Arrested were, Megan Adams, 36, resisting arrest without violence, maintaining a drug dwelling, and possession of drug paraphernalia; Charles Wright, 45, outstanding warrant; Noel 'Chris' Tobler, 55, armed trafficking cocaine 28g to 150kg, armed trafficking methamphetamine 14g+, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, maintaining a drug dwelling, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Former deputy sentenced to 16 months in prison for 2022 beating of inmate in Camden County Jail
A former Camden County Sheriff's Office deputy sheriff and jail corporal has been sentenced to 16 months in prison for assaulting a pretrial detainee in 2022. Ryan Robert Biegel, now 27, of Kingsland, Georgia, pleaded guilty on Jan. 28 to using unreasonable force against the detainee, according to a news release from the Department of Justice. >>> STREAM ACTION NEWS JAX LIVE <<< Action News Jax first told you in November 2022 about the release of a video showing the September 2022 beating of Jarrett Hobbs from Greensboro, North Carolina, in the Camden County Jail. The DOJ said the incident occurred on September 3, 2022, when Biegel and two other correctional officers entered the holding cell where Hobbs was detained. [DOWNLOAD: Free Action News Jax app for alerts as news breaks] We also told you in November 2022 when Biegel, Mason Garrick, and Braxton Massey were charged with battery of an inmate and violating the oath of office. In May 2023, the three men were indicted by a grand jury in Camden County. The DOJ said Biegel admitted to punching Hobbs five times in the back of the head, acknowledging that it was not reasonable or necessary for a legitimate law enforcement purpose. Biegel further struck Hobbs in the head and body an additional twenty-two times with his fists and knees, the DOJ said. Creep spotted trying to drag woman into pickup truck, but quick thinking sends him fleeing
A Florida woman frantically fought off a creep who tried to drag her into his pickup truck after allegedly pulling off a heist — with the bone-chilling scuffle caught on newly released surveillance video. The drama unfounded about 3:30 p.m. on June 29 outside a St. Augustine retail store, where accused would-be kidnapper Theodore Michael Tundidor, 31, is seen choking the screaming woman and pulling her toward his Toyota Tacoma truck, footage released by the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office shows. 4 Shocking video shows a robber dragging a woman to his pickup truck in St. Augustine on June 29, police said. The sheriff's office said a bystander saw the foiled abduction and came to the woman's aid, then called 911, forcing the thug to hop into the truck and take off. Officers from Florida Fish and Wildlife later spotted the pickup truck 'driving recklessly' on Route A1A, with Tundidor taken into custody after a high-speed chase, the sheriff's office said. 4 Theodore Michael Tundidor, 31, was charged with kidnapping, robbery and grand theft auto in the incident. St. Johns County Sheriff's Office Tundidor allegedly robbed a business at the scene and forced the woman into the parking lot, authorities said. He was charged with kidnapping, robbery and grand theft auto, authorities said. 'The victim in this situation did everything right — scream/yell, fight, attract attention,' police said. According to the department's Women Against Violent Encounters instructors, potential victims should always be aware of their surroundings, know your 'danger zone' where strangers can be a threat, and always trust your instincts and experience. Man shot multiple times while driving in Downtown Jacksonville
A man was shot multiple times on Dennis Street in Downtown Jacksonville on Tuesday evening, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. The incident occurred around 5:25 p.m. when officers responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds to his groin, back, and arm, police said.
