Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, daughter of Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, is on cloud nine as her daughter, Samara, has officially entered Class 10. The fashion designer-turned-actor is celebrating this milestone with love and immense happiness. Taking to Instagram Stories, Riddhima shared a cheerful mirror selfie with her daughter, marking the emotional moment for the Kapoor family.
Both dressed casually and flashing smiles, fashion designer and budding actor Riddhima's happiness is clearly visible in the selfie. 'Congratulations, my doll! Year 10," wrote proud mom Riddhima Kapoor Sahni.

Riddhima was earlier in the spotlight after she treated fans with a rare throwback photo from her childhood. The debutant actress tugged at fans' hearts as the picture featured her legendary parents—the late Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. In the black-and-white snapshot, Rishi Kapoor is seen lovingly kissing a young Riddhima on the forehead. Neetu Kapoor, on the other hand, was seen leaning on her husband's shoulder while looking towards Riddhima and Rishi with warmth and affection.
The touching image was originally shared by one of her parents' ardent fan, Rajeev Deshmukh. The note above the 'rare and nostalgic" picture read, 'Love only gets deeper each day," a sentiment Riddhima echoed by reposting the photo on her Instagram story.
Riddhima Kapoor's Journey
Despite being born into a Bollywood family, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni spent most of her career outside the film industry. She carved a niche for herself as a successful fashion designer. Her entry into entertainment came only recently, with her debut in Netflix's reality series Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, where she appeared in a guest capacity.
Following this, Riddhima will next be seen in the television series, Dining with the Kapoors. It is a family-style reality-meets-fiction format that offers viewers a peek into the famed Kapoor household.
Riddhima Kapoor Sahni's Bollywood Debut
The fashion designer is now looking forward to the release of her much-anticipated Bollywood debut film, titled DKS.The film is shot in Mashobra, Himachal Pradesh, and marks Riddhima's official transition to the big screen. Although plot details remain under wraps, DKS is already generating buzz.
Sharing her thoughts on social media a month ago, she wrote, 'Firsts are always very special. Because it's those very 'firsts' that form the blueprint of learnings we will carry for the rest of our lives."

1 2 Nagpur: Shri Nagpur Kutchhi Visa Oswal Mahila Mandal celebrated the vibrant spirit of the monsoon with a lively Sawan Mela held at Kutchhi Visa Bhavan, Lakadganj, on July 26. The event combined spiritual grace, fun-filled activities, and cultural learning, creating a memorable experience for all attendees. The programme commenced on a serene note with the chanting of the Navkar Mantra by Jigna, Kumud, Sapna, and Rajul, setting a spiritual ambience for the day. A total of 45 women, all dressed in festive green attire symbolising the season, enthusiastically took part in a series of group games and a musical housie session themed around iconic Bollywood rain songs. A special highlight of the event was a saree draping tutorial by Alpa Nishant Shah, who shared practical styling tips. Prachi Shah served as the model, demonstrating elegant draping techniques that received much appreciation from the audience. The event was made successful through the efforts and coordination of Kavita Shah, Vimal Shah, Paresha Shah, Minal Shah, and Mona Vora. More than just a seasonal celebration, the Sawan Mela fostered social bonding, promoted women's empowerment, and showcased the richness of community traditions.
