Wetherspoon's Brunch Burger features a 100% British beef patty (6oz), American-style cheese, maple-cured bacon, fried free-range egg and topped with a hash brown made from 100% British potato.
The meal includes chips, six beer-battered onion rings and a drink and will cost up to £9.99 (with a soft drink) and £11.52 (with an alcoholic drink).

Wetherspoon's Brunch Burger has received high praise over the years, being described as "the best ever".

When will the Brunch Burger be back at Wetherspoons?
The Brunch Burger will return to Wetherspoon pubs across the UK and the Republic of Ireland for one weekend only.
The burger will be available on Father's Day weekend - Friday, June 13 to Sunday, June 15.
Recent changes to Wetherspoon menus
The return of the Brunch Burger is not the only change made to Wetherspoon menus recently.
In May, the pub chain introduced four new gourmet burgers to its menu:

But it's not all been good news for customers, with several menu items axed by Wetherspoons last month.

Inside the Lords battle on foreign media ownership
After a two-year impasse, the future of the Daily Telegraph could be resolved shortly. A £500m deal has been struck for US firm Redbird Capital to take control of the Telegraph Media Group, with state-backed Abu Dhabi investment vehicle IMI among investors. But a fresh challenge has arisen in the House of Lords. Peers are threatening to block minister's efforts to change the law to give foreign companies a greater stake in British media outfits – up from the existing five per cent to 15 cent. This is a necessary legal change to allow the Telegraph sale to go ahead. A 'fatal motion' will be held in the Lords on Tuesday; if passed, it would kill the government's plans. It is a device seldom wielded by peers, having been last used in 2012. But opponents are growing increasingly confident that the 'fatal motion' could succeed. Two separate fronts have opened up in the Lords. The first is led by Liberal Democrat peer Lord Fox, who tabled the motion. Lib Dem whips are understood to be pulling out all the stops to maximise turnout, including facilitating the attendance of their older peers who do not vote regularly. Their argument is simple: the power of the free press should not be sold to overseas companies susceptible to foreign government influence. The hope is that a sufficient number of Tory and Crossbench peers will vote it down. The second front is led by the cross-party Inter Parliamentary Alliance on China (Ipac) and its supporters like Lord Alton. Their focus is more directly on the Telegraph sale. Tory whips are expected to vote against the fatal motion, though their colleagues will not be whipped to follow suit. Lord Forsyth, the respected chair of the Association of Conservative Peers, is expected to vote for the motion; others will likely follow his lead. One opponent notes that the Conservatives voted for fatal motions that successfully halted government legislation when they were last in opposition before 2010. A separate 'motion of regret' has been put down by Baroness Stowell, the former Leader of the House. Liverpool are now just one step away from completing the signing of Hugo Ekitike after thrashing out the framework of a deal for the sought-after Eintracht Frankfurt striker Liverpool are closing in on a deal which will see Hugo Ekitike head to Anfield after further talks with Eintracht Frankfurt, with the outline of an agreement for the Frenchman now in place. And with personal terms already in place on a six-year deal, the clubs have now thrashed out the framework of a blockbuster deal. Per The Athletic, Frankfurt could net a record transfer fee exceeding the €95million (£82.3m) sum they banked when Randal Kolo Muani joined Paris Saint-Germain if all add-ons are met. That would represent another significant outlay for Liverpool, who smashed the British transfer record to sign Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen for £116m earlier this summer. The newly minted Premier League champions had made adding a new No 9 a priority with Darwin Nunez likely to leave Anfield this summer following a poor individual season. And while interest in Isak is understood to remain, they also headed into the summer with eyes on Ekitike after the France international registered 22 goals and 12 assists across the 2024-25 campaign in the Bundesliga. Liverpool and Frankfurt are expected to resume talks on Sunday to finalise a deal, with the report noting that there is still some work to be done before an agreement is fully signed off between the clubs. As noted, personal terms are no issue and Ekitike is keen on moving to Anfield and joining the Premier League champions. Should all advance well in the coming days, Ekitike will become the third player to swap the Bundesliga for Anfield this summer after Wirtz and his former Bayer Leverkusen team-mate, Jeremie Frimpong. Milos Kerkez has also joined the Reds from Bournemouth with further additions likely given interest in Nunez and Luis Diaz, who is understood to be keen on a transfer amid interest in his services from Bayern Munich.
