Jersey Mike's month of giving to support Pink Zone Little League Challenger
(WTAJ) — Jersey Mike's Subs is kicking off its 15th Annual Month of Giving, partnering with Pink Zone and Little League Challenger to raise funds for local charities throughout March.
Customers at six Jersey Mike's locations in Altoona and State College area can round up their total or donate in-store, online, or through the app. The DuBois location will support Little League Challenger, a program providing opportunities for athletes with physical and intellectual challenges.
The campaign culminates in Jersey Mike's Day of Giving, March 26, when 100% of sales—not just profits—will be donated to these organizations.
Jersey Mike's hopes to surpass last year's record-breaking $25 million in national fundraising, with local owners and staff dedicating their busiest day of the year to giving back.
Since launching Month of Giving in 2011, Jersey Mike's has raised more than $113 million for charities nationwide.
