M&B Engineering IPO price band has been fixed in the range of ₹ 366 to ₹ 385 per equity share of the face value of ₹ 10. The M&B Engineering IPO date of subscription is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30 and will close on Friday, August 1. The allocation to anchor investors for the M&B Engineering IPO is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 29.
The floor price is and the cap price are 36.60 times and 38.50 times the face value of the equity shares, respectively. The M&B Engineering IPO lot size is 38 equity shares and in multiples of 38 equity shares thereafter.

M&B Engineering share price is likely to be listed on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, August 6.
M&B Engineering IPO consists of a new issue of equity shares totaling ₹ 275 crore alongside an offer-for-sale (OFS) amounting to ₹ 375 crore from the promoters.
Funds raised from the new issue are intended for acquiring equipment and machinery for the company's manufacturing plants, settling debts, covering working capital needs, and general corporate activities.
Equirus Capital and DAM Capital Advisors serve as the book-running lead managers for the issuance.
M&B Engineering ranks among the top providers in the nation for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Self-Supported Roofing based on installed capacity, which stands at 103,800 MTPA for PEB and 1,800,000 square meters annually for Self-Supported Roofing.
As per the red herring prospectus (RHP), the company's listed peers are Pennar Industries Ltd (with a P/E of 25.23), Bansal Roofing Products Ltd (with a P/E of 28.39 ), BirlaNU Ltd, Everest Industries Ltd, and Interarch Building Products Ltd (with a P/E of 33.69).

NEW DELHI: Arvind SmartSpaces a has reported a growth of 159.44 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Its profit after tax stood at ₹11.96 crore in Q1 FY26 as against ₹4.61 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing. The company's net consolidated total income stood at ₹106.39 crore in Q1 FY26, a growth of 37.79 per cent from ₹77.21 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year. Kamal Singal , managing director of the company said, "In Q1, revenue grew 37% year-on-year to ₹102 crore, adj. EBITDA improved 205% year-on-year to ₹24.5 crore, and PAT increased 159% year-on-year to ₹12 crore. Further, we continue to generate positive operational cash flows and balance sheet remains strong with net debt at ₹(50) crore. On the business development front, we are actively evaluating several opportunities and are confident of maintaining a healthy addition run rate, in line with the performance seen over the past couple of years. We are on track to conclude the ongoing business plan of adding new projects with a cumulative topline potential of ₹5,000 crore across Gujarat, Bengaluru and MMR." The company reported bookings were at ₹175 crore as against ₹201 crore last year while collections amounted to ₹191 crore as against ₹249 crore in the previous fiscal. Its net debt (Interest bearing funds) was at ₹(50) crore as on June 30, 2025. Net debt to equity ratio stood at (0.08) as on June 30, 2025 as against 0.04 as on Mar 31, 2025.

The 50-share NSE Nifty declined 156.10 points or 0.63 per cent to close at a nearly two-month low of 24,680.90. As many as 35 Nifty shares declined, and 15 advanced. The 30-share BSE barometer tanked 572.07 points or 0.70 per cent to settle at 80,891.02, a level not seen since June 4. During the day, it slumped 686.65 points or 0.84 per cent to 80,776.44. Mumbai, Jul 28 (PTI) Falling for the third straight session on Monday, benchmark Sensex tumbled by 572 points to close at nearly a two-month low due to heavy selling in Kotak Mahindra Bank, forex outflows and uncertainty related to the India-US trade deal. Analysts said disappointing quarterly results and continued selling by FIIs dragged stock markets down for the third session in a row. Nifty has tanked over 2 per cent or 539 points while Sensex retreated by 1,835 points or 2.2 per cent to trade at near two-month low levels. Among Sensex firms, Kotak Mahindra Bank tumbled the most by 7.31 per cent after the company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 4,472 crore for the June quarter, and flagged stress on the retail commercial vehicle portfolio due to adverse macroeconomic conditions. The profit in the year-ago period was Rs 7,448 crore, but it had included gains of over Rs 3,000 crore on its stake sale in the general insurance arm, while the net profit for the March quarter stood at Rs 4,933 crore. Bajaj Finance dropped 3.64 per cent amid asset quality concerns, while Bharti Airtel fell by 2.35 per cent. Tata Consultancy Services dropped 1.76 per cent amid reports that the IT major has decided to lay off over 12,000 employees. Sources said that the IT Ministry is keeping a close watch on the entire situation and is in touch with the tech company over the matter. Titan, HCL Tech and State Bank of India were also among the laggards. However, Hindustan Unilever, Asian Paints, ICICI Bank, Power Grid, HDFC Bank and ITC were the gainers. 'Domestic market sentiment has remained cautious, weighed down by a disappointing set of Q1 earnings, delays in the India-US trade agreement, and continued FII outflows. In contrast, global markets remain broadly positive, supported by US-EU trade developments that are perceived as less concerning than anticipated. 'The upcoming monetary policy decisions from the Fed and BoJ, along with the trajectory of domestic quarterly earnings, are expected to play a pivotal role in shaping market direction in the near term,' Vinod Nair, Head of Research, Geojit Investments Limited, said. The BSE smallcap gauge tumbled 1.31 per cent and midcap index fell by 0.73 per cent. Among BSE sectoral indices, realty tanked 4.11 per cent, followed by telecommunication (1.56 per cent), capital goods (1.49 per cent), BSE industrials (1.40 per cent), teck (1.21 per cent) and metal (1.06 per cent). FMCG and utilities were the gainers. A total of 2,874 stocks declined while 1,264 advanced and 161 remained unchanged on the BSE. Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) offloaded equities worth Rs 1,979.96 crore on Friday, according to exchange data. In Asian markets, Japan's Nikkei 225 index settled lower while South Korea's Kospi, Shanghai's SSE Composite index and Hong Kong's Hang Seng ended in positive territory. Markets in Europe were trading in the green. The US markets ended higher on Friday. Global oil benchmark Brent crude climbed 0.91 per cent to USD 69.05 a barrel. The rupee pared initial gains and settled 15 paise lower at 86.67 (provisional) against the US dollar due to month-end dollar demand from importers. Arvind Fashions posts Rs 23 crore standalone net loss in June quarter

Apparel manufacturer Arvind Fashions Ltd on Monday posted a fourfold year-on-year (yoy) increase in standalone net losses at Rs 22.9 crore for the first quarter ending June on back of a 13.5% yoy decline in revenue from operations at Rs 118.2 crore. The company did not give any reason behind this fall. ADVERTISEMENT However, on a consolidated basis, Arvind Fashions' net profit for the first quarter went up to Rs 13 crore as compared to Rs 1 crore a year back. Consolidated revenue jumped by 16% yoy at Rs 1,107 crore. No reason was shared for this better performance at a consolidated level. Arvind Fashions managing director Shailesh Chaturvedi said the first quarter reported a bright start to the financial year with revenue growth reaching 16%. "This is a testimony of our conscious efforts of investing in higher marketing to re-energize our industry leading brands leading to strong awareness and higher footfalls along with market share gains. Moving ahead, we will continue to focus on our direct channel strategy resulting in higher bottom-line & ROCE (return on capital employed).'The company's growth for the online channel was 30%-plus. The contribution of the online B2C channel increased from 13% to 15% in the quarter under review over the same period last fiscal.
