Scores of private jets, helicopters and mega-yachts arrive each summer carrying celebrity cargo worth millions, and they all want a taste of the luxury beach life - though they have to share it with the occasional wandering peacock. He will get a chance again in August and September, when the US Open returns. Djokovic has won the singles title four times at Flushing Meadows, last doing so in 2023, though he was dumped out in the third round last year. Some of his rivals have been taking part in other ATP events in the interim between Wimbledon and the US Open, but like Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, Djokovic has been taking some time out. His wife Jelena has been his number one supporter down the years but is also not afraid to voice her opinions courtside. The pair met in high school, attending the same school in Serbia, and made things official while they were still running between the classroom and tennis court. They dated for eight years before marrying in 2013 in Monaco, where Djockovic was living at the time. Speaking about the organistaion to HuffPost Jelena said Novak and his family created the organization in 2007 to help disadvantaged children in Serbia by giving them access to early childhood education. The Serbian has also tried her hand in modeling. Back in 2013 she was revealed as the face of lingerie and swimwear brand They welcomed their first child Stefan on October 22, 2014. Jelena was pregnant with Stefan when they pair tied the knot in Monaco. Jelena gave birth to their second child in September 2017, a daughter named Tara.

He just goes: 'I don't know'.' 'I go: 'What about your kids? I know you want to spend time with your family'. He said: 'Yeah, I don't know'. That was the first time I think he misses his family a lot. I stay in touch with him all the time. 'I can't see him playing for more than another year. Not again. Not the whole year again. He is so professional. I am just speaking from my experience if I had a family like his and kids. 'It's like Andy Murray. It's like you play your whole career and then you retire and you don't spend any time at home, you just go straight into coaching again. If I was his partner I would be so angry.' Djokovic intends to compete again at the All England Club. 'I'm not planning to finish my Wimbledon career today,' the 38-year-old Djokovic said. 'I'm planning to come back — at least one more time.' His 6-3, 6-3, 6-4 defeat at Centre Court against the No. 1-ranked Sinner put an end to Djokovic's latest attempt to tie Roger Federer's men's record of eight championships at Wimbledon and to claim an unprecedented 25th Grand Slam title overall. Djokovic was not fully able to compete at his best level, two days after taking what he described as a 'nasty' and 'awkward' fall in the last game of his quarterfinal victory. 'I don't want to talk in details about my injury and just whine about not managing to play my best,' Djokovic said Friday. 'I do feel disappointed that I just wasn't able to move as well as I thought or hoped that I would.' He was visited by a trainer before the third set for treatment on his upper left leg, won the next three games and was a point from a 4-0 lead, but lost six of the last seven games. 'We all saw, especially in the third set, that he was a bit injured,' said Sinner, who will meet No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz in Sunday's final. 'He's been in a very difficult situation.' Before this fortnight, Djokovic said he figured the grass-court tournament gives him his best chance at another major. His most recent came at the 2023 U.S. Open.
