A witness, who captured the video around 1pm, while working from home, and told The Sun: 'It was broad daylight, you could see his face as clear as day - he clearly does not care about being caught in any way.'
She added: 'It's absolutely hilarious, he took his time as well. He was there for about 15 minutes.
'I even shouted at him and this guy didn't care. It was funny watching him trying to shove the bog roll in his jacket.'
She went on to say she could hear a 'constant' motorbike sound before looking out of her bedroom window during the incident.

'The guy had hopped off his bike and was rummaging around the bushes where there had been an Amazon parcel left for our neighbour.

'He ripped it open, and the contents were just household items.'
The witness - who did not wish to be named - said the package contained kitchen spray, a lightbulb and the large pack of toilet rolls.
'He took absolutely everything and shoved it in the little bags on his bike.

She said officers in two police cars arrived within a few minutes 'by which time he'd disappeared'.

She added that officers believed from running a search on his bike plates that they'd been cloned.
'Credit where credit's due, the police turned up quickly,' she continued. 'But then you've got the frustrating thing of they can't do anything.'
She said the officers told her it was unlikely he could be caught and are waiting to be asked to send over the footage to the force.
'We've got the reg plate, the bike, clear as day picture of the guy, you couldn't get a better description of him,' she said.

'He ripped through the whole box and took everything he could. We get parcels delivered there all the time, it's a very busy housing estate where people are coming in and out.
'For us we'll never be able to get anything delivered to our flat because the chances of it being stolen are pretty high.'
Credit where credit's due, the police turned up quickly. But then you've got the frustrating thing of they can't do anything.

The video also sees the thief drive head on into a gate across the road at a neighbouring block.
The witness said he'd done the same to the gate at their flat complex and believes he was probably trying to gain access to where residents park their cars.

She explained: 'The two buildings are identical opposite each other. When I went to check on the situation, he'd crashed into our open but private parking lodge, and he'd crashed that open… and he did the same to the other one.
'What he's done, I'm not sure, you can get access fairly easily through the back of our building into the block of flats.
'Either antisocial behaviour or trying to break in to access the cars or the back of the flats. There is no way out from that way.'
The witness said she has since spoken to the residents who had ordered the package, and they'd said they had been busy working and not had chance to collect the parcel.

But were worried as they'd also ordered some more expensive items.
Rise in anti-social behaviour
'The whole estate now is calling for CCTV, because it clearly looks like he knew what he was doing, he knew the estate,' she continued.
'You couldn't mistake it for an exit point because you're on a road.'
She said there's been a general rise in anti-social behaviour in the area, with a stabbing on a neighbouring road also being reported earlier this month.

Her flatmate also had her phone swiped from her pocket and two weeks later had traced it to China.
Referring to the possibility of CCTV being installed, she added tenants will have to increased maintenance and rent.
'It's coming at a cost to residents. The residents are being punished in more ways than one.'

