‘Love Island: USA' Season 6 Stars Rob and Kendall React to JaNa and Kenny's Unexpected Split
Yup, you read that right. After almost a year of (officially) dating, Love Island: USA season 6 fan favorites JaNa Craig and Kenny Rodriguez have called it quits, and their castmates are already speaking out about the situation.
On Sunday (July 27), fans noticed that JaNa had not only unfollowed her partner on Instagram, but she deleted every photo she had ever posted with Kenny — and untagged Kenny from her biography — as well as turned off her comments on the app.
Because of this, Love Island: USA fans were disabled from weighing in with their thoughts and speculation, but that did not stop the press...
With the media quick to spread the news like wildfire — jumping to conclusions that the Love Island: USA finalists had called it quits — its safe to say that Love Island: USA alumni (and friends of both JaNa and Kenny) Rob Rausch and Kendall Washington did not see this coming, as they were enjoying a midday meal with TikToker Josh Richards when the news broke.
Related:
During said meal, Josh happened to be live streaming via Twitch, accidentally capturing the pair's reaction to JaNa and Kenny's split. " Looks like there's some drama post-life after the villa," the 23-year-old said to the camera during the stream, which then panned to Rob and Kendall glancing at their phones and whispering to one another.
With some tension in the air — seemingly feeling guilty that he unintentionally broke the news via his Twitch stream — the social media sensation then stepped outside to address the situation, admitting that he's "not a messy guy" and "would never try to get a clip here."
Josh continued, "I think they're actually like, 'I missed, 'What the hell's going on?' Chat was saying that there's some drama between some of island people. Something's going on. We don't know though. We're not filled in. Sorry, sorry, sorry. I can't, sorry."
Nevertheless, fans had a field day in the comment section of a TikTok video clipping the live stream, having a great deal of respect for Kendall and Rob (mainly the latter) for keeping quiet regarding the sticky situation.
"Kendall is messy af and he stayed completely silent out of respect for JaNa. That says something 😭😭," one user wrote, while another added, "I like how Rob wasn't baited into reacting 😭." A third gushed, "I actually admire how Rob moves outside the villa. He doesn't chase clout by talking about people he cares about. You can tell he cares about JaNa."
Will either JaNa or Kenny break their silence, spilling what really went down between them? Needless to say, we will be keeping up with both parties on Instagram (@janacraig_ and @kennyrodriguez) until further notice.

Angry mom blasts ‘wild' giant octopus attack on child at aquarium: ‘I'm about to become a menace'
Something's more than a little fishy at this aquarium. Britney Taryn took her 6-year-old son, Leo, who loves animals and sea life, to the San Antonio Aquarium, where the family members are regulars, last month. But after a giant Pacific octopus in a touch tank latched onto her child, she likely won't be back anytime soon. The octopus was stuck on the boy for five minutes, and according to Taryn, it took three employees to free him. After the ordeal, he was left with mini suction cup-shaped bruises up the entirety of his arm, reaching up to his shoulder. When she shared the experience — and the aquarium's alleged lack of communication with her after the fact — on her TikTok account, @britneytaryn, viewers were left shocked by the whole affair. @britneytaryn My son has visited the same octopus every week for 3 years. She always loved him until today, when she tried to pull him into the tank. It took 3 aquarium employees to get her off. Was it affection? Recognition? Or something more dangerous? We thought it was a sweet animal bond… until it left bruises. And when we walked back later, she changed color the second she saw him. 🎥 Watch til the end. 💬 Tell me: Was this love or a warning sign? 🧠 Octopus experts, weigh in. #Octopus #AquariumStory #AnimalBondGoneWrong #OctopusBehavior #SeaLife #AnimalInstinct #MarineBiology #ParentingTikTok ♬ original sound – Britney Taryn 'I'm about to become a menace,' she said in the video, referring to the aquarium's reportedly lackluster response in which an employee said the intense suction was just 'octopus kisses' — and clarified that although the species is venomous, they rarely bite. 'Why in the hell would [a giant pacific octopus] be in a touch tank?' wondered one commenter under Taryn's video. Taryn clarified that despite the 'wild' attack, she's not looking for a Harambe-level response, but she did say that she doesn't 'think it's safe for children, especially when unsupervised by staff' — and she was far from the only one. The employee says in the video that the cephalopods are so strong, they can move objects — or people, evidently — up to 700 pounds. Viewers said that she looked 'anxious' trying to get the animal off of her arm, and suggested that it would easily be able to pull a child into the tank, leading to potential injury or drowning. Britney Taryn shows the injuries suffered by her 6-year-old son, Leo, at the aquarium. tiktok/@britneytaryn Others pointed out that octopi are highly intelligent and likely recognized the child. 'Aren't they really smart? Maybe she remembers him and missed him? Doesn't seem like she was trying to harm him,' one user commented under another video. 'Shouldn't be in a touch tank, end of story. It's not an animal that should be allowed to be touched or allowed to touch anyone. It's a safety issue for the animal and people involved, especially a child,' one commenter agreed. Local viewers chimed in, adding that the aquarium is owned by Christy Covino, the wife of convicted wildlife trafficker Ammon Covino, who owned other controversial animal attractions. The octo-attack incident occurred at the same aquarium where thieves snatched a shark in broad daylight back in 2018. A San Antonio Aquarium worker interacts with an octopus in a tank. tiktok/@sanantonio_aquarium The bandits made off with the 1½-foot horn shark and smuggled it out of the venue by disguising it as a baby in a stroller — and staff didn't notice the little bundle of joy, named Ms. Helen, was missing until 45 minutes later. After several days, Ms. Helen was found alive and was later returned to the aquarium. 'Luckily, the thief was someone who knew what he was doing,' Leon Valley Police Chief Joseph Salvaggio told local news station KABB TV, and aquarium officials agreed that it was 'thriving' while living life in the outside world.

