CTV News24-06-2025
Ingersoll's industrial landscape is growing, as the Town of Ingersoll announced the official groundbreaking of West Oxford Industrial Park.
The development, in partnership with 214 Carson Co., is located along Highway 401. With build options ranging from 60,000 to 1 million square feet and a 56.2 acre pad-ready site, the park will allow more businesses to come to the community.
Mayor Brian Petrie of the Town of Ingersoll said the project will bring lasting benefits to Ingersoll.
"This development will create valuable employment opportunities and drive economic growth for our community," said Petrie.
Brooke Hayward, Chief Operating Officer of 214 Carson Co. said the development is a bold step forward for not just Ingersoll, but also the broader Southwestern economy.
'This development reflects our belief in the strength of this region, the talent of its workforce and the opportunity ahead for businesses that choose to build here,' said Hayward.
