Myleene Klass opened the conversation by saying when she grew up "you just did not talk about any of that business" but as a result feels like she has "gone the other way" with her own parenting style.
"Nothing's off limits, because if they don't hear it from me, they're either going to get the misinformation from their friends or online and it might confuse them further," she said.
Nadia Sawalha then explained how she'd read an article about a woman who'd bought her daughter a vibrator when she turned 18 and, while she thought it was good to be open with kids, added: "I do think sometimes we get too much into the business of our children."
As for Oti, who rose to fame on Strictly Come Dancing, she admitted that while she might not talk about sex openly on national television, she is very open with her friends and believes people should be with their own children.

"Would you buy one [sex toy] for your children," Loose Women host Kaye Adams asked her.
"I'm going to buy her her first toy, I will," Oti declared, sparking gasps from the audience and her fellow panellists.
"And then I'll have a conversation with her about how to use, how not to use and if she doesn't want to use it she can just put it away."

He added: "From my dealings right at the very top with (BBC director-general) Tim Davie, through BBC Wales and the HR department, one feeling has been constant: the only thing they truly care about is protecting themselves and their jobs and Ratings - people come second. "When I first stepped into the rehearsal room at Strictly, I thought it would be a magical experience. And at the start, it was. But the very first thing I was told was: 'Don't trust anyone in this room - not even me.' "That hit me hard. Myleene Klass opens up on agony of catching ex ‘cheating' with celeb – & disgraced star who begged for ‘sex contract'
SHE has an army of famous pals and is often seen rubbing shoulders with stars at showbiz parties. But despite her seemingly perfect life, Myleene Klass has told how her first husband, Graham Quinn, cheated on her with another celeb — and claimed vile Advertisement 7 Myleene Klass reveals her first husband cheated on her with a fellow high-profile female Credit: Splash 7 Former Hear'Say star Myleene met Graham Quinn when he was working as a security guard for the band Credit: Shutterstock Editorial 7 The beauty says she sells a bikini every 45 seconds through her business Credit: PR In a bombshell interview yesterday, the singer-turned-broadcaster claimed she walked in on the pair unzipping each other's clothes at her OWN birthday party. Myleene — who wouldn't divulge the woman's name but said she still works with a 'family brand' — revealed: 'I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony. "It was in my house, it was my party. They weren't having sex, but they were unzipping each other. '[They said] 'It's not what you think', but it is what I think. It's the first thing they both said. I was like, 'OK'. I just remember that being quite a weird thing to say.' Myleene admitted she struggled to see the woman continuing as normal after the run-in, explaining: 'I've made peace with that situation now. 'But for a long time, it was very difficult to see their life . . . Not that I would wish that on a family. I don't know, I feel conflicted. And their life, they've managed to continue building a family brand on it and it felt so difficult for a long time. This is the person I caught him with.' Former Hear'Say singer Myleene had met Graham when he was working as a security guard for the band and, despite the incident, went on to marry him. They had two children, Ava and Hero, during their 12-year relationship, but were granted a divorce in 2013. Myleene Klass recreates iconic I'm A Celebrity bikini moment as she strips to swimwear Recalling their 2011 wedding in Norwich, which was attended by just 16 people, Myleene said: 'It was the most miserable . . . No one forgot this wedding because I literally cried the entire reception.' It was made worse by the fact the couple butted heads over her request for him to sign a pre-nuptial agreement. Chatting to Paul C. Brunson on the We Need To Talk podcast, she said: 'So we'd had the biggest row, myself and my ex, because I'd asked him why he wouldn't sign the prenup. Advertisement I believe every woman who came forward because I sat there and I was utterly devastated because I didn't know if I was going to get out. Myleene Klass 'On the night of our wedding I asked again. I just felt something was wrong and he didn't want a big wedding. My best mate wasn't even at my wedding. They weren't allowed to come, otherwise he wouldn't go through with it.' Months later, the marriage was over. Mylene alleges Graham squirrelled money away and had secretly bought a house to escape to. She explained: 'One pop star rang me up and she was like, 'I think I've got your money, it's in my safe'. He'd hidden the money because he was way down the line. "They say you don't leave when you leave, you've gone already. He'd actually got a house. He had a secret house that he'd bought already. You don't just buy a house like that. Advertisement 'On the day he decided it was over, he pushed a little Post-It note across the table with the figure he wanted. She also confirmed that convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein once offered her a 'sex contract' to make her a Hollywood star. The Sun told in 2017 how he had propositioned her during a meeting at Cannes Film Festival in 2010. Addressing it for the first time, Myleene admitted she felt 'utterly devastated' when he made the sick offer, as she wasn't sure she would be able to escape him. She had interviewed him for CNN on the , and he suggested they had a meeting over lunch — then used the opportunity to try to take advantage of her. Advertisement Asked about the 'sex contract', she said: 'Well, it's, 'You have sex with me and I'll make you famous'. I said, 'I'm already famous in the areas I want to be'. '[He said] 'Well, you can be in this movie like X, Y, Z', and started naming all these women. And then I said, 'I don't want to be in the movies'. 'I believe every woman who came forward because I sat there and I was utterly devastated because I didn't know if I was going to get out.' I felt like I was standing on the shoulders of giants. I had a message to deliver and I had to deliver the voices that never got heard. Myleene Klass On how she escaped the situation, Myleene continued: 'I said we'd be in touch and made it very business-like, I suppose. I just got out. Lunch finished and I got out. Any woman will tell you it's fight or flight. Advertisement 'Any woman who's been in that position where somebody's being predatory, they don't have to come with a weapon. 'We feel it in our gut, we know immediately when we're in danger.' Myleene was already a star in her own right, having been a runner up on I'm A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out of Here! in 2006, when she famously wore a white bikini in the jungle shower. Speaking about the impact the piece of swimwear had on her life, Myleene — who said she sells one every 45 seconds through her business — revealed she originally packed a stripy bikini for the show. Advertisement But she was rushed out by bosses to buy an alternative just before heading into the jungle, as they said the design would 'strobe' and look weird on camera. She was urged tp pick 'the plainest bikini you can find' instead. The Classic FM DJ explained: 'I went into the shop and said, 'I need the plainest bikini', and the woman in the shop went, 'Here's a white bikini'. I owe that girl everything.' The show was a reinvention for Myleene as it landed her a long-running modelling deal with Marks & Spencer and meant she was back in business, four years after Hear'Say crashed and burned. Advertisement 7 Myleene struggled to see the woman as normal after the run-in Credit: Getty 7 Myleene says she has raised her children 'single-handedly, financially, as a sole parent for 12 years' Credit: Getty Pure And Simple became the fastest-selling debut single of all time in the UK, shifting 550,000 copies in a week following their victory on the ITV talent show Popstars in 2001. But 18 months later, the band called it a day when they were deserted by their team and public interest nosedived. Advertisement On how the group, which also featurd Kym Marsh, Suzanne Shaw, Noel Sullivan and Danny Foster, ended, Myleene said: 'It fizzled. It was left to die. And I turned the lights out. 'It was heartbreaking because at the time I didn't want it to end. We took a vote . . . and the vote was yes. 'I remember walking into a meeting where one guy said, 'We've got 250,000 Easter eggs with your faces on them, what are we going to do?'. And I was like, 'I don't know!'. It was almost comical.' But with the 25th anniversary of their heyday fast approaching, she isn't ruling out a return, despite previously saying no to the offer of a tour for their 20th anniversary. Advertisement She teased: 'I keep on saying, 'Never say never', because you never know now. If I say no, then this will be played out across the arena.' As well as her work in music, TV and radio, Myleene has become a fervent campaigner raising awareness of miscarriages, helping to change government policy to support women who lose a baby while pregnant. Earlier this month, she received an MBE for her work on women's health and has now revealed she spoke to King Charles about it. Asked about her most memorable conversation, she said: 'The one most recently is the one with the King for miscarriage, because I think there's so many people who search for the glory and this one was bigger than me. Advertisement 'I felt like I was standing on the shoulders of giants. I had a message to deliver and I had to deliver the voices that never got heard. 'That's a very, very powerful message that needs to be heard and hasn't been heard once yet in front of a living monarch. That's like dominos, it's kick-started something.'