'Cars will pull up and people will get in so they can pretend to be friends,' she said. 'But it's obvious what's going on. I want to move because it's so bad. But it's hard to find a bigger home.' Her neighbour Steven Wood, 39, said he 'worries' about the older members of his family because of 'intimidating' gangs of drug-taking youths hanging around on the streets or in alleyways. She said there had been a recent machete attack on the estate and other violent incidents, including a taxi driver being stabbed, and she wanted to 'get out'. In June that year 'gang rivalry' spilled out into the streets of Cheadle Hulme when a 15-year-old gunman fired shots at a convenience store in broad daylight before pointing the gun at a delivery driver. Manchester Crown Court heard how Jacob Richards had become 'firmly entrenched in a culture of gangs and guns' and had 'bragged' about his crimes in raps. Richards also carried out a separate arson attack with fellow gunman Remico Embrack, 20, and was convicted for a catalogue of violent incidents in 2024. The force has been involved in other initiatives and operations to tackle serious and organised crime. Programme Challenger sees them working with other agencies to disrupt and dismantle criminal networks, including drug lines, the buying and use of firearms and money laundering. Advertisement And Operation Venture, launched in 2023, sees officers working as part of a multi-agency team, which includes the Greater Manchester's Violence Reduction Unit (VRU), and using a variety of tactics to tackle violence, particularly involving young people and knife crime. Last year it led to three men from Brinnington being charged as part of a crackdown on a county lines drug-dealing operation. Three separate incidents also led to five arrests and the recovery of a large amount of cash and drugs and the 'dismantling' of an OCG in the Shaw Heath area. A HUGE traveller fleet has set up camp outside taxpayers' homes, leaving "stinking" piles of rubbish scattered around a much-loved park, locals claim. Dozens of caravans and other vehicles arrived at Swanshurst Park on the border of Moseley, Birmingham, last Sunday (July 20). People say they're annoyed the council regularly clears away the group's rubbish with the city in the midst of a months-long bin collection strike. One resident claims a traveller keeps trying to buy his designer French bulldog for £250. The Friends of Swanshurst Park Facebook group says the travellers gained access by moving a large log and driving in past bike racks. They leave lots of rubbish bags and some of it stinks. It's cleaned up by my council tax money. I don't allow my kids to go over to the play park when they're there. We don't know who they are. Some people don't want to take their kids and dogs there." However, she is annoyed that the local authority makes such an effort to clear the group's rubbish when thousands in the city have seen their own rubbish pile up for months. Inside Birmingham's bin wars as strikes see streets overrun with RATS and piles of rotting food and rubbish are left to fester Sandra said: 'They bag up all the rubbish and the council cleans it all away. "We're paying our taxes, and we can't get our bin bags picked up, but they get theirs taken.' Advertisement Birmingham has been hit by long-running bin strikes. Piles of rubbish have been seen in parts of the city since bin collection workers walked out in January. Sandra's neighbour, who has lived in the area for 40 years and walks her dogs in the park, said residents are getting fed up with different traveller groups constantly coming and going. The woman, who did not want to be named, said: 'They clear them off and a week later another different group comes here. "I keep away from them, they take over the park really. We're all just fed up. Another man who, who says he's been offered money for his pet, added: 'They're all right, they're not bad people and I've got Irish in my family. 2025 Birmingham bin strike The Birmingham bin strike is an ongoing stand off between refuse workers and Birmingham City Council over pay and the removal of roles. It started in January 2025 and full scale industrial action was then taken from March 11, involving members of Unite union. The same month, the local authority declared a major incident after 17,000 tonnes of rubbish were left uncollected on the city's streets. In April, the government was forced to call in Army specialists to provide logistical support. This month, Unite said it would review its relationship with the Labour Party after the government expressed support for the council amid the strike. According to reports, lower income areas, including Sparkhill, Balsall Heath, Small Heath, Sparkbrook and Ladywood have suffered the greatest compared to more affluent suburbs like Harborne and Edgbaston. On Friday (July 25), a second megapicket co-ordinated by Strike Map started across several parts of Birmingham, involving 26 organisations from across the trade union movement, in support of the striking workers. Former Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn urged Birmingham City Council to 'get a deal now' as more piles of rubbish were left uncollected. 'I don't like the mess though and my kids can't use the park when they're around.' Advertisement One resident, a new mum, added: 'They make a mess, but it doesn't bother me. A lot of people here don't like it because the park is for children and it restricts them from using it.' This week the admin of the volunteer-run Swanshurst Park Facebook group posted: 'Spent another couple of hours clearing up litter round the Park. "I'm fairly sure that some of it was nothing to do with the Travellers and had been dropped last night by other people traversing the Park. 'Had some good interactions with some of the women who thanked me for my efforts and assured they would bag up their rubbish. A council spokesperson said: " steps to recover this land where unauthorised encampments encroach upon it.
