And that puts him ahead of Scott McTominay, 28, who has 3.3million after a huge surge in popularity in the wake of his Italian title-winning heroics for his club Napoli.
And the pair, plus re-signed Celtic hero Kieran Tierney, 28 — who has a million social media fans — are primed to rake in fortunes from their posts.
Brand expert Nick Ede told how they are cashing in on links to other major teams.
Robbo is tipped to move to Spain's Atletico Madrid, while McTominay started at Manchester United and Tierney was at Arsenal for six years.
Mr Ede said their Instagram figures could be translated into 'millions of pounds'.
He explained: 'They attract loads of followers, and not just football fans.
"As with any kind of public figure, people want to know more about them.
'And that could be brands they're associated with. It builds up your following.
'It also means they have a strong currency to expand their personal brand — and it's great for the team they play for.'
But the trio are not prolific contributors.

Robertson has posted 761 times on Instagram since 2013, while McTominay has shared pics 332 times since 2016 and Tierney just 215.
Mr Ede said: 'Someone like Andy could command £100,000 a post for a top brand. There is a lot of opportunity.'

Kelly Osbourne breaks silence after dad Ozzy's funeral in heartfelt tribute

The Black Sabbath legend's death drew condolences from stars like Sir Rod Stewart, Noel Gallagher and Sir Elton John Kelly Osbourne has broken her silence following her dad Ozzy's funeral in a heartfelt tribute to the rock icon online. The 40-year-old daughter of the Black Sabbath legend took to Instagram on Friday, August 1 with a moving post. ‌ Ozzy was laid to rest next to the lake in his Buckinghamshire home on Thursday. The moving funeral service beforehand, on Wednesday, saw 110 of Ozzy's loved ones join his wife Sharon and his children Jack, 39, Kelly, 40, Aimee, 41, and Louis, 50, who is Ozzy's son from his first marriage to Thelma Riley. ‌ Kelly has now posted online for the first time since her father's send-off, sharing a picture of a wreath reading 'Ozzy F***ing Osbourne' placed by the bank of the water. She put no text or caption on the photo, instead leaving it as is. ‌ The 76-year-old, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, a neurodegenerative disorder, in 2019, died on Tuesday, July 22 surrounded by his close family, as they released a statement confirming the singer had passed. Before his death, Kelly had honoured her dad in a string of emotional posts. In one video, the singer could be seen sitting around the kitchen table with family just two days before he passed away. ‌ In another, she shared the lyrics to Changes - the Black Sabbath track that she and Ozzy, who had also battled with chronic nerve pain in the last years of his life, famously re-recorded together in 2003. Thousands of fans also paid tribute at Ozzy's funeral procession through Birmingham on Wednesday. In recent years, Ozzy had spoken openly about his desire to return to the UK, saying he was "desperate to come home." Sharon, wearing Ozzy's ring on a chain around her neck, walked behind his cortege alongside family including Kelly, who wore round sunglasses in a subtle nod to her dad's infamous look. ‌ The hearse carrying his coffin began its route at his former childhood home in Aston, before making its way to the city centre. The procession made a stop at the Black Sabbath Bench and bridge, where fans gathered in the area to pay their final respects. ‌ Fans chanted"Ozzy, Ozzy, Ozzy" as the hearse arrived, and comforted an emotional Sharon as she got out of the funeral car to lay flowers on the bridge. Following the public celebration of his life in Birmingham, a more intimate farewell took place at the family's Buckinghamshire home. Ozzy's final resting place on the grounds of his Buckinghamshire estate was entirely in line with his deeply personal wishes. ‌ Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! An extract from Ozzy's 2009 autobiography, I Am Ozzy, reveals he had long expressed his hopes to Sharon: "I've said to Sharon: 'Don't cremate me, whatever you do?' I want to be put in the ground, in a nice garden somewhere, with a tree planted over my head." He continued: "Don't get me wrong: I don't worry about that kind of heavy-duty stuff on a daily basis. "I've come to believe that everything in life is worked out in advance. So whenever bad s**t happens, there ain't nothing you can do about it. You've just gotta ride it out. And eventually death will come, like it comes to everyone."

Glasgow venues rank in top 10 most popular independent gig spots in the UK

Glasgow stood out as the only city outside London with multiple entries Glasgow has been named the UK's leading city for independent music outside London, with three of its beloved venues earning spots in a new ranking of the most popular indie music spaces across the country. ‌ Compiled by Betway, the list analysed Instagram and TikTok hashtag volumes, Google review scores, and annual search volumes to determine the nation's favourite independent music venues. ‌ While London venues dominate in numbers, Glasgow stood out as the only other city with multiple entries, highlighting its rich musical heritage and thriving grassroots scene. ‌ Topping the Scottish entries and coming in second overall is SWG3, a former industrial complex transformed into a dynamic creative hub. With nearly 40,000 Instagram mentions and a 4.5-star average rating on Google, the venue has become a magnet for music lovers and cultural events. ‌ It is the highest-ranking indie venue not in London and has built a reputation for supporting both international acts and homegrown talent. Joining SWG3 in the top ten is the legendary King Tut's Wah Wah Hut, ranked sixth nationally and fourth among venues outside London. ‌ Known for its intimate setting and rich musical history, King Tut's has been a key launchpad for Scottish artists including Biffy Clyro and Snow Patrol. The venue enjoys over 118,000 annual Google searches and boasts a strong 4.7-star rating. With 27,300 Instagram hashtags, the venue remains a firm favourite among fans and musicians alike. ‌ The city's third entry is the iconic Barrowland Ballroom, which secured sixth place in spots outside London and eighth in the overall ranking. Long recognised for its electric atmosphere and memorable gigs, the Barrowlands has been a cornerstone of Glasgow's live music scene for decades. With its iconic sprung dance floor and distinctive neon signage, the venue received 11,600 Instagram hashtags, 450 TikTok hashtags, and an impressive 4.7-star Google rating. The UK's most popular venue overall is Ronnie Scott's in London, which pulled in 1.6 million Google searches annually and garnered 47,500 Instagram tags. ‌ Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! The renowned Soho jazz club is widely considered a bucket-list venue for fans and musicians alike. While its TikTok footprint is smaller, its 4.7-star rating reflects its enduring cultural appeal. Just behind SWG3 in third place overall is The Cavern Club in Liverpool, the famed birthplace of The Beatles. With 45,000 Instagram mentions and close to a million searches a year, the club continues to hold a special place in British music history. ‌ Leeds' Brudenell Social Club rounds out the top five, with a 4.8-star rating and 325,200 searches annually. Known for its intimate gigs and impromptu performances by major artists, it continues to enjoy a devoted following. While London accounts for four of the top ten venues, Glasgow is the only other city with more than one entry.