Myleene Klass claims she caught her Irish ex-husband cheating on her with another celebrity
The Loose Women panelist said she walked in on the former Hear'Say bodyguard and the female star as they were taking each other's clothes off Myleene on the We Need to Talk podcast Myleene Klass has claimed she caught her Irish ex-husband Graham Quinn cheating on her with another famous woman. The Loose Women panelist said she walked in on the former Hear'Say bodyguard and the female star as they were taking each other's clothes off on the balcony of her own home at her own birthday party. However, Myleene refused to name the celebrity, saying only that she has built a career off a 'family brand'. Myleene who had started going out with Quinn in 2001 announced their split in 2013 having been together for 12 years. Myleene on the We Need to Talk podcast News in 90 Seconds - Tuesday, July 29 The mother-of-two told Paul Brunson's We Need To Talk podcast how she walked in on him 'with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony'. 'I'm in my house, it's my party,' she recalled. 'They weren't having sex, but they were unzipping each other. According to the TV presenter, the pair tried to claim that it wasn't what it looked like, 'but I'm like, 'It is what I think'.' She said she kicked everyone out of the party, 'including his mum and dad' but before they went back to Ireland, 'his dad said, 'he doesn't get it from me'. 'I remember thinking that was quite a weird thing to say,' she added. Even though she recognised the incident as a 'pretty big red flag' she still went through with their wedding in October 2011 although she previously revealed how she was 'sobbing in the bath' the night before. Referring to the other woman, Myleene said she had made peace with the situation, 'but for a long time, it was very difficult to see their life'. Myleene with her ex Graham Quinn "My life literally just broke apart very, very publicly. "And their life, they've managed to continue building a family brand on it and it felt so difficult for a long time. This is the person I caught him with." Myleene previously spoke on Loose Women how she had been on the receiving end of someone 'who cheated on me'. 'I was extremely disturbed as was my family as was the ripple effect of people who have to live with those actions,' she said. 'Put it this way, one of the people that he cheated on me with asked to have a photo with me and I refused. 'One of the people that he had an affair with or a relationship with just said 'Can I have a photo with you?' 'I said: 'No. I do not agree with what you stand for'. 'I don't agree with women or men having their lives turned upside down with lies and deceit because you didn't think it was that big of a crime. 'You're messing with people's emotions and their lives. They have permanent repercussions.' Back in 2019 Myleene detailed how she developed a dependence on alcohol during her divorce in 2013. Speaking to Kate Thornton and Tamzin Outhwaite on Yahoo's White Wine Question Time podcast, she admitted her drinking would start before 11am. 'I remember waking up and thinking it's ok to have a drink at 11am, because I hadn't had a drink in five hours.' She also opened up about the devastating impact the break-up had on her mental health. The star, who is now happily in a relationship with Simon Motson, said: 'I was doing breakfast TV and I went to get out the car and I thought, 'I can't'... I was right in the middle of the divorce. 'And I opened the door, and I couldn't get out the car. I couldn't breathe. Finances were spiralling because I thought, 'I'm going to lose everything'.' Myleene is now engaged to Simon, who she met four and a half years after her divorce. On Valentine's Day, 2019, the television presenter revealed that she was pregnant with her third child - her first with Simon – and gave birth to baby boy Apollo on August 1.
