British-American actress Minnie Driver marks Independence Day with sweet pregnancy throwback snaps
The British-American actress, 55, notably began the montage with a snap of herself pregnant and her bump painted in the stars and stripes.
Celebrating America's love of fast food on another 4th of July gone by, Minnie - who shares son Henry, 16, with ex-partner producer Timothy J. Lea - revealed that she even made a sweet cake in the shape of a burger.
Other snaps saw her in a stars and stripes golf buggy and with Henry as he held a first-place medal won in a watermelon seed spitting competition.
She wrote: 'Celebrating the spirit of independence - from pregnant belly decorations, to our annual golf cart parade in Malibu, to the cake I made in the shape of a burger, to Henry winning the watermelon seed spittin' competition.
'To me standing eating watermelon rather than spitting the seeds, to my old, patriotic boy who loved this day, mainly because people were drunk and dropped their hotdogs.'
Minnie's reflective post comes after she recently joked about getting a facelift after candidly opening up about being middle-aged in Hollywood.
'Guys,' she said in a perfect deadpan in a new video she posted to her Instagram page in December: 'are we all getting new faces for Christmas?'
The Good Will Hunting actress continued: 'Cause where you getting them from? And do you think they're gonna run out? And has anyone got a discount code?'
She threw another joke into the caption, writing: 'Quite hard to put under the tree. #newface #faceshop #discountcodes.'
Shortly before, the actress shared a makeup-free selfie to her Instagram page.
Allowing the camera to get a close view of her features, she used the caption to share the secret to her own luminous complexion.
Her radiant appearance was the work of Keren Bartov, an Israeli aesthetician whose clients have included Gal Gadot, Demi Moore, Kim Kardashian and Julia Roberts.
Minnie wrote alongside the selfie: 'Ok, I'm pretty vain, so posting pictures without a scrap of makeup and un-touched up, are rare.'
She added: 'The only reason I'm doing it now is because I've been ill with flu and have felt every one of my years recently, and I'm pretty astonished that my friend Keren can make me look like this: Christmas glow without the 5 mulled wines.'
Earlier this year, Minnie reflected on how the Hollywood climate has changed in terms of offering opportunities to women in middle age.
'We're allowed to be over 40 now. It is different,' she told People during a panel discussion that was held over the summer.
'I don't know what that was done waking up to the idea that women are really just hitting their stride when they've, I think been through the gauntlet of only being seen sexually,' the The Phantom Of The Opera actress shared.
Now, she said, roles for women are able to embrace the 'extraordinary expansiveness that comes with getting older,' including but not limited to motherhood. 'I watched a film the other night that I really wanted to be in and I am so glad I'm not in that bloody film,' Minnie candidly confessed.

Paige Spiranac's 'perfect' golf outfit turns heads as influencer posts raunchy new video
Golf influencer Paige Spiranac turned heads with a raunchy practice video on Friday ahead of the Internet Innovational. Spiranac will compete at the Barstool Sports-sponsored tournament on August 12 against the likes of Grant Horvat, J.R. Smith and Jon Gruden. And Spiranac offered a glimpse into her preparations as she treated her fans to a video of her practicing in a pink halter dress. Spiranac posed and smiled for the camera in slow motion, while a song with the lyrics 'baby how you f*** with my head' played in the background. The social media star captioned the post 'Practice makes perfect,' and the video was certainly a hit with fans. 'Killing it,' one wrote. Practice makes perfect⛳️ — Paige Spiranac (@PaigeSpiranac) July 11, 2025 'It would be a dream come true to play a round of golf with you,' another said. And a third said: 'I'm betting on you winning!' Spiranac, who previously pursued a career as a pro golfer before gaining online fame, shared a theory last month about how to perform better on the course. She dressed in more conservative attire during a recent trip to the course as she wore a buttoned-up polo shirt and shorts. And after she performed below her best, she shared a theory with her fans. 'If you've been following me for awhile you know I have this working theory that I play better when I wear less clothes,' she wrote on X above a photo of her in the polo. 'Can confirm that science is right once again. I played like [poop emoji] today.' Spiranac announced some big news in May as she announced she'd be joining the Grass League - the first high-stakes par 3 golf league. While she didn't confirm the exact nature of her position, the Grass League announced that 'golf's most influential female voice' would be joining in a 'strategic leadership role.' 'A trailblazer in both professional golf and modern sports media, Spiranac will work closely with league leadership to shape the long-term vision and growth strategy for The Grass League,' a press release read. 'Her role will encompass brand development, storytelling, creative, business development and overall content and audience strategy, positioning the league to scale it's reach across digital, broadcast, and live experiences.

