These 'Love Is Blind' stars are dating – after walking down the aisle with other people

USA Today4 days ago
Months after their season of "Love is Blind" aired, two stars are pulling off a stunning switch-up.
Sara Carton and Joey Leveille, who both appeared on Season 8 of the reality dating experiment – and each got engaged to separate people – made their relationship with each other social media official over the weekend.
In a joint post to Instagram July 13, Carton and Leveille shared photos of themselves smiling for the camera and kissing, captioning the carousel: "happy🥹. my newest life chapter title."
The pairing may surprise fans who tune into the most recent season of "Love is Blind," filmed in Minnesota, which saw both Carton and Leveille fall in love with other people. The reality dating show follows singles in a certain area as they date through "pods" and get engaged sight unseen.
Carton accepted a proposal from Ben Mezzenga while Leveille got engaged to Monica Danús. When push came to shove, though, neither couple tied the knot, with Carton saying no at the altar in part because of religious and political differences – a theme that ran throughout the season.
Leveille, on the other hand, said no only after Danús had already told attendees and the officiant at the wedding that she wasn't ready – in later interviews, she revealed she would have said yes had she felt Leveille was all in.
Now, in an apparent game of musical chairs, Carton and Leveille are trying to make reality show love work with one another. Rumors of their entanglement first began to swirl in March, after the show wrapped and fans noticed them looking cozy at the reunion.

In an interview shortly after with Elite Daily, Danús seemingly confirmed the relationship, saying she had confronted Carton, who had admitted via text that she and Leveille were "seeing each other." Angry at the betrayal, Danús told the publication: "All this time when I was venting to her about Joey and she was saying she had my back, she was actually with him."

Now, with the fervor of attention subsided, Carton and Leveille appear ready to share their status with the world. And not all their "Love is Blind" castmates are holding a grudge.
"Cute! how'd you guys meet?" Lauren O'Brien, who starred alongside Carton and Leveille in Season 8, commented on the post.
"God forbid a girl be happy," chimed in Taylor Hastings, part of the only couple to get married during the Minnesota season.

'Invincible' just got a major update ahead of season 4 — and it's adding a new cast member

"Invincible" season 5 is officially greenlit. Yes, season 4 still won't be here until next year, but according to Variety, Prime Video has seen enough to renew its animated superhero show for another season — despite the fact that audiences haven't seen an episode of the show since the season 3 finale. But that's not the only "Invincible" news we've learned. In its report on the season 5 renewal, Variety also revealed that Matthew Rhys will be joining the cast in an undisclosed role — but I think I know who he's voicing. When "Invincible" creator Robert Kirkman's Skybound Entertainment announced that season 4 will debut sometime in 2026 via an Instagram post, that wasn't the only thing it revealed. The post also announced that "Thragg has been cast." A post shared by INVINCIBLE (@ A photo posted by on Thragg is a familiar name for fans of the "Invincible" comics. Also known as Lord Thragg or Grand Regent Thragg, he is the ruler of the Viltrumite Empire. Since his casting was announced, he's been expected by fans to serve as the main antagonist for Mark Grayson / Invincible going forward. It's been expected that a bigger name will be cast to voice Thragg, and with the announcement of Rhys joining season 4 in an undisclosed role, I think we've just learned who Thragg is. To be clear, this is entirely speculation. But an actor of Rhys' caliber would make total sense to voice the villainous emperor. Hugh Hefner's widow, Crystal, files to legally ditch his last name

What's in a name? Hugh Hefner's widow, formerly known as Crystal Hefner, 39, is now going back to her maiden name. She filed a petition in Los Angeles Superior Court to legally change her name from Crystal Margaret Hefner to Crystal Margaret Harris, reported Us Weekly. In July 2023, Harris told The Post why she decided to name her book 'Only Say Good Things.' Hefner's widow revealed that she once had 'a conversation with Hef and he let me know: 'Once I go, when I'm gone, please only say good things about me.'' She explained, 'I kept that promise for the last five years. After going through a lot of therapy and healing, I realized that I needed to be honest about my time there. The book is about healing from a toxic environment.'

CEO caught on Coldplay concert Kiss Cam stays silent as wave of hoax statements circulate online

Print Close By Stephanie Giang-Paunon Published July 18, 2025 A Coldplay concert Kiss Cam turned into viral chaos after frontman Chris Martin joked that a couple on screen were "either having an affair or just very shy." The pair, who online sleuths claimed are Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot, sparked a firestorm of speculation and mockery across social media. Within hours, an apology statement, allegedly issued by Astronomer CEO Byron, went viral. However, it turned out to be a fake. COLDPLAY'S CHRIS MARTIN CALLS OUT COUPLE ON KISS CAM, SPARKING AFFAIR ACCUSATIONS "I want to acknowledge the moment that's been circulating online, and the disappointment it's caused," the fake statement read in part. "What was supposed to be a night of music and joy turned into a deeply personal mistake playing out on a very public stage. I want to sincerely apologize to my wife, my family, and the team at Astronomer. You deserve better from me as a partner, as a father, and as a leader." The hoax statement continued, "This is not who I want to be or how I want to represent the company I helped build. I'm taking time to reflect, to take accountability, and to figure out the next steps, personally and professionally, I ask for privacy as I navigate that process." "I also want to express how troubling it is that what should have been a private moment became public without my consent. I respect artists and entertainers, but I hope we can all think more deeply about the impact of turning someone else's life into a spectacle." The fake statement concluded with Coldplay's song lyrics to "Fix You," "Lights will guide you home, and ignite your bones, and I will try to fix you." The tech company Astronomer quickly shut down the false apology and said it was "not a real statement," according to TMZ. A fake Coldplay account additionally posted that the band would be making changes to their performances after the viral Kiss Cam moment between the two alleged Astronomer execs. "Starting with our next show, we're introducing camera-free audience sections for people and their sidepieces," the post read. Reps for Byron, Cabot and Coldplay did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment. Fans were quick to react on Coldplay's official Instagram account about the viral moment. "Show #207, Boston," the caption read with photo highlights from the concert, not including the Kiss Cam moment. "Coldplay released 'two' new singles that night," one fan quipped. MYSTERY COUPLE MISTAKEN FOR JEFF BEZOS AND LAUREN SÁNCHEZ AT CANNES During the band's performance at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., on Wednesday, Coldplay's frontman serenaded the crowd with an improv of "The Jumbotron Song" where he sang about couples featured live on the big screen. "Whoa, look at these two," Martin said, as a man and woman were seen cozying up with one another. Once the attention was on the pair, the woman immediately turned away and dodged the camera. The man also exited the frame. "Either they're having an affair or they're just very shy," Martin joked as the audience laughed. Byron is the CEO of Astronomer, the cybersecurity startup, and Cabot, according to her LinkedIn, is the company's chief people officer. It seems they have worked closely together for years. Last November, Astronomer posted a press release, as the tech company announced Cabot as the newly appointed Chief People Officer. "Kristin's exceptional leadership and deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and scaling people strategies will be critical as we continue our rapid trajectory," Byron wrote of his new employee at the time. "She is a proven leader at multiple growth-stage companies and her passion for fostering diverse, collaborative workplaces makes her a perfect fit for Astronomer."
