Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire will be the site of a swanky new retail centre decked out with designers like Calvin Klein, Adidas and even Cadburys.
The historic riverside town is known for its medieval landmarks and Tudor buildings have made it popular with holidaymakers.
Now its hoped travellers will also head over to the shopping hot spot as well after sauntering around Tewkesbury's cobbled streets.
Near junction 9 of the M5, the luxury spending sanctuary will be finished just in time for summer.
Phase one of the "Cotswold Designer Outlet" maps out a 119,150 sq ft area for clothes brands, food chains and homeware store to pop up.
Phase two will extend the retail park by 50,000 sq ft, equal to around 90 stores.
Property director at developer Robert Hitchins Simon Tothill promised more big names will be shared with excited shoppers over the coming weeks.
He branded the posh new outlet a "go-to shopping destination for visitors from near and far."
The retail mecca won't just offer browsing opportunities however with Robert claiming it will also double up as a "motorway pause."
There will be walking routes, hang-out spaces, and seating areas for adults, kids and pets.

Tourists already travel to visit the picturesque Tewkesbury, which is part of the reason the location was chosen, and so shopppers can have a rounded experience.
Tewkesbury Nature Reserve is a green space walkable from the town centre and the 12th Century Tewkesbury Abbey is hailed as an iconic landmark.
The new centre will take around two and half hours to get to bar car from London, or an hour from Brimingham and there are plenty of car parking spaces.
Lucky for retail fanaatics, Tewkesbury isn't the only unexpected area getting a multi-million pound upgrade.
Britain's worst seaside town nicknamed "Costa Del Dole" is set to have a massive £200million makeover to counter its tragic downfall.
Rundown Rhyl in North Wales has been slammed as one of the country's worst seaside resorts after decades of "rapid decline" and vanishing tourism.
But the town Rhyl is fighting back with a wave of investment aimed at reversing years of crisis and decay.
"Costa del Dole" will boast four beaches, a waterpark, a fun fair, a 1,000-seat theatre and a host of other attractions which aim to bring the town back to life.
Denbighshire County Council said that the transformation is part of a long-term strategy - and not just a quick fix for the faltering area.

Scotland round off summer tour with seven-try win over Samoa
Scotland bounced back in emphatic fashion to round off their Pacific tour with a 41-12 victory over Samoa. Seven Scotland players notched tries at Eden Park in Auckland as Gregor Townsend's side finished their season on a high. The tourists were looking to make amends for a 29-14 defeat by Fiji last weekend which was littered with poor discipline and responded with a second win in New Zealand after beating the Maori All Blacks in the opening match. Ewan Ashman, Rory Hutchinson, Arron Reed, Kyle Steyn, Grant Gilchrist, Kyle Rowe and George Turner all crossed. Fergus Burke added two conversions – most of his attempts came from out wide – before George Horne kicked two points late on after Turner's try. They kept up the pressure and Hutchinson doubled the lead five minutes later after latching on to a penetrating short kick from fellow midfielder Stafford McDowall. Samoa responded with some territory but Jamie Dobie put in a good saving tackle and Scotland largely kept their opponents at bay. Just like their second try, Scotland capitalised on a scrum deep in Samoan territory to extend their lead in the 31st minute. Dobie's long pass found Reed on the left wing and he made no mistake in the corner. The Scots produced an impressive switch of play to get their fourth try five minutes later. The ball was swiftly worked out to Steyn on the right wing after a lineout on the left-hand touchline to put the tourists 22-0 up at the interval. Rowe and the impressive Dobie came close to adding to the score in the opening moments of the second half before Gilchrist capitalised on some pressure near the try line to force himself over for his second Scotland try in the 45th minute. Horne's attempts to play out from deep backfired as he firstly put a team-mate in trouble and then lost possession as Benjamin Petaia Nee-Nee got Samoa off the mark in the 51st minute. But Scotland were soon back on the attack and Rowe crossed in the corner four minutes later after Burke offloaded on the ground. Duncan Paia'Aua grabbed Samoa's second try but Scotland had the final say as the power of their pack told and Turner touched down with two minutes left. People warned to check if they owe tax as deadline for next payment looms
The deadline for paying the second instalment of tax for the 2024/25 financial year is fast approaching on July 31, but many people may be unaware they need to do so People are being prompted to check whether they owe any tax for the 2024/25 financial year as a crucial payment deadline approaches. Advice Direct Scotland has sounded the alarm, reminding workers that they must clear their tax dues by midnight on Thursday, July 31, to dodge potential penalties from HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC). Individuals who are registered for self-assessment for the 2024/25 tax year might have already made an initial payment to HMRC at the end of January, coinciding with the due date for the 2023/24 tax returns. Nonetheless, a second payment is expected by the end of July, termed a 'payment on account', which contributes towards their forthcoming tax bill. These instalments aim to ease the annual tax burden by spreading out payments and are estimated based on the previous year's tax liability. Yet, it's all too easy to overlook this deadline. Delays in settling the tax bill can trigger monetary sanctions from HMRC, with the penalty amount varying according to the tax owed and the extent of the delay. To ascertain if a payment is due before July 31, Scots are advised to log into their HMRC online account and review their self-assessment statement, reports the Daily Record.
