Israeli Massacre in Al-Shati Camp kills, injures 35 Civilians
Medical sources reported that one of the attacks targeted a crowded area near the main market in Al-Shati camp, where a group of civilians was bombed, resulting in at least ten fatalities and dozens of injuries, some of them critical.
Another airstrike targeted a residential apartment in the 'Al-Haramain Building' on Al-Danaf Street in the southern part of the camp, killing at least three children in what residents described as a 'complete family massacre.'
A third strike hit an empty apartment near the Al-Ahrar headquarters in the northern part of the camp. No injuries were reported in that incident.
According to Gaza's Ministry of Health, the death toll since dawn has risen to 54, with 42 of the victims killed in Gaza City alone, marking one of the bloodiest days since the military offensive resumed.
The Gaza Strip, especially Gaza City and its refugee camps, is witnessing an unprecedented escalation in air and artillery strikes, further deteriorating the humanitarian situation and deepening the suffering of besieged civilians.

Israel Commits New Massacre Against Gaza's Catholic Church
DaysofPal- In one of the most outrageous and widely condemned attacks, Israeli occupation forces killed three people and injured several civilians, including the church priest, in a strike targeting the Gaza Strip's sole Catholic Church. The church was sheltering hundreds of displaced Christians and Muslims who had fled the horrors of the ongoing war. The Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem confirmed in an official statement that the bombing struck a tent operated by Caritas, a Catholic humanitarian organization, within the church compound. The attack resulted in the deaths of three people who had been receiving psychological support inside the tent. Father Gabriel Romanelli, the Argentinian priest of the church known for his close ties with Pope Francis, was wounded in his leg and transferred to Al-Quds Hospital for treatment. Medical sources have reported that his condition is stable. The church, considered the last active Catholic place of worship in the Gaza Strip, had been sheltering more than 600 displaced people, including children, the elderly, and people with disabilities, who had taken refuge there after being driven from their homes by bombing. Eyewitnesses reported that much of the wooden and structural parts of the church were damaged, with blood and personal belongings scattered throughout the rubble. The Patriarchate of Jerusalem stated: 'What happened is not only a violation of a religious site, but a crime against innocent people who sought safety in the house of God. This attack cannot be justified under any military pretext.' The Vatican expressed 'deep pain and great sorrow,' calling for an immediate ceasefire and warning against the continued targeting of civilians and places of worship. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni described the attack as 'unjustifiable under any security rationale,' calling for an international investigation and accountability for those responsible. This assault follows months of continued escalation in Gaza. In October 2023, Israeli forces bombed the Orthodox Church of Saint Porphyrius, killing 18 civilians who were taking shelter inside. That attack, too, was widely condemned by rights organizations and Christian institutions. As civilian casualties rise and even places of worship come under attack, calls are growing louder for the international community to take meaningful action to end the aggression and launch investigations into potential war crimes. Human rights groups insist that impunity is what allows the Israeli occupation to escalate its targeting of civilians. The Holy Family Church massacre is not merely an attack on a religious building; it is an assault on a symbol of refuge and humanity during wartime and a grim reminder that in Gaza, no place is safe anymore: not for children, not for women, and not even for those seeking sanctuary in houses of worship. Borrell: The European Union Allowed the Continuation of Genocide in Gaza
DaysofPal—Josep Borrell, the former EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, criticized on Wednesday the EU foreign ministers for their failure to take any action to hold the Israeli occupation accountable for its human rights violations in the Gaza Strip. Regarding the outcome of the ministers' meeting on Tuesday in Brussels, Borrell stated in a post on the platform X that this would allow Israel's genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza to continue 'relentlessly.' Borrell accused the European Union of failing to decide on Israel's violation of the human rights clause in the partnership agreement between them. He said: 'Europe has decided not to punish the Israeli occupation for the ongoing war crimes and to allow the genocide in Gaza to continue relentlessly.' Despite the EU's review of the partnership agreement with the Israeli occupation and its confirmation that Tel Aviv violates human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories, no sanctions were imposed during the foreign ministers' meeting on Tuesday. IOF Continues Genocide Against Civilians in Gaza with Numerous Casualties
DaysofPal- The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have continued their intense bombardment of the Gaza Strip, targeting schools and densely populated civilian areas. The latest attacks over the past hours resulted in the killing and injuring of numerous Palestinian civilians, including women and children, in two separate airstrikes. In the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, an Israeli airstrike targeted Abu Halu School, which was sheltering displaced families. The attack killed four civilians and wounded several others with varying degrees of injuries. The school had been serving as a refuge for hundreds of families fleeing intense fighting in northern and southern Gaza, amid an increasingly dire humanitarian situation. In northern Gaza, at least three civilians were killed in an airstrike that hit a residential apartment near Imam Shafi'i School in the Zeitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Local sources reported that the bombing caused severe damage to nearby buildings and led to additional injuries, including among children. These attacks are part of Israel's ongoing military escalation in Gaza that began on October 7, 2023. So far, the aggression has resulted in tens of thousands of casualties and widespread destruction of critical infrastructure, including hospitals, schools, and shelters. EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Kaja Kallas previously described the humanitarian situation in Gaza as 'catastrophic,' warning that 'the continued violations mean a collective failure to restrain the Israeli genocide and prevent further atrocities against Palestinian civilians.' Despite growing international calls for an immediate ceasefire, Israel's military continues to bombard densely populated areas, ignoring UN resolutions and multiple orders from the International Court of Justice demanding an end to the aggression. On Wednesday, the Gaza Ministry of Health announced that the death toll from the Israeli assault has risen to 58,573 martyrs and 139,607 wounded since October 7, 2023. From March 18, 2025, until today alone, there have been 7,750 martyrs and 27,566 injuries. Shortlink for this post:
