KUALA LUMPUR: Jung Yong Hwa, the South Korean idol widely recognised as the frontman of CNBLUE, is making a highly anticipated return to Malaysia for his debut solo concert on Sept 14.
Organised by Lo-Fi Entertainment, 2025 Jung Yong Hwa Live Director's Cut: Our Fine Days In Kuala Lumpur will take place at Mega Star Arena, Jalan Sultan Ismail, here, at 7 pm.
This tour coincides with the release of his third mini-album, One Last Day, and Yong Hwa is set to deliver an exciting evening for his Malaysian fans.
Yong Hwa launched his solo career in 2015 with his debut studio album, One Fine Day.
This was followed by the mini-albums Do Disturb in 2017 and Your City in 2023.
He has also made significant inroads into J-pop and C-pop, with songs recorded in both Japanese and Mandarin.
Beyond music, Yong Hwa is an accomplished actor, having starred in the Hong Kong film Cook Up A Storm (2017) and K-dramas Brain Works (2023) and Sell Your Haunted House (2021).
His performance in the latter earned him the Excellent Actor 2021 award at the KBS Drama Awards.
