Shrimad Ramayan fame Sujay Reu on Parents' Day; says ‘My parents gave me a life where I never had to worry about anything'

Actor Sujay Reu, known for his compelling portrayal of Lord Rama in Shrimad Ramayan, recently opened up about the invaluable role his parents have played in shaping his life. Ahead of Parents' Day, celebrated on the fourth Sunday of July, Sujay got candid about his bond with his father Mr. Atul Reu and mother Mrs. Arti Reu, sharing heartfelt memories and lessons that continue to guide him. 'From giving me an amazing upbringing to supporting me in my career, my parents have stood by me through thick and thin,' he shared. 'They have sacrificed a lot so that me and my sister, Smriti, could have a childhood where we didn't have to worry about anything. Going to school and playing indoor or outdoor games was all our childhood comprised of. A typical middle-class upbringing, because of which we understood the value of everything that was provided for us. ' When asked about one quality of theirs he wishes to adopt, Sujay said, 'They both are early risers, whereas I'm not. I only get up—reluctantly—when I have an early morning shoot. But I want to be a consistent early riser just like they are.' On being a responsible son and fulfilling his parents' dreams, he added, 'I'm obedient, try to do my best, and make sure to bring a smile on their face. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like You Won't Believe the Price of These Dubai Apartments Binghatti Developers FZE Get Offer Undo I really don't know whether they have any pending wish that I can fulfill, but as long as me and my sister are at peace and content, their wishes are already fulfilled.'
