Man in hospital after Plymouth scooter crash
A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash involving a scooter in were called to the incident at a crossing in Exeter Street at 17:55 BST on Wednesday to the incident which involved a grey Piaggio pedestrian, a man aged in his 20s, was taken to Derriford Hospital in a critical condition.A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and driving while unfit through drink or drugs. Police and paramedics attended the scene and the street was closed for about seven hours to allow forensic collision investigators to examine the have appealed for witnesses and have urged anyone with information or footage to contact the force.

Stabbing in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, leaves 19-year-old man dead, police say
A 19-year-old man was stabbed to death in the backyard of a home in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, on Sunday, police said. The stabbing happened at about 5:20 p.m. on Sunday in the yard of a home on Virginia Avenue, according to police. Police said that 19-year-old Alexander Camacho was stabbed in the lower portion of his body. He was taken to Paoli Hospital, where he died due to his injuries. Anyone with information about the stabbing is urged to contact police.

Sixteen-year-old killed, friend injured after car crashes into parked lorry in Hulu Langat
KUALA LUMPUR, June 28 — A 16-year-old boy was killed and his friend sustained minor injuries after the car they were travelling in crashed into the rear of a lorry parked along Jalan Hulu Langat in Kampung Sungai Semungkis, Hulu Langat today. The incident occurred at about 2.32am when a Proton Saga, driven by a 19-year-old man, reportedly lost control before veering off the road and hitting a five-tonne Hicom lorry. According to Bandar Tun Hussein Onn Fire and Rescue Station operations commander Senior Fire Superintendent I Muhamad Roduan Sudin, the department received an emergency call at 2.32am and arrived at the scene 16 minutes later. 'The accident involved two victims. The 19-year-old driver sustained minor injuries and was rescued by members of the public before being handed over to a St John ambulance team for further treatment,' he said in a statement. However, the 16-year-old front passenger, who was pinned to his seat, was extricated by firefighters but was pronounced dead at the scene by Health Ministry (KKM) personnel. The body was later handed over to the police for further action. The operation involved five personnel and one FRT engine from the Bandar Tun Hussein Onn Fire and Rescue Station. The cause of the crash is under investigation.

Murder arrest after injured man dies at roadside in Newark
