him. Tim Boyle and Brandon Allen have limited experience starting, though Allen produced a respectable 199-yard, one touchdown, one interception start for the 49ers last year. Allen has 10 career stats, while Boyle has just five. At what was likely less than full health, Levis struggled last season in his sophomore campaign. He posted just a 2-10 record under center and turned the ball over 18 times (six fumbles, 12 interceptions) while throwing 13 touchdowns.
