From the streets to the ramps, and to your bowl of cereal, these two are turning up the heat in the skateboarding and gaming worlds with their latest collaboration.
BATTLE CREEK, Mich., June 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The legendary partnership between Tony the Tiger and world-renowned skateboarder Tony Hawk is igniting once again to celebrate something big. Their friendship, which started with Tony Hawk serving as Tony the Tiger's stunt double in a '90s advertisement, captured both icons' enthusiastic attitudes and desire to motivate youth to be courageous and get active. This time, their reunion will take to the physical and digital skatepark - via the launch of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 and at the live Vert Alert Legends Demo and skateboarding competition.
'I've been a fan of Tony the Tiger since I was a kid,' said Tony Hawk. 'It's been an incredible journey, from originally doing stunts for Tony to reuniting over 30 years later, and I'm honored to still be associated with the most iconic Tiger in the world.'
In Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 video game, players can dive into tiger-themed gear and accessories, channeling Tony the Tiger's energy on virtual ramps. Available now for pre-order, the game promises an epic ride across digital skateparks.
To commemorate the collaboration, limited-edition skateboards will be released for five lucky fans*. Complementing this release are exclusive Tony x Tony cereal packs, featuring autographed items from Tony Hawk and, of course, the timeless taste of Kellogg's Frosted Flakes.
'We've been waiting for the perfect moment to bring these two Tonys back together, and it couldn't be better timed,' said Ryan Versfeld, Brand Marketing Director at WK Kellogg Co. 'We're excited to support Tony Hawk with these unique experiences for the next generation to encourage them to do what they love!'
The legendary duos' reunion will hit its peak at the two-day Vert Alert at the University of Utah, a global gathering of skateboarding talent, which will be free and open to the public. There, both Tonys will hype up participants in the exhilarating competition – reminding us that each skater fueled by confidence is a gr-r-reat one.

Legendary Singer-Songwriter, 78, Plays What Bob Dylan Called the 'Best Song Ever Written' in 'Brilliant' New Video

Legendary Singer-Songwriter, 78, Plays What Bob Dylan Called the 'Best Song Ever Written' in 'Brilliant' New Video originally appeared on Parade. When it comes to staying power, few songs in contemporary music history stack up to "Wichita Lineman." Written by iconic songwriter Jimmy Webb for country singer Glen Campbell in 1968, the chart-topping tune has been covered by many other legendary artists in the years since (from Johnny Cash to James Taylor to Smokey Robinson and more) and countless others — like Bob Dylan — consider it one of the best songs of all time. In a video shared to TikTok this week, Webb, 78, demonstrated how to play "Wichita Lineman" on the piano, explaining the various chord progressions and occasionally singing along. "Bob Dylan once called this the 'greatest song ever written,'" the caption read. Commenters were quick to agree with the "Like a Rolling Stone" singer, with one writing, "Bob Dylan was right!" "Just brilliant. One of the most moving songs of all time. So much longing and regret," added a second fan. "A great and beautiful song. Genius," someone else commented, with another chiming in to say, "This may be my favorite song ever." Dylan gave his oft-quoted opinion on the classic track via the cover of Dylan Jones' Wichita Lineman: Searching in the Sun for the World's Greatest Unfinished Song, as American Songwriter reported. In 2020, Webb spoke to the same outlet about another famous musician's take on the tune, saying, 'Billy Joel came pretty close one time when he said 'Wichita Lineman is a simple song about an ordinary man thinking extraordinary thoughts'. That got to me; it actually brought tears to my eyes. I had never really told anybody how close to the truth that was.'Legendary Singer-Songwriter, 78, Plays What Bob Dylan Called the 'Best Song Ever Written' in 'Brilliant' New Video first appeared on Parade on Jul 3, 2025 This story was originally reported by Parade on Jul 3, 2025, where it first appeared.

Today's ‘Wordle' #1476 Hints, Clues And Answer For Friday, July 4th

How to solve today's Wordle. Looking for Thursday's Wordle hints, clues and answer? You can find them here: It's Friday the 4th of July. America Day. Time to celebrate—and perhaps interrogate—our national pride. I think that a bit of tension between what we get right and what we get wrong as Americans and as a nation is important on a day like today. Yes, we should celebrate. We should also be aware of our past, of the problems we have faced and overcome and the problems we still face. I'm not one for blind nationalism. Then again, I'm also not in favor of only looking at the bad. No country is perfect. To truly celebrate America, we have to take the good with the bad. And we have to barbecue, clearly. And probably watch a sports game of some kind, though I'm not sure what sports are happening at the moment. I do know we have a national game of sorts that many of us play every single day, so let's solve this Wordle! How To Solve Today's Wordle The Hint: Found in roads and baseball pitches. The Clue: This Wordle ends with a vowel. Okay, spoilers below! The answer is coming! . . . Todays' Wordle Every day I check Wordle Bot to help analyze my guessing game. You can check your Wordles with Wordle Bot right here. I started with STAKE because I was thinking about vampires. This only got me a single green box and left me with 159 remaining solutions. CHOIR, one of my go-to second guesses, brought that down to just four. I wasn't sure so I tried to eliminate as many remaining words as possible with PRUDE and that left me with one, though it ensured I wouldn't guess in three. Only CURVE remained. Today's Wordle Bot I get 0 points for guessing in four and -1 for losing to the Bot. The Bot gets 1 point for guessing in three and another for beating me, taking the lead once again in July: Erik: -1 points Wordle Bot: 2 points The word "curve" comes from the Latin curvus, meaning "bent" or "crooked." It entered English via Old French courbe, from Latin curvus. The root curv- relates to bending, and is also seen in words like curvature and incurvate.
