In Cookie Monster's Cookie Factory, players will use their bodies to control factory widgets such as sliders, conveyor belts, claws, springs, and fans to transport and sort cookies from a source pipe to destination boxes. Different widgets utilize different body motions, including jumping, squatting, moving arms, and tilting shoulders.
'From Elmo to Grover to Cookie Monster, these games with Nex combine joyful movement with purposeful learning,' said Tina Moglia, Sesame Workshop Supervising Producer, Digital Production. ' Cookie Monster ' s Cookie Factory is a sweet finale that shows how educational play can be just as fun and active as it is meaningful.'
What's cookin' in Cookie Monster ' s Cookie Factory?
Family Gaming: With multi-player capabilities up to four players, parents can join their children ages 4+ to work together to solve sweet puzzles and help Cookie Monster keep the nummie, nummie treats under control!
Early Childhood Skills: In this fun-filled puzzle adventure, players take on cookie-themed challenges focused on sorting, cooperation, and hand-eye coordination.
Leveled Progression: With 30 unique levels that require different widgets and body movements, Cookie Monster's Cookie Factory offers a multitude of new challenges and skills to keep children engaged and active. Each level offers up to four stars, but only one is required to move to the next level–because Cookie Monster believes in extra credit (especially when cookies are involved)!
Cookie Monster Commentary: Enjoy Cookie Monster's laugh-out-loud narration and classic one-liners as players play through the cookie chaos.
The launch marks the fourth and final game in the multi-title collaboration between Nex and Sesame Workshop. Cookie Monster ' s Cookie Factory joins Elmo Says, Elmo & Abby ' s Magical Letter Hunt, and Move & Groove with Grover to create an educational and active play experience that supports key areas of early childhood development in gross motor, early literacy, communication, and now, with Cookie Monster, problem-solving skills.
'From the beginning, our collaboration with Sesame Workshop has centered around one goal: to support whole-child development through joyful, active learning experiences,' said Dr. Emily Greenwald, Chief Pediatric Advisor, Nex Playground. 'Across all four titles, we've intentionally focused on early childhood skills–gross motor, early literacy, communication, and now, with Cookie Monster's Cookie Factory, puzzle-solving. This final game is a perfect example of how movement-based learning can spark cognitive growth and giggles at the same time.'
Cookie Monster fans can play Cookie Monster ' s Cookie Factory, along with the entire suite of Sesame Street games, exclusively on Nex Playground with a Play Pass.
Families interested in purchasing Nex Playground can find the active play system on Amazon as well as in Best Buy®, Target® and Walmart® online and select retail stores nationwide. Store availability can be found at https://nexplayground.com/stores.

Caitlin Clark unveils Kobe 6 Protros ‘Cookie Monster' edition before Wings faceoff

The post Caitlin Clark unveils Kobe 6 Protros 'Cookie Monster' edition before Wings faceoff appeared first on ClutchPoints. Caitlin Clark has become one of the WNBA's biggest trendsetters for many reasons, and her sneaker game is definitely on that list. Clark's association with sneakers has been front and center since Nike signed her to a signature shoe deal in 2024, and the Indiana Fever star has already rocked a player-exclusive edition of Kobes. Now, Clark's debuting a brand new Nike Kobe 6 'Cookie Monster' colorway in a July 13 contest against the Dallas Wings. Clark's striking blue shoes made a statement on and off the court, bridging the gap between her pop culture influence and pro basketball prowess. The high-profile contest was the perfect backdrop for her nod to sneakerhead culture and a basketball icon. Clark's deal with Nike was worth about $28 million and includes the eventual creation of her very own signature shoe. For now, she's taken a liking to Nike's Kobe line and even partnered with the brand on an ad for a colorway named after her. The Nike Kobe 5 Protro 'Caitlin Clark Indiana Fever' colorway dropped on June 30 and sold out within minutes at a price of USD $190 for adult sizes. Nike aired the ad for the player-exclusive colorway that saw Clark transform into a Mamba mindset, homaging the late Kobe Bryant. She then took the court for the Fever in the new colorway of the same name shortly after. Clark has been wearing the Nike Kobe signature line since her playing days at Iowa. It's not uncommon for athletes to receive their own player-exclusive versions to wear in-game that match their team's color scheme, but it's not as common to see them released to the public — especially for WNBA players. The 'Cookie Monster' colorway could end up coming in handy for Clark against the Wings and as the Fever make their playoff push in the second half of the 2025 WNBA season. Elmo sparks a national therapy session: A brief oral history

On Monday morning, January 29, 2024, Christina Vittas posted a nine-word tweet: 'Elmo is just checking in! How is everybody doing?' Apparently, not so great. Vittas had been managing the social accounts for the beloved Sesame Street superstar since the end of 2020. She hadn't anticipated that Elmo's friendly question would tap into a deep vein of national angst: a looming presidential election, inflation, and conflicts in Gaza and Ukraine. Christina Vittas: I thought, Strategically, when is the best time for Elmo to post this? Monday morning, right? People are getting back in. 'How are we doing?' is a question that a friend would ask. I posted on X at 10:46 a.m. The super-early-rate deadline for Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies Awards is this Friday, July 25, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Apply today.
