Nathan Tjoe-A-On has returned to the Netherlands, joining Willem II on a two-year deal following his departure from Swansea City. Swansea announced Tjoe-A-On's departure last month, with the left-back cancelling the remaining year on his contract at the Championship club following a miserable spell in Wales. The Indonesia international, 23, played only two minutes of league football for Swansea after joining from Dutch side Excelsior for a fee of about £300,000 in the summer of will now look to revive his career with Willem II, who were relegated from the Dutch top flight last season.

Owen Beck to Rangers transfer talk ramps up amid £10m claim
The 22-year-old burst onto the scene in Scotland two seasons ago during a loan spell at Dundee. Last season, he made 24 appearances for Blackburn Rovers in the Championship, as he continued his development away from Anfield, despite having made three senior outings for the Reds. Dave OCKOP claims that talks are advancing between Liverpool and the Scottish Premiership giants over a potential move. However, the Liverpool media outlet claims the Premier League champions will seek £10m to part company with the talented left-back. It's added that Rangers are keen to compromise on a fee closer to the £7m region. Russell Martin is believed to be on the lookout for a new left back having bombed Ridvan Yilmaz out of the club's European squad, as well as taking the No.3 shirt of the Turk. As things stand, Jeft remains the first-choice left back at the club, with Max Aarons favoured starting there ahead of Yilmaz.

Owen Beck to Rangers transfer drive ramps up as Liverpool demand £10m but Ibrox side target 'compromise'
Rangers view Beck as a live option but whether an agreement can be reached over a fee is another matter Rangers are reportedly pressing ahead with talks to sign Owen Beck from Liverpool – and while the Reds' £10m asking price is a problem, it's believed the Ibrox side are hopeful of a compromise. The left-back has been heavily linked with a move to Rangers all summer while Celtic held a firm interest in the past although that has subsided since Kieran Tierney's return to Parkhead. Russell Martin is on the hunt for a new player to nail down that position, having stripped Ridvan Yilmaz of his squad number and bombed the Turkish star out of his Champions League squad to face Panathinaikos. Jefte is available but right-back Max Aarons has been the favoured starter at left-back throughout pre-season, indicating Martin isn't convinced by either of his natural left-backs. We understand Rangers do view Beck as a live option and now Liverpool outlet Dave OCKOP claims talks are advancing. It's added that Liverpool want around £10m for the 22-year-old but that Rangers are keen to negotiate a 'compromised' fee closer to £7m. Liverpool's preferred option is said to be extending Beck's contact beyond its current expiry date of 2026. But it's claimed Rangers would prefer to purchase him outright and make him the long-term solution to their left-back problems. Beck, who previously impressed on loan at Dundee, played 24 times in the Championship for Blackburn last season and has three senior Liverpool appearances to his name.
