EXCLUSIVE Sofia Vergara, 52, keeps her size six figure by 'staying away from one large food group'
Sofia Vergara looked every inch the pretty pinup as she modeled a multi-colored one-piece swimsuit in a new Instagram post shared on Tuesday. The Modern Family star was standing outside her resort during her vacation in Ibiza, Spain. The flattering and low-cut bathing suit was her latest design for her swimsuit collection that sells at Walmart. The Griselda actress had a tiny waistline and toned legs as she stood next to bougainvillea flowers while flashing gold jewelry. The 52-year-old beauty - who is reportedly a size six - wrote in her caption, 'Sofia Vergara Swimsuit for Walmart' as she added a hashtag for Ibiza. Vergara keeps her slender figure by staying away from carbs, functional nutritionist Monica Partier - who has not worked with Sofia - tells 'Sofia has said many times in the past that she avoid carbs and loves to eat whole foods that aren't processed like grilled fish and steamed vegetables. This is the best way to stay slender after 50,' shared Partier. 'She has also revealed that her go-to snacks are raw nuts and fruits, though she has admitted she indulges in cakes now and them, it's her cheat food. Everyone has a cheat food, it's impossible to avoid. You just have to keep it to a minimum.' Partier also shared that women over 50 'should try to stay away from fried foods, high-sodium foods and sugary drinks.' Sofia appears to be single these days. Last month she said she wants her next boyfriend to be as rich as she is. The designer admits that she needs 'fun in [her] life' - but she isn't interested in dating someone who isn't financially independent. Asked what she is looking for in her next relationship, Sofia said on the Today show: 'I want to say the basic stuff, like health and somebody that loves me. And somebody tall, handsome. 'I want somebody that has as much money as me or more, because if not, it's a nightmare. They end up resenting you.' Sofia ultimately craves a bit of 'fun' in her life. The Hollywood star - who was married to actor Joe Manganiello between 2015 and 2024 - shared: 'I've been single now for a year and a half, and I kind of panicked once I got divorced. I was like, 'I'm 52, what's gonna happen? Where am I going to find [someone]?'' Despite this, Sofia is still in no rush to find love. She said: 'I'm not really in a hurry anymore.' The Griselda actress had a tiny waistline and toned legs as she stood next to bougainvillea flowers while flashing gold jewelry Last year, Sofia claimed that she can't be too 'picky' about who she dates. The brunette beauty finalized her split from Joe in 2024, but she remains open to the idea of dating another celebrity. Sofia told People: 'I mean, it's already hard for a 50-something-year-old woman to find someone. I'm not going to be now picky about, 'Oh, he can only be a doctor. Oh, he can only be an astronaut.' No, I mean, I'm not that picky.' Sofia has learned that love can be a 'tricky' thing. The actress explained: 'You never know what the future is going to bring. 'You need to always give the best that you can, be the best person to the other person. Be there for them when they need you, when they're going through the hardest time. Hopefully that will one day come back to you.' Sofia feels she's gained a lot of 'knowledge' because of everything she's been through in her life. Asked what she appreciates about being in her 50s, Sofia shared: 'It's all the knowledge. That's all. I've never really cared that much about what people think. But now I really care less.' In 2023 she told Harper's Bazaar her 'beauty secrets.' 'You have to find the things that look good on you and stick to it. I have been doing my makeup in the same way since I'm 15, with kind of like the same tones, because that's what looks good on me,' she expressed to the outlet. 'Even the same thing with my clothes. I know there's a style. I know my body shape. I am not a model. I don't need to be wearing over-the-top fashion, just to be in.' The star added, 'I wear the style that I know that for my figure, with the big boobs and whatever, is going to look good on me. I don't care what anyone says.'

Lila Moss stuns in pink dress as she poses with new Barbie doll which shares same medical condition
MODEL Lila Moss is a Barbie girl, having inspired the first Type 1 diabetes doll. Kate Moss 's daughter, who was diagnosed with the condition as a child, said she hoped the creation would help children feel proud of who they were. 6 6 Like Lila, her doll has a glucose monitor arm patch, an insulin pump on her leg and a bag for emergency snacks. Lila, 22, said: 'Receiving messages from people who see my patches and feel represented by me means everything to me. 'To see a Barbie that looks like me — even wearing the patches, is surreal and special.' Lila has long been an advocate for sufferers of the disease, famously strutting down the catwalk at Milan Fashion Week in 2021 with her insulin pump on show next to her supermodel Mum. Barbie maker Mattel teamed up with diabetes charity Breakthrough T1D to launch the doll as part of their new diversity-focused Barbie Fashionistas line, which includes Barbies representing a kaleidoscope of body types and disabilities. Krista Berger, Senior Vice President of Barbie and Global Head of Dolls at Mattel, stressed the importance of representation: 'It's vital that children see themselves in the dolls they love.' Over 30,000 children in the UK live with Type 1 diabetes — a lifelong autoimmune condition where the pancreas produces little or no insulin, requiring daily injections or use of insulin pumps to prevent serious health complications. Lila's personal Barbie reflects her personal style, dressed in a black halterneck mini dress, chunky black boots, delicate gold jewellery, and tousled blonde hair — capturing the essence of her street-chic fashion.
