Train and Tube closures in London over Bank Holiday
Platforms 1-8 will be closed on Saturday and Sunday with services diverted to London Bridge or Cannon Street due to maintenace work in Battersea. Gatwick Express services will be reduced.
On Sunday and Monday, services will not run between London Euston and Milton Keynes Central due to embankment repairs, track renewal and drainage works.
On London Underground, District Line trains will not run on Saturday and Sunday between Edgware Road/Embankment and Ealing Broadway, Kensington (Olympia), Richmond and Wimbledon.

The Circle line across the weekend between Edgware Road and Tower Hill via Victoria
Southwark station on the Jubilee line, which will not reopen until Tuesday
The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) from Saturday to Monday between Westferry/Poplar and Lewisham, and between Stratford International and Canning Town
The Lioness line on the Overground on Sunday while on Monday there will be no service between Euston and Willesden Junction
The Elizabeth line on Sunday will run a reduced service between Paddington and Heathrow/Maidenhead.

Cause of major delays at Birmingham New Street confirmed as problems continue
There has been severe disruption at one of Birmingham's main railway stations due to 'ongoing engineering works'. All services were delayed or cancelled at Birmingham New Street Station on Sunday (July 13) morning due to Network Rail works overrunning. West Midlands Railway announced issues with its services due to 'operational issues' shortly after 8am. And those problems are continuing. A vehicle used to carry out the engineering works has got stuck in Canal Street Tunnel. A spokeswoman for West Midlands Railway said: 'The issues this morning are related to a Network Rail track possession that has overrun due to a broken down vehicle in the Canal St tunnel, meaning that no services have been able to operate in and out of New Street.' 'We have requested rail replacement buses for the Cross City Line and Coventry corridor and ticket acceptance is in place with National Express West Midlands, West Midlands Metro (trams) and Chiltern Railways. Disruption as railway between Swindon and Bristol Parkway closed
Rail passengers are set to face delays as flood prevention work begins. The line was closed on Monday, July 7 between Swindon and Bristol Parkway, with trains being diverted via Chippenham and Bath. The BBC has reported that Network Rail is working alongside the Environment Agency, South Gloucestershire Council, the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group and Wessex Water to find long-term solutions to flooding. The project will see 200m (656ft) of track raised by 20cm (7.8in) at the western end of the tunnel with overhead cables adjusted accordingly. Drainage channels will also be dredged throughout the tunnel to allow more water to be collected. He continued: "This is definitely a project to make the line more future-proof. We're not necessarily trying to stop flooding, we're trying to keep passengers and freight moving more often." Work is set to last until July 13.