The biggest fighting game tournament is a little smaller this year — but still exciting
Evo 2025, the biggest fighting game tournament in North America, starts this weekend. If you tune into one of the nine different Evo Twitch channels you'll see some of the top players in the world compete in fighting game staples like Street Fighter and Tekken, and newer games like King of Fighters: City of the Wolves, and Rivals of Aether II. The fighting starts today and lasts till late Sunday, August 3rd. Though this year is smaller, with fewer entrants than last year, there's still plenty of reasons to watch. While Evo remains one of the most highly attended fighting game tournaments in the world, this year, the number of entrants are slipping. Last year there were over 10,000 attendees — setting a record for the highest number of unique competitors in a fighting game tournament ever. This year, that number is significantly lower with the number of entrants slipping to over 8,500. There could be a number of explanations for this. Economic volatility driven by inflation and policy has made the cost of living rise precipitously. When people have to think twice between groceries and a trip to Vegas (where Evo is annually held), the trip to Vegas typically loses out. Evo has also expanded, adding tournaments first in Japan, then France, and now Singapore, giving international players more of a choice of which events to attend. Safety is potentially another reason why players are staying away. Evo is an internationally known and recognized tournament, players from all over the world compete in this event. But in the US, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have been conducting raids across the country, ostensibly to arrest immigrants for deportation. But there have been numerous reports that legal residents, US citizens, and even tourists with valid visas are being arrested and detained for months or even illegally deported. In an email to The Verge, the Las Vegas Convention Center director of communications Erica Johnson wrote, 'The LVCVA's policy is to abide by all federal, state, and local laws and cooperate with the lawful execution of those.' Evo did not respond to requests for comment. Some notable international players, though, have decided to brave crossing the US border. Arslan 'Arslan Ash' Siddique from Pakistan is registered to attend Evo, returning again to compete for another Tekken Championship. Matías 'Scorpionprocs' Martínez and Nicolás 'Nicolas' Martínez, Chilean twins known for dominating Mortal Kombat tournaments, will also be competing. The games themselves might also be contributing to reduced turnout. Tekken 8 has the second highest number of entrants after Street Fighter VI, but the game's second season was so poorly received by players that Tekken executive producer Katsuhiro Harada wrote, 'I personally do not think this backlash is at all unjustified.' That frustration with the game might have led to its player count being cut nearly in half going from 4,646 players in 2024 to just 2,521 this year. Whatever the reason, this year's Evo will be a slightly smaller, but no less exciting affair that's worth watching. Take a look at the schedule here. Even though Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves received criticism for some of its character choices, I'm generally excited to watch any game I haven't seen before. Evo 2025 is also adding two new streams to the schedule for people to watch any of the smaller games that are always featured at Evo but not large or notable enough to get main event stage billing. Also my absolute favorite competitor Dominique 'Trans Rights' / 'SonicFox' McLean will be there and I'll watch them whenever he's on. 'Sex and the City' spinoff 'And Just Like That' to end with Season 3 just like that
"And Just Like That" is over, just like that. Michael Patrick King – an executive producer of the "Sex and the City" spinoff, which airs on HBO Max – revealed the show will abruptly end at the end of the current season, in a note posted to the show's social media pages Aug. 1. "And just like that... the ongoing storytelling of the 'Sex And The City' universe is coming to an end," King wrote. "While I was writing the last episode of 'And Just Like That...' season 3, it became clear to me that this might be a wonderful place to stop." He said that he and franchise star Sarah Jessica Parker "held off announcing the news until now because we didn't want the word 'final' to overshadow the fun of watching the season." King said, "It's with great gratitude we thank all the viewers who have let these characters into their homes and their hearts over these many years." 'And Just Like That' Season 3: Date, time, how to watch new episodes The "SATC" revival premiered on HBO Max in late 2021, featuring three out of the four original stars, minus Kim Cattrall's promiscuous Samantha Jones. However, the fan favorite Manhattanite made an offscreen appearance through a text conversation with Parker's lead character, Carrie Bradshaw. In the spinoff, Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte York (Kristin Davis) were back on the New York City streets and fans' TV screens. 'And Just Like That' finale to end Season 3 The show is set to end with a two-part finale on Aug. 7 and Aug. 14 on HBO Max. Sarah Jessica Parker speaks out on 'AJLT' ending In an Instagram post after the news broke, Parker said a heartfelt goodbye to a character she's loved for nearly 30 years. "Carrie Bradshaw has dominated my professional heartbeat for 27 years. I think I have loved her most of all. I know others have loved her just as I have. Been frustrated, condemned and rooted for her," Parker wrote. "The symphony of all those emotions has been the greatest soundtrack and most consequential companion. Therefore the most sentimental and profound gratitude and lifetime of debt. To you all." She echoed King's earlier message, writing,"MPK and I together recognized, as we have in the past, this chapter complete." "AJLT was all joy, adventure, the greatest kind of hard work alongside the most extraordinary talent of 380 that includes all the brilliant actors who joined us," Parker said. "I am better for every single day I spent with you." Davis added in her own Instagram post: "I am profoundly sad. I love our whole beautiful cast and crew. 400 artisans working so hard on our show with deep love. And to our loyal fans, we love you forever and ever." Despite a loyal following of "SATC" fans and new viewers, the show has drawn criticism for its confusing plotlines and character development since Season 1.