Bill Belichick is 'playing second fiddle' to girlfriend Jordon Hudson at UNC as debut season fast approaches
Bill Belichick is continuing to 'play second fiddle' to his 24-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson as he hurtles toward his first season in charge of North Carolina. The legendary NFL coach has endured an embarrassing start to life in college football, with Hudson repeatedly overshadowing him as he prepares to coach UNC. In various TV interviews and viral moments, the former cheerleader has taken center stage and many reports even claim that Belichick's family is 'worried' about him. Now, her impact has been laid bare by college football analyst Paul Finebaum, who appeared on ESPN's First Take this week. 'Also, there's Bill Belichick... anybody heard of this guy?' he said while previewing the ACC. 'He's only the most famous NFL coach of all-time this side of Vince Lombardi, but lately he's played second fiddle to his girlfriend. 'I can't believe I'm actually saying that, but I am!' . @finebaum 's top three CFB storylines ⬇️ 🤔 What's the pulse of the ACC with Clemson and UNC? 🍿 Will Georgia and Alabama bounce back? 😯 Is Arch Manning the best college QB since Tim Tebow? — First Take (@FirstTake) July 11, 2025 The pair's high-profile relationship is also causing a tidal wave of backlash from alumni, donors and even faculty at UNC, who believe the age-gap relationship is eclipsing Belichick's coaching debut - and tarnishing the school's reputation. While the headline-grabbing couple have drawn media attention since they went public in 2023, newly released emails obtained by the Daily Mail through a public records request expose the internal uproar over what critics are calling a 'disgrace' and a 'circus.' In one message from late April, a furious donor wrote: 'What a total embarrassment to UNC. I am withdrawing all my donations and future donations.' Another, from a faculty member, slammed the $10 million, five-year deal handed to Belichick despite his lack of college coaching experience, and questioned how the university could afford it. Perhaps the most eye-opening moment came back in April when Belichick was interviewed on CBS Sunday Morning about the release of his new book. Striking footage emerged of Hudson by Belichick's side on the field as he coached UNC In bizarre fashion, Hudson became the focus of the interview when she repeatedly derailed the interview and interrupted to shut down questions about how the pair met. There was further controversy over a report that UNC had banned Hudson from their football facility, after she was spotted on the field during a team practice session. That was later clarified by the team, who insisted they had not placed any ban on Hudson, nor planned to. In May, journalist Pablo Torre claimed that Hudson went out of her way to hijack a TV commercial that Belichick had been asked to do, specifically insisting that she was on screen in a bikini, in a bizarre bid to 'hard launch' their relationship. 'There was one famous story that was witnessed by, I am told, dozens of people, including freelance contractors who were hired to work on the set of a seven-figure scripted commercial,' he said on his podcast, Pablo Torre Finds Out. 'What I am told by among the dozens of people that witnessed the shooting of this, is what happened that day on set was "highly unusual." 'Jordon Hudson, who was at the time a person they kind of heard about, but again this was last summer… had arrived on set and stated immediately pitching herself for a role that had not been discussed in this scripted seven-figure commercial shoot. That would also serve as "the hard launch" of their relationship.' Hudson's involvement with the 73-year-old coach has drawn controversy from the start Belichick's incessant off-field drama is the polar opposite to what he accepted from his players during his coaching run at the New England Patriots, which makes it all the more interesting. Constant headlines over the past year has sent media and fan interest through the roof as he prepares to take charge of his first game at the collegiate level, at home against TCU on September 1. Hudson and Belichick, who have a near-50 year age gap, first met in 2021 and went public with their relationship in 2024, though confusion still reigns over when exactly they began dating.
