Winnipeg police searching for missing man

The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about the well-being of a missing 35-year-old man.
Rustie Raquin was last seen on Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. around Portage Avenue and Sturgeon Road.
Raquin is five-foot-six with a heavy build, short brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, grey sweatpants, and brown/black work boots.
