The meeting focused on organizing the league and ensuring the success of the competitions. The competition will take place in two stages. The first stage will follow a home-and-away format from April 26 to May 1, with six teams advancing to the second stage in Sana'a, starting on May 15. In the second stage, the six qualifying teams will be divided into two groups of three, where they will compete in a round-robin format. The top team from each group will qualify directly for the First Division, and a final match between the group champions will determine the overall winner and runner-up of the Second Division League. The General Basketball Federation has issued a circular to participating clubs, requiring teams to adhere to the official uniform guidelines, including approved colors, numbering, and the International Basketball Federation logo. Clubs are also instructed to submit player lists, along with technical and administrative staff details, by April 1, 2025.
