Once buyers have chosen which tier they want to plump for, they will be given a voucher to redeem for their mystery prize. Shoppers are told what they've won before they input their shipping details, and are even offered a chance to swap their prize for something else in the prize pool if they aren't happy, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Some of these gadgets offer fantastic value, such as the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition console that retails for £329 at Argos. The AirPods Max, seldom on sale and currently priced at £495 at EE, are also up for grabs.
Even the cheaper Standard tier boasts some treasures, like a Ninja 5.8L Air Fryer or the Apple Watch Series 6 smart watch. Both retail for hundreds of pounds brand new, making them a tempting proposition with a £9.99 price tag.
More than 15,000 customers have already purchased this Wowcher Mystery Box, with 21 sales in the last 24 hours at the time of writing. According to Wowcher, it's selling fast.
While there are no reviews of the Tech Mystery Box on the Wowcher website, some shoppers have taken to Reddit to discuss the risk involved. "Has anyone ever done a Wowcher mystery deal?" one curious user inquired.
Plenty of shoppers responded saying they'd given them a go and had ended up with Bluetooth speakers rather than the top-end prizes. Each prize in the pool has different odds of being selected, with the more expensive items in fewer supply.
The chances of winning each item aren't disclosed on the Wowcher deal page, but it's important to realise that you're far more likely to receive lower-cost items like the Mini Ceramic Heater and Salt Lamp than snagging a TV, PlayStation or MacBook.
For those with a particular gadget in mind, purchasing it directly is probably the best bet. But for shoppers who like a bit of mystery in their lives, taking a punt on the £19.99 Mystery Box deal could be a real winner.

Apple's iPad Mini drops under £30 and arrives next day
Apple's iPad Mini drops under £30 and arrives next day It's small enough to take on-the-go yet it's still powerful enough to run most apps without any issue Apple's iPad tablets are remarkable devices, capable of substituting some laptops depending on your work requirements. However while the robust iPad Pro models can reach a whopping 12.9 inches, some tech enthusiasts prefer a smaller, more portable alternative. Enter the iPad Mini, offering the familiar iPad design and functionality but in a compact size that could fit into a large pocket. With a screen size of 7.9 inches, Wowcher is currently offering a deal on a refurbished iPad Mini model for just £29.99, a significant drop from its usual price of £129.99. The model available here is the first generation of the iPad Mini, which was initially launched in 2012. As such, it may not deliver the performance of contemporary models, but it can still be utilised for certain tasks devised by creative tech users. For money-saving tips, sign up to our Money newsletter here One common use for this older iPad is to transform it into a permanent digital photo frame. Simply upload your favourite photos, mount it near a constant power source, and you have a vibrant display that can automatically cycle through all your cherished images. Another popular application for this tablet is to serve as a control centre for smart home devices. Mount the iPad on a wall and equip it with the necessary apps to manage light switches, thermostats or video doorbells, and you've got a dedicated smart home hub at your disposal, reports the Manchester Evening News. However, it's crucial to ensure that the apps you wish to utilise are compatible with this iPad model. Apple ceased its support in 2015, and it only accommodates iOS 9 - some applications necessitate a more recent software version, so it's advisable to do your homework before acquiring one. The good news is that if you need a newer model of iPad, Wowcher has plenty of other deals that might strike your fancy. Here are some of the best ones available right now: Out of all the deals, the iPad Air 5th Gen likely offers the best value for money. This is due to its compatibility with Apple's latest iOS update and its likelihood of remaining updated for several years owing to its M1 chip, which is still sufficiently robust for everyday tasks. If you're hesitant about shelling out £359, the iPad 8th Gen also presents a reasonable budget alternative. It may perform tasks slightly slower than the iPad Air, but it's still compatible with iOS 18, which remains the most recent software until Apple releases iOS 26 later this year. Online feedback suggests that those who have attempted to use the iPad Mini 1st Gen in 2025 have encountered numerous issues when trying to load contemporary apps like Netflix and YouTube. Some users also report that while Safari does launch as expected web pages can take significantly longer to load compared to the speed we've become accustomed to with modern hardware. However some users on the MacRumours forums have mentioned that they continue to use their device as a dedicated eReader for digital books. Another iPad Mini owner utilises it solely for streaming music through his home speakers. Article continues below The 1st Generation iPad Mini does hold some appeal for those willing to experiment a bit, and at £30, it certainly offers value in these scenarios. Nonetheless, if you're after something with a bit more capability, it might be worth opting for a more contemporary model.

Samsung's Galaxy Watch 4 was a ground-breaking smart wearable when it launched back in 2021, and it's still selling strongly today. It was the first Samsung watch to use Google's Wear OS system, and its compact size and clean design won it plenty of fans. It has always been quite keenly priced, too, but there's a way to get one for £49.99 - which makes it one of the best-value wearables, pound for pound, out there. The only catch is, it's refurbished. But it has been renewed, graded and certified by Meelie Mobile, which specialises in refurbished tech. The watch is graded as "very good", and comes with a warranty | Wowcher Graded as "very good", the description describes it as: "very well looked after and, as such, close to pristine. "You might notice some slight blemishes on close inspection but, by and large, the product is in great condition. "Functionality isn't affected in the slightest, though - everything works perfectly." Meelie Mobile also offers a 12-month warranty on refurbished tech, and prices for the 40mm Galaxy Watch 4 in "very good" condition are usually £139. However, we've found a deal on Wowcher which lets you buy one for £49.99 - and that's an incredible deal. It's classed as an "early bird" offer, so presumably if you miss it the price will jump up - but it looks like it'll only go up a tenner. The Galaxy Watch 4 is aimed at fitness fanatics, and it offers precise, real-time health insights. You can get instant body composition readings, track your heart rate, monitor your blood pressure, record ECG data, and analyse your sleep, blood oxygen measurements, and snoring patterns. Thanks to its Wear OS platform, you can also access a world of apps, from music streaming to smart notifications, and all the usual Google and Samsung features. It's hard to think of a better smart watch out there for just £50, and if you can catch the early bird deal, you'll be getting quite a bargain.

Dual channel 1080p dash cam drops to £25 on Wowcher
The dash cam has all the features of a £100 device - but at a fraction of the price | Wowcher A dual-channel HD dash cam with front and rear protection is now just £25 thanks to a Wowcher deal – and it's selling fast. Sign up to our daily newsletter Sign up Thank you for signing up! Did you know with a Digital Subscription to Edinburgh News, you can get unlimited access to the website including our premium content, as well as benefiting from fewer ads, loyalty rewards and much more. Learn More Sorry, there seem to be some issues. Please try again later. Submitting... This dual channel, 1080p dash cam might be all you need to feel safe and secure on the road. And it's only £25. That's thanks to a 50% voucher deal on Wowcher, that links you back to Just Gift Direct, and it's proving popular with more than 300 bought so far. It's not surprising to see it selling so well, because twin-channel dash cams can cost more than £100, especially with features like HD footage, motion detection, and a 170-degree field of view. The addition of a rear camera gives you all-round protection | Wowcher It even has a large LCD screen to help you quickly skip back through footage. The dual channel aspect means you get two cameras - the main camera faces forward and there's a second smaller camera to face behind you. This gives you double protection, but it will mean a slight more complex wiring job - easy enough for someone with basic DIY skills. Data needs to be stored on a memory card, and there isn't one included in the package, but a small one can be bought for around a fiver. It's fitted with a lithium polymer battery, and even has night vision, so it's a very high-spec dash cam, and it's amazing to see it priced so low. If, that is, you're quick enough to catch the Wowcher deal.
