Srigee DLM IPO details
The SME offering, valued at around ₹16.98 crore, comprises an entirely fresh issue of 1.71 million equity shares with no offer for sale (OFS) component.
The public issue was open for subscription from Monday, May 5, 2025, to Wednesday, May 7, 2025. It was available at a price band of ₹94–99 per share, and a lot size of 1,200 shares.
Srigee DLM proposes to use the proceeds from the public offering to set up a manufacturing facility at Plot No 15, Ecotech – X, Industrial Area, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, and for the acquisition of machinery to be installed at the proposed manufacturing facility. The company will use the proceeds to meet the capital expenditure and for general corporate purposes.
Srigee DLM IPO grey market premium (GMP), listing estimate
The unlisted shares of Srigee DLM were commanding a solid premium in the grey markets on Thursday. Sources tracking grey market activities revealed that the company's shares were quoted trading at around ₹132 per share, reflecting a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹99 or 33.33 per cent over the upper end of the IPO price.
Shares of Srigee DLM are expected to debut on the BSE SME platform tentatively on Monday, May 12, 2025. Should the current GMP trend sustain, Srigee DLM shares may list with around 33 per cent premium. However, it is important to note that GMP is an unregulated market indicator and should not be relied upon for determining the company's market performance.

Spright Agro shares closed 3.9% lower at ₹ 2.96 after Tuesday's stock market session, compared to ₹ 3.08 at the previous market close. The company announced the order execution update right before the stock market closed on 1 July 2025. The shares of the farming and agricultural trader hit their 52-week high level at ₹ 44.66 on 9 August 2024, while the 52-week low level was at ₹ 2.93 on 1 July 2025, according to data collected from BSE. Crizac IPO: Kolkata-based education platform Crizac Limited completed its anchor round on Tuesday, 1 July 2025. The Crizac IPO raised ₹ 258 crore from anchor investors ahead of the initial public offering (IPO). According to the BSE filing, Crizac allocated a total of 1,05,30,612 or more than 1.05 crore equity shares to the anchor investors at an allotment price of ₹ 245 per share, with the face value of ₹ 2 apiece. Societe Generale, Pinebridge Global Funds, Shamyak Investment Private Limited, Aryabhata India Fund, ICICI Prudential MF, Allianz Global Investors Fund, Carnelian Bharat Amritkaal Fund, 360 One Equity Opportunity Fund, Motilal Oswal MF, Bandhan MF, Axis Max Life Insurance and Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance were the top anchor investors who booked the Crizac IPO. Shamyak Investment Private Limited at 13.95%, Aryabhata India Fund at 10.85%, ICICI Prudential MF at 8.14%, and Allianz Global Investors Fund at 8.14% were the top anchor allocations for the public issue. Kalpataru shares make flat market debut; later surges over 9%
NEW DELHI: Shares of real estate developer Kalpataru Ltd on Tuesday made a flat market debut against the issue price of Rs 414, but later bounced back and jumped over 9 per cent. The stock started trading at Rs 414.10 on the BSE . But, it later gathered momentum and climbed 9.42 per cent to Rs 453 against the issue price. At the NSE , the stock got listed at par with the issue price of Rs 414. Later, it surged 9.37 per cent to Rs 452.80 apiece. The company commanded a market valuation of Rs 9,121.99 crore during early trade. The initial public offering of Kalpataru Ltd garnered 2.26 times subscription on the closing day of bidding on Thursday last week. The company had fixed a price band of Rs 387-414 per share for its IPO. Its IPO was entirely a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 1,590 crore with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component. The company proposes to utilise funds for the payment of debt and general corporate purposes. Mumbai-based Kalpataru focuses on the development of residential, commercial, retail and integrated township projects. It is also in the redevelopment of societies. Kalpataru is one of the leading real estate developers in the country with a significant presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) in Maharashtra.
