Dame Anna, who recently announced she was stepping down as day-to-day editor of American Vogue, arrived at the championships in her signature dark sunglasses and wearing a white dress adorned with blue flowers.
Sherlock actor Cumberbatch attended the tennis tournament with his wife, the theatre director and playwright Sophie Hunter.
Former deputy prime minister Sir Nick Clegg was also in the Royal Box on Centre Court, with the former Liberal Democrats leader seen in conversation with Google DeepMind chief executive Sir Demis Hassabis.
The men's final will be set up on Friday as Alcaraz's title defence continues against Fritz while seven-time champion Novak Djokovic takes on world number one Jannik Sinner.
American actor Rami Malek was pictured arriving at the tournament in a cream suit and tie, with Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar among the other notable names.
Sir Stephen Fry, Ellie Goulding and Cherie Blair led the famous faces in Wimbledon's Royal Box on Thursday.
Sir Stephen was seen speaking to Welsh comedian Rob Brydon on Centre Court, with actor Ben Whishaw and former government chief scientific adviser, Lord Patrick Vallance also in attendance.
The Queen and Peter Phillips, son of the Princess Royal, were among a host of famous faces from the worlds of acting, politics and sport on day 10 of Wimbledon on Wednesday.
Phillips was joined in the Royal Box by his partner Harriet Sperling, and did not sit with Camilla, who was accompanied by her sister Annabel Elliot.
Also watching Novak Djokovic play Flavio Cobolli in the quarter-final were British actors Hugh Grant, Joe Alwyn and US actors Cooper Koch and Matt Bomer.
Former prime minister Sir John Major and Victoria's Secret model Mia Armstrong were also present, with the latter sitting next to Koch and with Alwyn on his other side.
Tuesday's proceedings at Wimbledon attracted acting royalty, including Sir Ian McKellen, Sir Mark Rylance, Jodie Foster, Richard E Grant and Sienna Miller.
Other well-known faces to have attended this year's championships so far include the Princess of Wales's parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, Sir Lenny Henry, Sir David Beckham, Sir Gareth Southgate and Gary Lineker, who were all seen in the Royal Box.
US music stars Olivia Rodrigo and Dave Grohl have also been spotted enjoying the tennis.

Ordinary, Alex Warren Alex Warren is an American singer-songwriter and the voice behind the hit song Ordinary, which was released earlier this year. The song has remained at the top of the Billboard 100 for the last six weeks and has been on the US chart for an impressive 22. Did you know Alex Warren is also a YouTuber? He's known for making prank videos, often featuring other influencers. What's the recipe for a viral song? So what actually makes a song more likely to go viral? Newsround spoke to the BBC's music reporter Mark Savage who shared what he thinks are the perfect ingredients for a song to take off online. Here's what he told us: Memorable lyrics. It helps if a song has a story people can act out. It doesn't have to be complicated, just memorable. A recent example is Natasha Bedingfield's Unwritten, which had a lot of people running around in thunderstorms, as she sang "feel the rain on your skin". A dance trend. K-pop bands like Blackpink, Le Sserafim and Stray Kids have really complicated dance moves that people try to copy in their TikTok videos, but sometimes simple choreography is better. Doja Cat's Say So and Chappell Roan's Hot To Go were so easy that even parents could do them. A "drop". TikTokkers love a transition… so a song where the music suddenly changes is perfect for revealing a make-up transformation or a pet dog doing something unexpected. A classic example is The Shangri-Las song Remember (Walking In The Sand) – which millions of people used for the moment where the song stopped and went "oh no no no". It's been overused now, Mark says, but other examples include Olivia Rodrigo's Vampire and Dua Lipa's Training Season. What viral hit are you enjoying at the moment? This tiny Nepalese restaurant isn't just colourful – it's a full-on sensory jolt. A maximalist dreamscape of shiny crockery, cloud-like pendants, dog-shaped chopstick holders and Nepalese string puppets that swing cheerfully. It's weird, whimsical and totally wonderful – and somehow, it's been flying under the radar during its first year in Dalston. The food is every bit as lively as the decor. I came for the momos, which were juicy and comforting, but not even close to stealing the show. The channa chatpate – a crunchy salad of puffed rice and potato, dressed with yoghurt and tamarind – is tangy and addictive. The thali plates (with meat, fish or veggie options) cover all the bases, giving you a chance to taste a selection of dishes. But a public service announcement: do not skip dessert. The gulab jamun – soft, spongy doughnuts with pistachio candy floss, cardamom toffee sauce and clotted cream ice cream are dangerously good. One of my favourite finds of the year. In Marylebone at Michelin-starred restaurant Trishna, I tasted the tenderest coconut salmon encased in a green curry leaf, which was so exceptional I had, well, a moment. I was sampling the summer menu Taste of the Western Ghats, the mountainous range in southern India full of biodiversity where Trishna's cuisine hails from. I kicked off with a Chilli Konkan Cooler from a cocktail collaboration with sustainable Diaspora Spice. For obvious reasons, beef is seldom served in Indian restaurants, yet beef short rib coconut fry features as a nod to the Syrian Christian community in Kerala – a rich delightful surprise. It comes with dal, potatoes, rice and naan, as does the Goan prawn biryani, packed with luscious crustaceans. Sorry Charli XCX, this year I'm calling it Ghat Summer. With over 100 breweries serving up over 800 different beers (all included in your ticket), beer lovers will be in brew heaven. A well thought-out selection of 1970s tracks and meticulously curated knick-knacks provide the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a cocktail with a few appetizers – I recommend the crispy dates with stilton & bacon (trust me, it works). The drinks are as creative as the décor. Each is based on an album from Virgin Records in the 1970s, ranging from Peter Gabriel to Phaedra. 'Punk Punch', based on the Sex Pistols' 'God Save The Queen' is a refreshing twist on a spicy margarita. The mango and chili agave give a smoky spice that's just right, but if you're looking for a standout drink, the star is 'The Decanter'. Based on 10CC's Original Soundtrack, the self-described twist on an Old Fashioned is an absolute knock out. Chestnut bakery is oh so chic, with their brand new soft serve combo. If you've never had feuilletine before, it's made up of caramelised crêpes, giving whatever you serve it with the perfect crunch, and that extra je ne sais quoi. Alongside it is their creamy soft serve making for a dream combination. Choose from two flavours – vanilla (vg) or chocolate, topped with feuilletine or pistachios. Karma singer JoJo Siwa to tour UK and Ireland
The Karma singer will perform in Dublin on September 29, before appearing in Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, London and other cities. She will play in Cardiff on October 9, before embarking on other dates in Europe. Her last UK shows sold out within hours of going on sale and Siwa has spoken of the joy she felt on stage, saying: 'I'm still taking it all in – the energy, the love, the connection. I'll never forget this.' American Siwa rose to fame on US reality TV show Dance Moms, before launching her singing career. She appeared on ITV1's Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, where she met Love Island star Chris Hughes, with the pair now thought to be in a relationship.
