Videos posted on X showed roads being sealed off and patients being taken away in ambulances.
Authorities gave no immediate details on the cause of the incident or the identity of the driver.
The location was near a music venue, CNN reported.

Grand Traverse County Sheriff Michael Shea revealed at a news conference that cops believe the suspect acted alone. "There is no information indicating there were additional suspects," he said. The sheriff added that three of the victims are undergoing surgery. Six of the victims are male and five are female, he further revealed.
